通过热处理试验和单道次压缩热模拟试验,研究了微合金钢加热到两相区变形时的组织演变规律,并分析了变形量的影响,使用OM、SEM和EBSD技术分析了试验钢的微观组织和取向分布。结果表明,试验钢加热到两相区保温后,奥氏体相变在原铁素体晶界上发生,变形时晶界上的奥氏体发生应变诱导相变,形成细小的仿晶界铁素体,变形铁素体发生动态回复或动态再结晶。随变形量和变形温度的提高,硬度下降,800℃下增加变形量,动态回复向动态再结晶发展,动态再结晶形核机制是亚晶转动生长,名义变形量为70%时得到均匀的超细晶组织,有效晶粒平均等效直径为2.7μm,大角度晶界的体积分数达到92.8%。  相似文献

对不同温度下变形和变形后再加热到奥氏体区的低碳钢SS400的显微组织进行了研究,结果表明:变形使奥氏体和铁素体晶界呈锯齿状,锯齿状的奥氏体晶界优先成为铁素体的形核位置,锯齿状的铁素体晶界有利于铁素体再结晶核心的形成。  相似文献

The influence of hot deformation on the microstructure of a hot-rolled Si-Mn transformation-induced-plasticity (TRIP) steel was evaluated in an effort to better control retained austenite content. In this study, axial compressive strains varying in amounts from 0 to 60 pct were imposed in the austenite phase field, and effects on the formation of polygonal ferrite, bainite, and retained austenite were determined. In addition, modifications in simulated coiling temperature from 420 °C to 480 °C and cooling rates from the rolling temperature, between 10 °C/s and 35 °C/s, were assessed. Fast cooling rates, low coiling temperatures, and low degrees of hot deformation were generally found to decrease the amount of polygonal ferrite and increase retained austenite fraction. Unexpectedly, a sharp increase in polygonal ferrite content and decrease in retained austenite content occurred when the fastest cooling rate, 35 °C/s, was coupled with extensive hot deformation and high coiling temperatures. This effect is believed to be due to insufficient time for full recovery and recrystallization of the deformed austenite, even in the absence of intentional microalloying additions to control recrystallization kinetics. The resultant decrease in hardenability allowed the ferrite transformation to continue into the holding time at high (simulated) coiling temperatures.  相似文献

对珠钢CSP生产现场同一低碳钢轧件的铸坯及不同道次变形后室温组织的研究表明:铸坯组织由细晶区(急冷层)和树枝晶区组成,随轧制道次增加,变形后轧件的室温组织细化,沿铁素体晶界分布的珠光体变得均匀,弥散,连轧前铸坯表面和心部的组织差异随着轧制道次增加逐渐减小,珠钢成品板组织细化的原因可以归结为大压下连轧工艺,钢中大量弥散析出的氧化物,硫化物和终轧后的层流冷却。  相似文献

 对微合金化控轧控冷钢筋的纵向金相组织进行了研究,并分析了不同成分试验钢纵向“条带”组织的差异及形成原因。研究结果表明:偏析元素(P、Si、Mn等)在轧制过程中沿轧制方向呈条状分布,是20MnSi、20MnSiV钢产生带状组织的原因。铌及其碳氮化物的溶质拖曳和“钉扎”作用,使20MnSiNb钢的奥氏体未再结晶轧制温度提高到1050℃,在冷却过程中,先共析铁素体在形变奥氏体晶界和内部变形带均匀析出,随后沿形变奥氏体晶界(在先共析铁素体与奥氏体的界面上)生成珠光体带,最后在形变奥氏体晶粒内部形成贝氏体条。研究条件下优势形核点的排序为:形变奥氏体晶界和形变奥氏体晶内变形带、偏析元素和夹杂、再结晶奥氏体晶界。  相似文献

An integrated mathematical model is developed to predict the microstructure evolution of C-Mn steel during multipass hot rolling on the CSP production line,and the thermal evolution,the temperature distribution,the deformation,and the austenite recrystallization are simulated.The characteristics of austenite recrystallization of hot rolled C-Mn steel in the CSP process are also discussed.The simulation of the microstructure evolution of C-Mn steel ZJ510L during CSP multipass hot rolling indicates that dynamic recrystallization and metadynamic recrystallization may easily occur in the first few passes,where nonuniform recrystallization and inhomogeneous grain size microstructure may readily occur;during the last few passes,static recrystallization may occur dominantly,and the microstructure will become more homogeneous and partial recrystallization may occur at relatively low temperature.  相似文献

摘要:采用不同的宽展比对水电站用低碳贝氏体钢07MnCrMoVR进行了轧制,对回火前后试验钢的微观组织形貌进行了观察,并对力学性能进行了检验,同时利用EDS能谱分析了回火过程中碳化物析出行为。结果表明:采用较小的宽展比能提高粗轧纵轧阶段的单道次压下率以及变形区系数,有效地破碎奥氏体再结晶晶粒,轧制后获得细小的粒状贝氏体组织,高温回火后析出大量的渗碳体和合金碳化物均匀弥散地分布在贝氏体铁素体基体上。随着回火温度的提高,试验钢强度性能呈现先升高再降低的现象,伸长率和低温冲击韧性持续升高。  相似文献

For the purpose of achieving the reasonable rolling technology of 780 MPa hot‐rolled Nb‐Ti combined ultra‐high strength steel, the effect of deformation and microalloy elements Nb and Ti on phase transformation behaviors was investigated by thermal simulation experiment. The results indicated: the deformation promoted ferritic transformation; due to the carbon content of the experimental steel was lower (<0.12% wt), the deformation indirectly impacted perlitic transformation through promoting ferritic transformation; the effect of the deformation on bainitic transformation was subject to condition whether proeutectoid ferrite precipitated before bainitic transformation. At low cooling rate of 0.5 °C/s, Nb and Ti promote transformation process γ → α, but that not good for refining the ferrite grain; at high cooling rate of 25 °C/s, Nb and Ti to a certain extent promote bainitic transformation. The recrystallization stop temperature of experimental steel was greater than 1000 °C, and phase transformation point Ar3 was 764 °C. In order to obtain the fully bainite microstructure in the practical rolling process, the cooling rate should be controlled above 15 °C/s, the start finish rolling temperature between 950–980 °C, the finishing temperature between 830–850 °C, the coiling temperature between 450–550 °C.  相似文献

试验研究了低碳钢变形后经历等温及随后快冷的组织转变,发现在Ae3附近及以下一定温度范围内大变形会使室温组织中出现超平衡数量的铁素体.形变后等温,出现超平衡数量铁素体向奥氏体的逆相变,该弛豫过程具有类似C曲线的动力学特征;而且经过等温后,伴随着铁素体数量的减少存在其晶粒尺寸增大的现象.随着变形温度的降低,超平衡数量铁素体在数量以及晶粒尺寸上的稳定性均提高.  相似文献

For the first time, hot direct rolling was applied in ferrite region in the mill and the resulting quality of the cold rolled and annealed sheet steel was as good as that hot direct rolled in austenite region with respect to microstructure and mechanical properties. In case of ferrite phase rolling, microstructure of the hot strip reveals abnormal grains and deformation bands in the grains, and elongation and r value are not so good as those rolled in the austenite phase. However, these abnormal grains left no traces and appeared to be equiaxed grains like the austenite phase rolled microstructure after 75 % cold rolling and continuous annealing at 830°C. This is attributed to the deformation bands which provide nucleation sites for recrystallization during annealing so that recrystallization occurs uniformly in the matrix. (111) texture was well developed and r value thus appeared high.  相似文献

One purpose of thermomechanical treatment of steels, for example the control rolling of plate, is to produce the finest uniform microstructure in the product to optimize its strength and toughness. To achieve this end requires control of the structual changes that occur during reheating, high-temperature (roughing) deformation, lower temperature (finishing) deformation, and austenite transformation. A study has been made of the effects of the deformation processing variables on the microstructural changes that occur in high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steels in the temperature ranges in which complete, partial, or no recrystallization occurs. The experimental technique comprised a sequence of plane-strain compressions of specimens being cooled at rates controlled to simulate the rate of cooling of slabs being rolled to plates. The results show that in the complete recrystallization range a fixed pass schedule refines the initial grain sizes in steels of a wide range of compositions and initial grain sizes to about the same final size; the final recrystallized grain size decreases with deformation temperature (within the complete recrystallization range), increasing strain rate, and increasing draft,i.e., with any deformation parameter that increases flow stress; the solute content and initial grain size, which are fixed by reheat temperature, control the temperature at which complete recrystallization stops during hot rolling. Deformation in the “partial recrystallization” range causes duplexing in the austenite that cannot be removed by subsequent rolling, consequently rolling in this range should be avoided. During finishing, the height of the flattened austenite grains decreases with increasing finishing reduction, but at a rate less than the rate of decrease of specimen height, indicating that some recovery is occuring. The grain diameter of the ferrite formed from fine, elongated austenite is about half the austenite grain-boundary separation (measured in the throughthickness direction) indicating that the elongated boundaries are the primary nucleation sites for ferrite.  相似文献

真空条件下,在低碳微合金钢中添加体积分数为1.1%的微米级ZrC陶瓷颗粒,在φ450mm热轧试验机上进行轧制,将ZrC颗粒作为形变核心和奥氏体及形变诱导铁素体的再结晶核心。热轧后晶粒被细化到5.5um,钢板抗拉强度和屈服强度分别达到635MPaN517.5MPa,钢板强韧化的机制是综合引入了形变强化、相变强化、第二相粒子强化及细晶强化的结果。热轧钢板的显微组织为铁素体加少量珠光体,钢中存在大量第二相粒子,并呈弥散分布。  相似文献

The γ‐α transformation and final microstructure in pipeline steel was studied by carrying out a number of physical simulations of industrial hot rolling schedules. Particularly, the effect of the reheating temperature, deformation and cooling parameters on the transformation temperatures and final grain size were considered with a goal to obtain an appropriate thermo‐mechanical processing route which will generate appropriate microstructures for pipeline applications. The CCT diagram of the steel was derived experimentally by means of dilatometric tests. Hot torsion experiments were applied in a multi‐deformation cycle at various temperatures in the austenite region to simulate industrial rolling schedules. By variation of the reheating temperature, equivalent strain, and accelerated cooling, different types of microstructures were obtained. It was found that the deformation increases the transformation temperatures whereas the higher cooling rates after deformation decrease them. Post‐deformation microstructure consists of fine bainitic‐ferrite grains with dispersed carbides and small amount of dispersed martensite/austenite islands which can be controlled by varying the reheating temperature, deformation and post‐deformation cooling. The detailed microstructure characteristics obtained from the present work could be used to optimize the mechanical properties, strength and toughness of pipeline steel grades by an appropriate control of the thermo‐mechanical processing.  相似文献

The nature of deformation in friction stir welding/processing (FSW/P) is complex which is further complicated when allotropic phase transformations are present. Electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD) is used as a means to reconstruct prior austenite texture and grain structure to study deformation and recrystallization in austenite and ferrite in FSW/P of high strength low alloy (HSLA) steels. Analyses show evidence of shear deformation textures such as A1* (111)[?1?12], B (1?12)[110], and ?B (?11?2)[?1?10], as well as rotated-cube recrystallization texture in the reconstructed prior austenite. Existence of rotated-cube texture as well as polygonal grain structure of the prior austenite implies that recrystallization is partially occurring in elevated temperatures. Room temperature ferrite exhibits well-defined shear deformation texture components. The observed shear deformation texture in the room temperature microstructure implies that FSW/P imposes deformation during the phase transformation. The evolution of both elevated and room temperature textures in friction stir processed API X80 steel are presented.  相似文献

为了解奥氏体在连续冷却过程中的组织演变规律,更好地控制管线钢室温下的组织形态,对X70管线钢进行了静态及动态热模拟试验,绘制出了相应的连续冷却转变曲线(CCT曲线),观察其组织,分析变形和冷却速度等因素对管线钢组织的影响。同时对X70管线钢的入精轧温度、终轧温度等因素控轧控冷工艺进行模拟研究。认为提高变形后的冷却速度能获得针状铁素体组织;在同一冷却速度下,动态连续冷却转变得到的组织更细密;降低入精轧温度、终轧温度,增加冷却速度能细化组织。  相似文献

观察了00cr25Ni7M04N双相不锈钢在不同轧制温度和不同压下率下的组织形貌和晶粒取向,结果表明,在相同压下量下,奥氏体相形变程度随轧制温度上升而减弱;铁素体相织构复杂,织构强度远大于奥氏体相.轧制过程中的相变、形变和动态再结晶是产生上述这些现象的原因.  相似文献

 借助MMS-300热模拟试验机研究了控轧温度区间、终冷温度、贝氏体区等温处理以及冷却路径对微合金化热轧TRIP钢组织演变规律的影响。结果表明,随着控轧温度区间“下调”,组织中的铁素体晶粒越来越细小,铁素体量逐渐增加,残余奥氏体量则先增加后减少。终冷温度升高时,组织中的残余奥氏体量也呈现出先增加后减少的变化趋势,而贝氏体温度范围等温时间的延长使残余奥氏体量增加。相对于“缓冷+快冷”,轧后采用“快冷+缓冷+超快冷”冷却路径更有助于铁素体晶粒的细化和奥氏体的残留。在“快冷+缓冷+超快冷”冷却路径下,当控轧温度区间为900~840℃,缓冷温度范围为710~680℃,贝氏体等温处理制度为450℃×5min时,组织中的残余奥氏体量达到最高值113%。  相似文献
