珩齿已经成为齿轮精加工的一种重要方法。研究珩齿加工机理,准确把握珩削速度和磨粒粒度等因素对齿面粗糙度的影响大小,对于提升被加工齿轮表面质量有着重要意义。根据内齿珩轮强力珩齿加工特点,通过对内齿珩轮和工件相对运动的分析,建立了内齿珩轮与加工工件表面各点运动线速度方程;基于实际加工参数,应用经典磨削理论实现对珩齿加工工件粗糙度的预测,探究齿面不同齿高处粗糙度变化规律;使用三维形貌仪对内啮合珩齿工件齿轮表面粗糙度进行测量,并将粗糙度预测结果和测量结果进行了对比分析,验证了该规律的正确性。研究对提升珩齿加工质量具有重要意义。 相似文献

为揭示数控内齿珩轮强力珩齿加工后齿面产生挖根现象,基于单颗磨粒切削力模型,建立单颗磨粒切削渐开线齿面力学模型,分析得出齿面珩削压力分布规律,利用三维有限元方法进一步验证其齿根应力最大,指出珩削压力是齿面挖根原因之一。根据内啮合齿面接触方程,分析渐开线齿面的端面齿廓相对速度的变化情况,分析出内齿珩轮强力珩齿加工时,被珩工件齿轮的端面齿廓相对速度变化是齿根处最大,进而造成齿根多珩,洞悉了齿面相对速度也是影响齿面挖根主要因素之一。最后,通过两种方式的强力珩齿实验证明,采用定中心距变压珩齿容易产生齿面挖根现象。 相似文献

珩齿是齿轮在热处理淬硬后的一种精饰加工工艺。目前我国通常采用的珩具是齿轮状的珩磨轮,其工作原理和剃齿相近,由珩具带动工件自由转动,靠中心距的减少来使齿面之间产生珩磨压力。一般认为去除氧化表面和提高齿面光洁度是有效的,但对于齿轮精度并不能改善。由于自由传动,没有传动链加以约束,所以齿轮的运动精度项目不能指望有什么改善的可能,但剃齿时齿轮的齿形、齿向、基节等项对于工作平稳性和接触精度的项目都能改善。为什么珩齿时就对这些项目不起作用呢?因 相似文献

1 简介 采用内齿工具进行齿轮自由珩齿,最早在20世纪80年代被汽车工业所采用。其目的在于通过修整磨后齿面的纹理,以及消除运输过程中造成的磕碰毛刺,从而降低噪声。对于这样的要求,往往通过去除几个微米的珩磨加工余量就可以实现。但这样的加工工艺决定了此类珩齿工艺无法彻底改善齿轮的齿面几何形状。因此齿轮的精度和质量完全取决于珩齿前的精加工工艺,而珩齿工艺仅仅作为附加的或者不是必须的工艺,其作用只能改善齿面纹理,从而略微改善噪声表现。 相似文献

A new idea for designing wheel patterns is presented so as to solve the problems about machining accuracy ofworkpiece and wear of honing wheel in ultra-precision plane honing. The influence factors on motion principle and pattern structures are analyzed and optimization machining parameters are obtained. By calculating effective cutting lengthon the surface of workpiece cut by wheel's abrasive and the orbit of one point on the surface of workpiece contactingwith wheel, the wear coefficient of different kinds of wheels and accuracy coefficient of workpiece machined by corresponding wheels are obtained. Furthermore, the simulation results show that the optimal pattern structure of wheel turnsout to have lower wheel wear and higher machining accuracy. 相似文献

Honing is a surface finishing technology, which plays an important role in improving the surface quality and working performance of workpieces. However, with the extensive application of hard-to-machine materials and the increasing requirement for the surface properties of workpieces, the performance of conventional honing (CH) is becoming more and more difficult to meet the production needs. The ultrasonic vibration provides a way to overcome the technological constraints of CH and improve the machined surface properties. To realise the ultrasonic vibration of honing stone, a slotted block horn was used as a vibration transmission component and a supporting component of honing stone in this study. Finite element method was used to analyse and optimise the block horn to improve the uniformity of the amplitude on the output surface, to provide stable and efficient vibration for the honing stone. In this study, the effects of processing parameters on surface roughness in CH and ultrasonic-assisted honing (UAH) of stainless steel SUS304 were studied. The results indicated that the application of ultrasonic vibration in honing made a significant contribution to the formation of a dense punctiform morphology and reduction of the defects of the workpiece surface. Moreover, interactions between ultrasonic vibration, speed of revolution, and honing time in UAH make the changes of surface roughness much different from the CH. On the whole, for UAH, it is a feasible approach to improve the surface roughness by using a smaller amplitude, increasing the speed of revolution appropriately, and extending honing time. 相似文献

In the gear-hobbing process, the work gear tooth flank is usually longitudinally crowned by varying the center distance between the hob and the work gear. Without crossed angle compensation, however, this center distance variation produces a twisted tooth flank on the workgear. This paper therefore proposes a methodology to reduce this tooth flank twist in longitudinal crowning by modifying the hob tooth thickness and hob tangential feed without varying the center distance. 相似文献

超声振动可以有效地减小珩磨力,超声空化现象与切削液的共同作用对珩磨轮实现实时动态清洗,从而减小珩磨轮堵塞、提高加工效率,超声和珩齿进行复合加工是一种应用前景良好的齿轮精加工方法.超声珩齿的加工对象--齿轮,是一类特殊负载(直径大,厚度小),且对振动系统的加工频率影响大,在超声振动系统设计时,必须将变幅杆和齿轮组成变幅器进行全面考虑.鉴于此,根据应力耦合,将齿轮作为圆盘,采用指数型变幅杆,推导频率方程,对变幅杆的设计长度和变幅器振动频率进行数值分析,发现变幅杆的共振频率恰好是变幅器的失谐频率,变幅器的共振频率与变幅杆的固有频率也不相同,这能够为超声珩齿变幅器的设计提供理论依据. 相似文献
