采用高温固相反应合成出CaSiO3:Dy多晶粉末。X-射线衍射图显示,样品为α-CaSiO3和β-CaSiO3的混合相。样品在可见光区主要有峰值位于576nm附近的由^4F9/2→^6H13/2超敏跃迁(ΔJ=2)产生的黄光发射和峰值位于486nm附近的由^4F9/2→^6H15/2跃迁产生蓝光发射,其中黄光发射是最强发射。Dy^3 离子在其中的发光,归结为占据没有反演中心的格位。  相似文献

传统方法制备的氟氧化钇粉体粒径普遍在亚微米级,易团聚。我们采用喷雾造粒-氟化-煅烧的技术路线制备了球形氟氧化钇粉体。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、热重差热分析(TG)对样品的微观形貌、物相、受热时发生重量的变化等进行表征。结果表明,在焙烧过程中,YF3与O2发生反应,物相转变过程为YF3→Y5O4F7→YOF。在氟化前热处理温度200℃,氟化后焙烧温度800℃、焙烧时间120min的最佳工艺条件下,合成的氟氧化钇粉体分散性好,为微米级多孔球形。探讨了Y5O4F7向YOF转换的动力学。  相似文献

采用20 L球形爆炸装置进行煤尘爆炸实验,研究了不同条件下煤尘爆炸后气体体积分数变化及生成规律。结果表明:爆炸残留气体成分及体积分数与煤尘浓度、粒径、点火能量以及煤尘变质程度关系密切。随煤尘浓度升高,爆炸后残留气体体积分数φ(CH4),φ(CO),φ(H2)及φ(CO)/φ(CO2)呈上升趋势,φ(CO2)呈先上升后下降趋势。一定范围内随煤尘粒径减小,φ(CH4)增大,φ(CO)及φ(CO)/φ(CO2)呈减小趋势,当粒径小于25μm时,φ(CH4)急剧减小。随点火能量增大,φ(CH4)及φ(CO)增大,φ(CO)/φ(CO2)整体变化量不大,当点火能量大于10 k J时,φ(O2)明显减小。随煤尘变质程度增加,φ(CO)/φ(CO2)先增大后减小,φ(CH4)整体呈降低趋势,烟煤煤尘爆炸消耗的O2量较褐煤、无烟煤少。  相似文献

铜冶炼渣中铁含量达30%~40%,但铁元素主要以铁橄榄石的形式存在,采用传统方法难以回收利用。以可再生生物炭为还原剂,通过深度还原—磁选回收铜冶炼渣中的铁,考察了还原条件对铜冶炼渣深度还原的影响。当还原温度为1 200 ℃、还原时间为75 min、CaO用量10%、碳氧摩尔比为1.5时,深度还原产品的金属化率达到86.83%,经过磨矿磁选可获得铁品位为62.84%、回收率为81.92%的磁选精矿。铜冶炼渣中主要含铁矿物有Fe2SiO4、Fe3O4及少量的Fe2O3,其还原过程为Fe2SiO4→FeO→Fe、Fe2O3→Fe3O4→FeO→Fe,得到的金属铁逐渐聚集长大最终形成有利于磁选分离的金属铁颗粒。  相似文献

针对多种不同性质气体对瓦斯燃烧过程的影响问题,采用CHEMKIN-PRO软件,构建USC Mech 2.0动力学模型对不同组分C_2H_4/CO_2瓦斯混合气体燃烧过程进行了深入研究,模拟分析了不同组分C_2H_4/CO_2瓦斯层流燃烧速率及H,O自由基体积分数的变化趋势,并利用SENKIN程序对其进行了敏感性分析。计算结果表明:随着CO_2体积分数的增大,层流燃烧速率降低,在φ1和φ1.25时分别降低了约13 cm/s和149 cm/s,H,O自由基体积分数降低,其协同抑制瓦斯燃烧;随着C_2H_4体积分数的增大,层流燃烧速率略微增加,在φ1和φ1.4时分别升高了约3和46 cm/s,H,O自由基体积分数升高,其协同促进瓦斯燃烧;在φ≤1条件下,随着当量比的增加,促进CH_4生成的关键反应步的敏感性系数升高幅度较大,其抑制瓦斯燃烧。  相似文献
