基于产业链视角研究供给侧改革前后铜产业结构升级情况,构建了反映上游采选业、中游冶炼业和下游压延加工业产业结构升级方向、速率和程度的测算模型,并利用2012-2019年数据进行了测算与对比分析。结果表明:①升级方向。供给侧改革后相较改革前,上游超前系数下降且均小于1,中游超前系数增加且均大于1,而下游超前系数略有增加且基本趋于1,说明中、下游超前发展程度较好。②升级速率。供给侧改革后相较改革前,铜产业矢量夹角值由2.72°下降到2.26°,呈现下降趋势,说明铜产业结构升级速率仍然比较缓慢。③升级程度。供给侧改革后相较改革前,上游产业结构升级高度值下降,而中游和下游升级高度值持续上升,说明升级程度由低级阶段向高级阶段演变,正朝着供给侧改革目标方向发展。研究结果丰富了产业结构升级理论,阐释了铜产业结构升级未来的重点方向,为铜产业政策制定和企业生产决策提供了经验证据。   相似文献

针对辽宁某金矿选矿工艺生产中存在的生产不稳定,半自磨停产检修太过频繁,耗材以及电耗指标偏高等问题,对选厂现有的破碎-磨矿流程进行工艺技术改造,后续浮选等工艺保持不变。破碎改造方案采用三段两闭路流程,在有限空间,破碎筛分呈多层立体配置,利用空间高差新增了矿石的输送及破碎筛分设备,可以有效地减少厂房用地面积,降低建设投资,非常适用于工业场地有限的选厂。生产实践表明,工艺改造后,选厂的耗材以及电耗指标有明显的降低。选矿厂已于2016年9月正式投产,运行正常。  相似文献

The upgrading of bridges located in seismic areas and built according to obsolete codes is becoming a priority task for highway administrations. Among the possible upgrading strategies, the use of fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) jackets is gaining widespread acceptance. In this paper, a design equation is proposed to determine the optimal thickness of FRP jackets, to enhance the ductility of existing reinforced-concrete (RC) bridge piers with circular cross sections. The design procedure stems from the definition of an upgrading index, given as the ratio of the target to availability ductility at the pier base section, to be attained through FRP jacketing. The available ductility is that identified through the usual assessment procedures on the RC member set for upgrade, whereas the target ductility is evaluated based on the expected actions on the bridge. The upgrading index is initially defined in general terms and is subsequently extended to the case of piers built in seismic regions. It results in a simple expression in terms of easily computable quantities, such as the ultimate strain and the peak strength of concrete, before and after upgrading. A parametric study on old-code–designed bridge pier sections, upgraded with either glass or carbon fiber jackets, is performed based on a fiber-section model equipped with a newly developed FRP-confined concrete model. This study shows that the index, despite its simplicity, yields excellent predictions of the ductility increase obtained through FRP wrapping, and it is therefore used to develop a design equation. The equation allows the design of the optimal thickness of FRP jackets in terms of the desired upgrading index, mechanical characteristics of the selected composite material, and quantities defining the initial state of the pier section. The design procedure has been applied to available experimental tests of a scaled bridge pier wrapped with FRP and tested to failure, and it has been demonstrated to be very effective.  相似文献

Thermodynamic study of the chlorination reactions of oxides such as titanium oxides and iron oxides at elevated temperatures was carried out in order to consider the removal of iron from titanium ore using selective chlorination method. In particular, various chlorination reactions were analyzed by utilizing chemical potential diagrams, and the applicability and usefulness of this thermodynamic study for analyzing the selective chlorination of titanium ore were demonstrated. Furthermore, chlorination reactions using various types of chlorinating agents were discussed from different viewpoints. It was shown that the selective chlorination of iron from titanium ore by HCl gas is thermodynamically feasible and efficient for upgrading titanium ore. Further, thermodynamic analysis showed that under certain conditions, TiCl4 can be used as a chlorinating agent for the iron in the ore, and iron can be removed by evaporation directly from the ore as chloride gas. The results presented in this study provide useful information for developing a process for upgrading low-grade titanium ore for use as a titanium smelting feed through a dry method.  相似文献

The Land Transport Authority of Singapore has a continuing program of highway bridge upgrading for refurbishing and strengthening bridges to allow for increasing vehicle traffic and increasing axle loads. One subject of this program has been a short-span bridge taking a busy main road across a coastal inlet near a major port facility. Experiment-based structural assessments of the bridge were conducted before and after upgrading works including strengthening. Each assessment exercise comprised three separate components: (1) a strain and acceleration monitoring exercise lasting approximately one month; (2) a full-scale dynamic test carried out in a single day without closing the bridge; and (3) a finite-element model updating exercise to identify structural parameters and mechanisms. This paper presents the dynamic testing and the modal analysis used to identify the vibration properties and the quantification of the effectiveness of the upgrading through the subsequent model updating. Before and after upgrade, similar sets of vibration modes were identified, resembling those of an orthotropic plate with relatively weak transverse bending stiffness. Conversion of bearings from nominal simple supports to nominal full fixity was shown via model updating to be the principal cause of natural frequency increases of up to 50%. The utility of the combined experimental and analytical process in direct identification of structural properties has been proven, and the procedure can be applied to other structures and their capacity assessments.  相似文献

本文介绍了首钢第二炼钢厂精品线材用坯工艺优化项目的生产实践。该项目从铁水预处理出发,通过捞渣机设备改造,转炉底吹系统优化,LF炉精炼渣系控制以及钢包增压系统开发,连铸机二次冷却系统改进及配水曲线优化等一系列措施,提高了钢水的磷、硫控制水平和连铸坯的质量。该项目实施后,通过检测结果得出,钢水的纯净度得到提高,连铸坯表面质量和内部质量稳定,满足精品线材用坯的质量要求,为首钢第二炼钢厂产品结构升级作出了重要贡献。  相似文献
