用共沉淀和高温退火相结合的方法制备了晶态FeCo/石墨烯吸波粒子,使用XRD、FESEM和TEM等手段对其晶体结构和微观形貌进行了表征。结果表明,向石蜡中添加不同质量的FeCo/石墨烯吸波粒子可制备不同含量吸波粒子的复合材料。使用微波矢量网络分析仪对不同含量吸波粒子的复合材料的电磁参数的测试和不同厚度吸波性能的模拟结果表明,吸波粒子含量为50%的材料,其吸波性能最优;厚度仅为1.6 mm的材料,有效吸收带宽为5.0 GHz(12.3~17.3 GHz)。吸波粒子优异的吸波性能,源于介电损耗和磁损耗的协同作用以及合适的阻抗匹配率和衰减常数。  相似文献

铁、镍及其合金纳米粒子的制备及电磁性能研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
利用直流电弧等离子法在105Pa H2 Ar混合气氛下制备了Fe,Ni及FeNi合金纳米粒子,通过XRD,TEM,XPS,VSM及TC-436(LECO LTD.)N/O分析仪等对纳米粒子结构、形貌、成分、表面状态及静态磁性能进行了表征,并通过矢量网络分析仪,利用同轴波导的方法对金属纳米粒子进行了电磁参数的测定.结果发现:在2~8GHz频率范围内,Fe,Ni,FeNi合金纳米粒子/固体石蜡复合材料的复介电常数虚部ε″在3~4,7~10,14~16GHz频段均出现三个峰值,随着Fe元素含量的增加,FeNi合金纳米粒子的复介电常数ε″损耗值成规律性的增加;复磁导率实部μ′也逐渐增大,且在2~4GHz范围出现极大值,复磁导率虚部μ″吸收峰值向高频段移动,而且当成分(质量分数/%)为Fe49.00Ni和Fe28.35Ni时,材料的吸收频带展宽.  相似文献

通过伽马辐射技术实现氧化石墨烯的辐射还原和Ni纳米粒子的负载,制备出石墨烯-镍(RGO-Ni)纳米复合材料。通过透射电镜对不同氧化石墨烯和镍盐比例下制备的RGO-Ni纳米复合材料的形貌进行分析。电磁结果显示,负载Ni纳米粒子后,复合材料的电损耗和磁损耗提高。反射率计算结果表明,RGO-Ni-1在厚度2mm、频率7GHz时达到最大的反射损耗-21.98dB。  相似文献

NiZnCo铁氧体包覆铁填充碳纳米管的吸波性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
利用溶胶凝胶法制备了Ni0.5 Zn0.45 Co0.05 FezO4/铁填充碳纳米管复合粉末,实现了Ni0.5Zn0.45 Co0.05Fe2O4纳米颗粒对碳管的包覆.并用同轴法测量了纳米复合粉末与石蜡混合物的电磁参数,其中纳米复合粉末的添加量分别为30%和60%,根据电磁参数计算了材料的反射率.结果表明纳米复合粉末的主要吸波频段在2~6GHz,当纳米复合粉末添加量为60%(质量分数),厚度为2mm时,微波吸收峰值出现在大约4GHz处,达到5.8dB.与纯Ni0.5Zn0.45 Co0.05Fe2O4纳米粉末相比有了比较明显的提高.  相似文献

利用水热还原法在石墨烯(RGO)表面负载磁性金属Ni粒子,通过XRD、FT-IR、拉曼、SEM对其物相、形貌等进行表征分析。结果表明,通过水热原位还原法,直径约100nm的Ni粒子被均匀负载到RGO表面,成功制备了镍负载石墨烯(Ni/RGO)复合材料。利用矢量网络分析仪对其吸波性能进行检测,结果表明,样品1(0.25mmolNi负载RGO)表现出了优异的吸波性能,在吸波涂层厚度为4.5mm,吸波频率为7.2GHz时,最佳反射损耗为-55.9dB,其有效吸波宽度为5.8~9.2GHz。Ni/RGO复合材料是一种很有前途的具有低密度、强吸收、宽频带、厚度薄的微波吸收材料。  相似文献

各种电子设备的广泛应用,使得电磁辐射与电磁污染日益严重,电磁屏蔽材料应运而生.泡沫复合材料具有密度低,强度高,抗氧化,耐久性强等优点,是一种新型电磁屏蔽材料.本文介绍了电磁屏蔽碳系纳米粒子/聚合物基泡沫复合材料的最新研究进展.基于材料对电磁波的屏蔽机理,重点分析和概述了复合材料中的吸波剂、微观结构及宏观形貌对电磁屏蔽性能的影响.最后对电磁屏蔽碳系纳米粒子/聚合物基泡沫复合材料的未来发展提出了展望.结果表明,对碳系吸波剂进行改性、构建非均匀结构、设计多样化宏观形貌均可提高泡沫复合材料的屏蔽性能.此外,对复杂电磁环境下电磁屏蔽材料的设计与开发具有重要的理论意义.  相似文献

以炭纤维网布为基体,通过电镀工艺在炭纤维网布上形成Ni催化剂膜,采用化学气相沉积方法原位合成炭纤维网布/螺旋纳米碳纤维复合材料,采用扫描电镜(SEM)、Raman光谱和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对生长的螺旋纳米碳纤维的形态和结构进行表征。考察主要反应因素—温度对螺旋纳米碳纤维生长的影响,并就生长过程进行了讨论;对其制备出的炭纤维网布/螺旋纳米碳纤维复合材料在8.2~12.4GHz频段的电磁性能进行分析,考察其吸波性能。结果表明制备出的炭纤维网布/螺旋纳米碳纤维复合材料比单一的螺旋纳米碳纤维具有更高的电磁损耗角正切,电损耗正切值由0.7提高到3.8,表明复合材料具有较好的吸波性能。  相似文献

实验采用东华大学自制的碳纤维作为吸波剂,在基体环氧树脂中平行排列,制备出了吸波复合材料。采用矢量网络分析仪在2~18GHz波段,对复合材料的吸波性能进行测试。结果表明:复合材料的吸波性能不仅与碳纤维含量有关,还与碳纤维在基体中的排列方式有关,当碳纤维含量为3.2%(质量分数)时,吸波复合材料最大反射衰减为-18.64dB,反射率〈-10dB的频率带宽为2.6GHz,同时采用电磁理论对材料的吸收机理进行了探讨。  相似文献

研究了 Ni- Cu- P化学镀液主要成分、 pH值及时间等工艺参数对化学沉积 Ni- Cu- P合金镀层成分及镀速的影响。通过选择适当的镀液成分及工艺参数,得到了 Cu含量从 0到 56.18wt%的 Ni- Cu- P合金镀层。利用 X射线能谱术 (EDS)和 X射线衍射术 (XRD)研究了镀液中硫酸铜浓度对 Ni- Cu- P合金镀层成分及组织结构的影响。在硫酸铜浓度低于 3g/l时, Ni- Cu- P合金镀层中 P含量高于 7.05wt%,合金镀层是非晶态结构。  相似文献

将相同厚度不同碳纳米管含量, 以及不同厚度相同碳纳米管含量的多壁碳纳米管加入玻璃纤维增强复合材料中, 并研究了其在26. 5~40. 0 GHz 频段的吸波性能。结果发现, 多壁碳纳米管具有吸波性能, 而且吸波性能随着多壁碳纳米管含量的增加而提高。多壁碳纳米管/ 玻璃纤维/ 环氧树脂复合材料层板在26. 5~40. 0 GHz频段表现出较好的吸收效果, 其吸波性在于碳纳米管本身具有吸波性能, 此外还与吸波材料的谐振吸波原理有关。通过对该复合材料的电磁参数的测定并计算, 证明实验结果与吸波原理相符合。   相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献

We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important. Here we present a collection of properties data extracted from the cryogenic literature and, to the extent possible, selected for reliability.  相似文献
