针对现实生活中人岗双边匹配决策问题的特点,基于直觉模糊理论,构建了一种具有不同信息类型的人岗双向选择的多指标评价双边匹配决策模型,并提出了相应的决策方法。通过构造人岗双方匹配满意度计算规则,将包含直觉模糊偏好信息的人岗双边主体评价信息转化为匹配满意度;通过对所有标准下的满意度矩阵的集结,构造人岗双方的满意度矩阵。在此基础上,以人岗双方主体可接受最低水平为约束,构建了一个使双方主体满意度最大为目标的人岗双边匹配多目标决策优化模型。通过一个人岗双边匹配问题的案例证明了该方法的合理性。  相似文献

针对产品开发的任务分配中知识不对等问题,提出一种基于任务与人员双边匹配的产品开发任务分配方法。首先,从知识量化的角度把任务与人员的匹配转化为任务与人员之间的知识相似度,建立序值矩阵,转换成任务对人员匹配的满意度矩阵;其次,根据人员在不同任务属性下对任务的偏好程度,获得人员对任务满意度的序值矩阵;然后,以双方之间的满意度最大为原则,构建基于双边匹配的任务分配多目标优化模型,采用基于隶属度函数的加权和方法转化为线性规划,并通过Matlab编程求解该模型;最后以某企业生产曲轴连杆机构为例,求解4项任务与7名人员双方满意度最大的匹配结果,确定最终的分配方案,与基于聚类分析和双边匹配的产品开发任务分配方法相比,结果显示人员3和人员7之间的知识相似度、人员偏好存在明显差值,表明所提方案能更高效地分配任务。  相似文献

针对目前产品开发任务分配较少考虑任务与人员双边匹配的问题,提出了基于双边知识匹配的产品开发任务分配策略;分别从任务与人员的角度提出了序值和满意度的概念,并给出了相应的计算方法,在此基础上构建了产品开发任务分配的多目标优化数学模型;然后采用基于隶属度函数的加权和方法将多目标数学模型转化为单目标数学模型,并运用Hungarian算法对模型进行求解,得到产品开发任务分配方案;最后通过实例验证与对比,体现该方法的有效性与可行性。  相似文献

近2年由于新冠疫情的影响,各行各业受到了巨大的冲击,传统招聘方式难以实行,一方面招聘单位人才缺口大,另一方面求职者无法线下应聘。网络招聘的出现为求职者和招聘单位带来了一定的方便,但仍存在人岗匹配效率低、匹配不平衡的问题,如何精准且快速地完成人岗匹配工作成为需要解决的迫切问题。针对该问题,提出一种基于SMOTE和贝叶斯优化的Adj-LightGBM人岗匹配算法。首先对人岗数据集进行数据预处理;其次使用SMOTE算法对匹配成功样本进行过采样处理,处理后的正负样本比例为1:3;然后在验证集上使用贝叶斯优化寻找最优的LightGBM模型;最后对该模型进行测试与评价,得出该模型的F1-score为0.974,Auc为0.971。通过与支持向量机、随机森林以及XGBoost算法进行对比,发现本文提出的Adj-LightGBM算法不仅在人岗匹配预测上具有更高的准确性,而且在模型训练效率上也有着显著优势。  相似文献

针对主体给出偏好信息的动态双边匹配问题,提出了一种匹配决策方法。给出了基于偏好信息的动态双边匹配问题的描述;依据广义优序法将双边主体给出的偏好信息转化为满意度;给出了指数衰减模型确定时序权重的方法,进而将满意度集成为综合满意度;在此基础上,通过建立并求解优化模型,得出最优匹配方案;以风险投资商与风险企业的匹配实例说明了所提决策方法的有效性和实用性。  相似文献

针对考虑匹配主体心理期望与感知的双边匹配决策问题,提出多属性匹配决策方法.首先,描述匹配主体对另一方匹配主体进行满意度评价时存在心理期望的情形;然后,在此基础上,以匹配主体对各属性的期望作为参考点,获得一方匹配主体对另一方相对于参考点的损益决策矩阵,依据前景理论分别计算出匹配主体之间满意度的综合前景值,并进一步构建双目标优化模型;最后,通过实例分析表明了所提出方法的可行性和有效性.  相似文献

供需匹配是优化资源利用、形成长期稳定伙伴关系的关键,其本质是寻找或选择合适的供需合作方案。研究针对中介视角下多种货物的供需匹配问题,考虑供应企业关于交易价格的满意度、需求企业关于交易价格和偏好序的满意度、中介视角下供需方各主体的重要程度,以最大化加权供、需方满意度为目标函数,以交易中的具体限制为约束条件,建立基于中介视角的供需匹配多目标决策模型。根据研究问题特点,设计改进的自适应遗传算法对匹配模型求解。以煤矿、煤炭需求企业、港口三方主体间多种煤炭的供需匹配问题为例进行实证研究,计算获得港口视角下供需企业的匹配方案,说明所建立模型和算法的可行性与有效性,能够为客户关系管理研究与应用提供参考与指导。  相似文献

针对直觉模糊双边匹配问题,基于新的排序函数提出一种考虑匹配意愿的双边匹配决策方法.给出新的直觉模糊集排序函数的相关理论;描述考虑主体匹配意愿的直觉模糊双边匹配问题.决策方法如下:首先依据新的排序函数将直觉模糊偏好转换为排序值偏好;基于排序值矩阵、匹配意愿矩阵和匹配矩阵,建立考虑匹配意愿的多目标双边匹配模型;考虑到双方所有主体在大多数情形下所处的地位相同,使用均值法将多目标模型转化为单目标模型,进而通过模型求解获得双边匹配方案.算例分析进一步表明了所提出决策方法的有效性.  相似文献

供应链生产、分销环节的协同合作是高效供应链系统运营的重要保证。针对供应链产销环节中制造商和分销商的稳定合作伙伴选择问题,提出了基于历史交易信息的满意度评价方法,并在此基础上构建了基于稳定双边匹配的合作伙伴选择模型。通过满意度评价确定序值信息,引入稳定匹配约束,构建了整体满意度最大化的单目标0-1整数规划模型。算例仿真表明,稳定性和公平性能给供应链产销合作带来高效益和更具现实意义的结果。  相似文献

The survey described was carried out at a school in a Danish provincial town. During a one-week period, teachers recorded the various working positions of the schoolchildren. The positions recorded were those intended by the teachers. The average percentage of time allocated to physically active functions was generally acceptable. However, on average four of the classes were seated for more than 60 min without breaks, which is found to be inexpedient, medically as well as pedagogically. The time spent sitting is roughly distributed equally between backward-learning and forward-leaning positions: a fact to be remembered when designing school furniture for the future.  相似文献

In this paper, we are concerned with the problem of efficiently trading a large position on the market place. If the execution of a large order is not dealt with appropriately this will certainly break the price equilibrium and result in large losses. Thus, we consider a trading strategy that breaks the order into small pieces and execute them over a predetermined period of time so as to minimize the overall execution shortfall while matching or exceeding major execution benchmarks such as the volume-weighted average price (VWAP). The underlying problem is formulated as a discrete-time stochastic optimal control problem with resource constraints. The value function and optimal trading strategies are derived in closed form. Numerical simulations with market data are reported to illustrate the pertinence of these results.  相似文献

This paper is a preliminary investigation into the application of the formal-logical theory of normative positions to the characterisation of normative-informational positions, pertaining to rules that are meant to regulate the supply of information. First, we present the proposed framework. Next, we identify the kinds of nuances and distinctions that can be articulated in such a logical framework. Finally, we show how such nuances can arise in specific regulations. Reference is made to Data Protection Law and Contract Law, among others. The proposed approach is articulated around two essential steps. The first involves identifying the set of possible interpretations that can be given to a particular norm. This is done by using formal methods. The second involves picking out one of these interpretations as the most likely one. This second step can be resolved only by using further information (e.g., the context or other parts of the regulation).

Ten combinations of handle position, four symmetric and six asymmetric, were tested in a static holding task. Ten male subjects held each of 10 boxes (two weights × five sizes) at waist level with each handle position. Biomechanical, physiological and psychophysical measures were taken. Handle position was highly significant for all measures, but handle position effects varied depending upon the measure used. Two groups of effects were found, one biomechanical and the other physiological and psychophysical with little intercorrelation between the groups. The interface between the body and the container emerged as an important part of the holding task with friction and reaction forces comparable to the box weight. In general, the best handle combinations on all measures were those which combined strong horizontal and vertical stabilizing components.  相似文献

This paper shows how to compute the reachable positions for a model of a car with a lower bounded turning radius that moves forward and backward with a constant velocity. First, the authors compute the shortest paths when the starting configuration (i.e., position and direction) is completely specified and the goal is only defined by the position with the direction being arbitrary. Then the authors compute the boundary of the region reachable by such paths. Such results are useful in motion planning for nonholonomic mobile robots  相似文献
