研究了采用盐酸浸出—水解法从分银渣中分步分离锑、铋、铜和银,考察了各因素对有价金属分离效果的影响.结果表明:在盐酸浓度6 mol/L、液固体积质量比6/1、浸出温度80℃、浸出时间2.0 h、搅拌速度350 r/min条件下,锑、铋、铜浸出率分别为91.93%、96.44% 和98.27%;通过调节富锑、铋、铜浸出液pH分步沉淀锑、铋,在p H=1.0、陈化时间4 h条件下,锑、铋水解沉淀率分别为96.21% 和0.84%,得到锑质量分数为58.48% 的锑富集物;控制锑沉淀母液p H=2.5并陈化4 h后,铋水解沉淀率为99.96%,得到铋质量分数为54.78% 的铋富集物.该法可用于从分银渣中综合回收多金属.  相似文献

采用硫酸与氯化钠的混合溶液浸出铜阳极泥卡尔多炉分银渣。结果表明,铋、锑被浸出进入溶液,铅转化为硫酸铅留在浸出渣中,从而实现铅与锑、铋的分离。在硫酸浓度2.5mol/L、氯化钠浓度125g/L、液固比4∶1、温度95℃、浸出时间4h的条件下,铋、锑、铅、银的浸出率分别为98.67%、91.17%、0.56%和0.76%,金几乎不被浸出。  相似文献

研究了铅分银炉渣中主要金属的赋存状态,并采用盐酸预处理—硫脲-硫酸浸出法从分银炉渣中提取银,考察了各因素对银浸出的影响。结果表明:分银炉渣中主要含铜、锑、铋和银,银主要以金属银与少量银铜碲化物形式存在,其中金属银主要与赤铜矿、铋氧化物和铜镁锑氧化物形成多相连生体,少部分以滴状或丝状包裹于赤铜矿等矿物中;铜、铋和锑主要以复杂氧化物形式存在,各物相间连生或共生;取盐酸预处理分银炉渣所得富银渣20 g,在硫脲用量0.92 mol/L、硫酸浓度0.51 mol/L、液固体积质量比6/1、浸出温度60℃、浸出时间4 h条件下,银浸出率可达97.95%。此法可实现银的高效提取。  相似文献

通过二次净化渣中回收锑方法研究,试验表明:对二次净化渣采用"盐酸浸铋—碱浸除砷"工艺,能使二次净化渣中锑与铋、铜有效分离、富集,且工艺简单,生产成本低。盐酸浸铋工序铋浸出率97.65%,铜浸出率97.21,锑基本残留在渣相中,通过碱浸脱砷,实现了锑的较好富集,可作为优质锑原料进入锑酸钠生产线进一步回收锑。  相似文献

对采用NaOH—C3H8O3的水溶液体系浸出锑、铋等贱金属并富集贵金属银于渣中,回收复杂含银渣中有价金属的工艺进行了研究。结果表明:NaOH浓度150~200g/L、C3H8O3浓度250~300g/L、反应时间4~5h、反应温度65~75℃时,铋和锑的浸出率可分别达到96%和89%,银在渣中富集高达11倍。浸出液中98%的Bi可通过硫化法以Bi2S3的形式回收,92%的sb可加稀硫酸中和得到锑氧粉,同时可实现甘油的再生。  相似文献

某厂高银铋阳极泥产粗铋及综合回收有价金属,工艺采用两段浸出法处理此阳极泥,第1段硫酸浸出铜,第2段盐酸浸出铋.分别考察了浸出温度、时间、液固比(质量比)、酸量及氧化剂用量对浸出率的影响.铜的浸出率(液计)96%以上,铋、锑的浸出率(渣计)均在99%以上,铅、银富集于第2段浸出渣中,铅、银渣含Pb 26.63%左右,含Ag 36.77%左右,铅和银的直收率高,分别为97.82%及98.93%.浸出过程为串级联动循环浸出,洗酸洗水均返回下一次浸出,大大地减少了废水量,环境友好.  相似文献
