本文基于飞秒激光烧蚀机制建立并通过实验验证了ITO区黑化法修复亮点的理论模型,分析了各个工艺参数对修复效果的影响,为亮点不良修复成功率的提升奠定基础。首先通过一系列实验点灯检测、显微镜图片和聚焦离子束(FIB)图片分析结果验证了所创建的修复理论模型;然后利用对比试验分别探究了单脉冲激光单位面积的能量密度e、扫描速度v、激光频率f和光斑大小a等工艺参数对ITO区黑化效果的影响;最后为了深入分析ITO区黑化法的烧蚀机理,提出并验证了囊括所有工艺参数的变量"w",成功地为亮点不良修复成功率的提升提供了理论依据。实验结果表明,a在4.0~10.0μm,e在1.0mJ/mm2以上,w在4 250~12 500mJ/mm2时,ITO烧蚀后的黑化效果均达到了暗点标准(≥95%),且在点灯条件下未产生其他不良。根据实验结果,将该理论模型和工艺参数分析应用到量产,亮点不良修复成功率达到了95.5%。  相似文献

作为TFT-LCD常见的晕开不良,目前无成熟、系统的修复方法。本文依据TFT-LCD晕开不良形成机理,建立修复模型并实验验证该模型。通过激光照射裂变法及按压形变法对某款产品晕开不良进行修复验证,裂变法及形变法修复成功率分别达到30%和70%。通过修复影响因素分析,结果表明,裂变法在照射能量为4~10μJ时,异物颗粒所在位置决定其修复效果;形变法在按压力度为30~50N时,异物高度及成分成为其修复成功的决定因素。最后本文以上述理论分析和实验结果为指导,对一款晕开不良产品进行按压修复且成功率达到79%。  相似文献

激光钠信标的光斑漂移、光斑半径的变化对自适应光学校正有直接的影响。在激光钠信标光斑漂移方差和有效半径理论模型的基础上,采用数值模拟的方法,在三种大气湍流模式下,具体研究了激光钠信标光斑与激光光斑漂移方差和有效半径的差异,计算了不同发射口径时激光钠信标光斑的长曝光与短曝光有效半径的平均值,分析了有再泵浦能量激光对激发钠信标光斑漂移方差和平均有效半径的影响。研究结果表明,大气湍流强度、激光发射口径以及再泵浦激光能量都能够影响激光钠信标光斑漂移和光斑半径。  相似文献

报道了激光二极管端面泵浦Tm∶YAP晶体,在2μm处获得连续的激光输出,在实验中选择五种不同光斑能量分布的泵浦源,最高实现20.9 W的2μm激光输出,光-光转换效率为26.1%,斜率效率为39%。通过对五种具有不同光斑能量分布泵浦源的比较,得出了光斑能量分布与光-光转换效率、最大功率输出的关系,以便在今后的实验中快速选择理想的泵浦源。  相似文献

液晶显示屏由于其生产工艺复杂,在制作过程中会出现点缺陷,最常见的是亮点。一般的维修方法是通过激光破坏控制该像素电路的方法使之成为暗点。最近发展了一种使用激光将亮点周围的黑矩阵进行颗粒化然后推入像素上进行遮挡的修复方式,但成功率不是很高。通过研究不同颜色对光波能量吸收的理论,并通过一系列实验,将原来红、绿、蓝像素使用同一激光能量更改为使用不同的激光能量,找到各自相应合适的激光能量,使得维修成功率大大提高至接近100%。  相似文献

全固态被动调Q激光器有光束质量好、脉冲宽度窄、结构紧凑等特点,在雷达探测、工业制造等领域具有广泛应用前景。对YAG/Nd:YAG/Cr4+:YAG键合晶体被动调Q激光器的输出特性进行了理论和实验研究,在泵浦光中心波长为808 nm、光斑直径为230μm、泵浦功率为6.72 W的泵浦条件下,获得了平均功率1.41 W、脉宽736 ps,重复频率8.46 kHz的调Q激光输出。进一步研究表明,随着泵浦光焦点远离Nd:YAG端面,激光光斑的对称性下降;且泵浦光焦点离Nd:YAG端面的距离沿晶体轴向增大时,激光阈值呈上升趋势。  相似文献

从实验上研究了光电导天线电极之间激光光斑大小对太赫兹波产生的影响。另外,理论模拟了激光功率密度与太赫兹波辐射强度之间的关系,与实验结果非常吻合。泵浦光激光功率密度的增加能够显著的提高太赫兹波辐射强度,但是当超过一定值后会趋于饱和,此时若继续减小光斑尺寸,激光功率密度的增加不会使太赫兹产生继续增强。但是,太赫兹波却会随着光斑尺寸的减小而变弱。  相似文献

目前1.5m LD泵浦铒玻璃被动调Q微型激光器是军事激光测距的研究热点,获得较高的激光重复频率和单脉冲能量尤为重要。文中主要报道了一种应用于激光测距领域的铒镱共掺磷酸盐玻璃被动调Q微片激光器。激光器采用中心波长为940 nm的单管二极管为泵浦源,铒镱共掺磷酸盐玻璃(Er3+,Yb3+:glass)作为增益介质,CO2+:MgAl2O4(CO:MALO)作为可饱和吸收体。通过分析泵浦光斑半径对模式匹配影响,优化泵浦光斑半径,实验分析可饱和吸收体初始透过率T0和输出镜反射率R对输出激光参数影响,优化T0和R值。最终实验中采用增益预泵浦方式,实现重频1 kHz,单脉冲能量40 J,脉宽5.09 ns,峰值功率7.85 kW,光束质量M2=1.4,波长1 535 nm的稳定激光输出。  相似文献

A Dy:YLF laser operating on the 6H11/2 to 6H13/2 transition at 4.34 μm and using a laser pumping scheme is reported. This pumping scheme is necessitated by the short upper-laser-level lifetime and the small effective stimulated-emission cross section. A suitable laser for this application is the Er:YLF laser operating at 1.73 μm. A simple model that approximates Dy:YLF laser performance well is presented. Results on laser performance, including a determination of the slope efficiency and threshold as a function of the output mirror reflectivity and a correlation of the pulse length with the laser output energy, are reported. The authors discuss the fabrication and characteristics of high-power (PCW=430 mW) InGaAs/InGaAsP/InGaP ridge waveguide lasers emitting at λ=0.98 μm, which is the optimum wavelength for pumping erbium-doped fiber amplifiers. In the past, high-power operation of Al-free pump lasers has been limited to 150 mW because of catastrophic optical damage of the mirror facet. This problem has been largely removed by increasing the spot size of the laser with the aid of an improved waveguide design. As a result, Al-free lasers can now achieve a maximum power comparable to the conventional GaAlAs-based pump lasers for λ=0.98 μm  相似文献

A waveguide laser with a Nd-doped silica core fabricated on a Si substrate using flame hydrolysis deposition and reactive ion etching techniques is described The Nd ion concentration was about 2000 p.p.m. and the optical loss at 1.05 μm was 0.85 dB/cm. An antireflection (AR) coated single-stack quantum-dot (QD) laser in a grating-coupled external cavity is shown to operate across a tuning range from 1.095 μm to 1.245 μm. This 150-nm range extends from the energy levels of the ground state to excited states. At any wavelength, the threshold current density is no greater than 1.1 kA/cm 2. This large tunable range is the product of the rapid carrier filling of the higher energy states under a low pumping current and homogeneous broadening in the QD ensemble. The possibility of a larger tuning range is discussed with the further improvement of the AR-coating  相似文献

Room-temperature, continuous-wave operation of a 1.55 μm wavelength GaInAsP/InP membrane distributed feedback laser consisting of deeply etched single-quantum-well wire-like active regions is demonstrated under optical pumping. A threshold power of 38 mW was obtained for a 10.7 μm wide and 40 μm long device. A large stop-band width of 65 nm and a low equivalent refractive index of 2.30, which are inherent in a thin membrane waveguide structure, were observed  相似文献

The mode size, effective pump area, and coupling efficiency as function of initial Ti-stripe width W, diffusion temperature T, and initial Ti-stripe thickness H in c-cut Ti-diffused Er:LiNbO3 waveguide laser have been studied theoretically, taking into account optical pumping λp=1.477 μm and 0.98 μm. The main features of the mode sizes in terms of these diffusion parameters were collected and, as compared with the experimental results, a qualitative agreement has been achieved. The effective pump areas exhibit both significant initial Ti-stripe width and diffusion temperature dependence, especially for W>9 μm and T>1050°C, whereas the initial Ti-stripe thickness can hardly give influence when pumping with λp=0.98 μm radiation. On the other hand, coupling efficiency is approximately unchanged with values 0.76-0.78 for λp=1.477 μm and 0.8-0.85 for λ p=0.98 μm, indicating that there are no optimized values of these parameters to increase slope efficiency through coupling efficiency. Moreover, the 0.98 μm pumping reveal lower threshold and higher coupling efficiency than 1.477-μm pumping. 基于简化的二能级激光系统和均匀展宽理论模型,利用原子速率方程和功率传输方程建立了掺铥光纤激光器的理论模型,并以环形腔掺铥光纤激光器为例,通过Matlab编程数值模拟研究了其出射功率和波长调谐范围与腔内损耗、掺铥光纤长度、输出耦合比、泵浦波长和泵浦功率等激光器参量的关系。数值模拟结果表明,降低激光器腔内损耗、提高泵浦激光功率和优化掺铥光纤长度可以提高掺铥光纤激光器的出射功率和增加波长调谐范围,而增加输出耦合比虽能提高激光功率,却减小了波长调谐范围。经过参数优化,在腔内总损耗为3dB、输出耦合比为10%的情况下,通过提高泵浦激光功率和优化掺铥光纤长度,掺铥光纤激光器的波长调谐范围可达528nm(1660~2188nm),高于目前已报道的实验结果。将部分模拟结果与文献报道的实验结果进行对比,较好地证实了模型的准确性。研究工作对于掺铥光纤激光器的设计和发展具有重要的理论参考价值和指导意义。  相似文献

Theoretical results relating to the generation of continuous-wave (CW) output from fiber lasers that are internally pumped with light generated from the stimulated Raman effect are presented. This investigation establishes the important fiber and resonator parameters, such as the fiber length and glass composition, dopant concentration, and pump power required to realize this new form of fiber laser arrangement. Three examples are studied: the Ho3+-doped silica fiber laser that is pumped at a wavelength of 1.15 μm, the Er 3+-doped silica fiber laser which is pumped at 1.48 μm and, the Tm3+-doped silica fiber laser which Is pumped at 1.625 μm. These three examples cover first Stokes pumping, second Stokes pumping, and first Stokes pumping with direct dopant absorption of the pump light, respectively. The simulations involve the use of simple numerical models comprising the spatially dependent field propagation equations (under the slowly varying field approximation) and the rate equations for the population densities. It is established that intracavity Raman pumping of fiber lasers with first Stokes radiation is efficient when the losses at the pump, Stokes and laser wavelengths are kept low (<10 dB/km). It is also established that second Stokes pumping is, even with direct absorption of the pump light, theoretically quite efficient and, as a result, the Er3+-doped silica fiber laser which is pumped with second Stokes radiation at 1.48 μm may provide the best demonstration of intracavity Raman pumping  相似文献

The dependence of threshold and slope efficiency on pump wavelength around 0.8 μm has been investigated for an Yb-sensitised fibre laser. High-brightness, low-coherence sources are required in a number of optical sensor applications, particularly the fiber-optic gyro. An efficient superfluorescent, neodymium-doped phosphate glass fiber source has been developed which fulfils this requirement. The fiber shows a high-gain efficiency at 1.053 μm of 1 dB/mW pump power and this permits pumping with an 810 nm single-stripe AlGaAs laser diode to obtain >5 mW CW output power at a wavelength of 1.053 μm for only 45 mW of pump power  相似文献
