根据无线局域网通信天线的要求,设计了三种工作在5GHz频段性能良好的轴向模螺旋天线,其中一种为普通螺旋天线,第二种为加绕寄生螺旋天线,第三种为锥形加绕寄生螺旋天线。通过电磁仿真软件HFSS计算及对结果分析表明,加绕寄生螺旋将改善天线的轴向辐射特性,而锥形结构将扩展天线带宽。  相似文献

研究了一种用于中短距离通信的螺旋天线,分析了螺旋天线特别是轴向模螺旋天线的基本电磁辐射特性,介绍了有限元方法的基本理论和数值计算过程,并结合有限元法对螺旋天线进行了设计、优化,仿真出该天线的电参数和辐射方向图,然后将设计的天线模型进行通信实验。实验表明圆极化的轴向模螺旋天线通信质量良好,完全达到设计要求。  相似文献

螺旋天线具有宽波束、圆极化等特性。以往的轴向螺旋天线多为端射式,辐射方向单一。为弥补这一不足,提出了一种新型的中馈轴向螺旋天线。基于RWG(Rao-Wihon-Glisson)边元的矩量法,采用MATLAB仿真计算出中馈螺旋天线的方向图、反射系数、增益等重要参数。又利用高频结构仿真软件(HFSS)对所设计的中馈螺旋天线进行了仿真。通过两种方法仿真得到的结果吻合较好,仿真结果的正确性得到了验证。实验结果表明:中馈轴向螺旋天线不仅具有以往轴向螺旋天线所具备的定向性好和高增益等优点,还具有两个反向且强度相同的辐射方向,同时天线增益可以达到8dB以上,半功率波束宽度可达33°。这种天线可以应用到多边通信及中继通信等领域。  相似文献

传统的轴向模螺旋天线的方向性系数公式只考虑了螺旋直径、螺距及圈数等几个变量,忽略了反射板的尺寸和形状以及馈电方式对方向性系数的影响。简要介绍了轴向模螺旋天线的工作原理,仿真计算了反射板的尺寸和形状以及馈电方式等几个变量与螺旋天线的方向性系数的关系,加工制作了其中一种天线。实测结果与仿真结果基本一致,因此验证了仿真结果的正确性。为轴向模螺旋天线的设计提供了有价值的参考。  相似文献

螺旋天线按其辐射模式可分为轴向模和法向模辐射两种.轴向模螺旋天线是一种园极化、宽频带行波天线.它要求单圈螺旋的周长约为一个波长.这种天线最大辐射方向沿螺旋的轴向.法向模螺旋天线要求螺旋的尺寸大大小于工作波长,这是一种线极化驻波天线、最大辐射方向在垂直于螺旋轴的平面上.这种天线在“谐振”时可以大大缩短天线的几何尺寸,它与同长度的鞭天线相比辐射电阻大62%.目前开始在移动通信中应用. 集总参数加载天线虽然可以改变局部处的电流分布,但是由于它的机械性能差,不适宜在移动车体上采  相似文献

介绍了一种经过复杂变形的槽螺旋天线,该天线具有超宽的频带.与普通平面螺旋天线相比,该天线减小了天线尺寸,简化了天线结构.仿真和实测结果显示天线具有良好的圆极化和宽频带特性,在频段0.75GHz~8GHz(10.7:1)上实测反射损耗小于-10dB,同时在频段0.95~8GHz上有较好的圆极化辐射特性.  相似文献

提出了一种新型曲折臂阿基米德螺旋天线结构--正弦波曲折臂阿基米德螺旋天线.在阿基米德螺旋线中加入正弦波可以在螺旋线半径一定的情况下更好地延长天线臂的电长度,提高天线的小型化程度,并有助于保持传统阿基米德螺旋天线优良的辐射特性.仿真和测量结果表明:在2 GHz~10 GHz的频率范围内,与传统的阿基米德螺旋天线相比,正弦波曲折臂阿基米德螺旋天线口径面积减少了47%.  相似文献

以提高天线功率容量为目标,提出了短螺旋天线的改进方案,数值模拟了螺旋主要结构尺寸对其辐射特性和最大场强的影响,给出了具有较高功率容量的短螺旋天线模型.工作频率为4.0 GHz时,改进后的短螺旋天线轴向方向性系数为8.75 dB,轴向轴比为1.22 dB,真空状态下的功率容量提高到64MW.将该单元天线应用到了高功率螺旋阵列天线的设计中,通过对阵列天线的实验测量说明了短螺旋单元天线的良好性能.  相似文献

To improve an elliptical cross-section helical antenna's radition performance, an elliptical helical antenna with a variable pitch angle is proposed. Its radiation patterns are simulated by the moment method and FEKO software. The results show that its circular polarisation as well as its directivity can be improved compared with an elliptical helical antenna of the same coil number, axial size and arm length.  相似文献

The radiation characteristics of helical antennas operating in the axial mode are evaluated on the basis of the theoretical current distributions and are verified by experimental work. A comparison between monofilar helix and bifilar helix antennas is made, and a helical antenna with a parasitic helix (HAP) is proposed in order to enhance the power gain. It is found that the gain of the HAP in which the parasitic helix is wound from a point diametrically opposite to that of one and one-half turns of the driven helix is about 1 dB higher than that of the monofilar helix. The ratio of the frequency band in which the HAP radiates a circularly polarized wave within an axial ratio of 3 dB is calculated to be 1:1.8.  相似文献

A theoretical analysis of the characteristics of small personal radio antennas for the 68- to 470-MHz frequency range is given. Representing the human body by a simplified lossy dielectric structure, the influence of the body on the performance of the antenna is investigated in detail, and it is shown how antenna impedance, gain, and radiation patterns can be calculated taking the presence of the body into account. For very short antennas the results indicate that radiation from the body may dominate over the radiation contributed by the antenna itself, and that the presence of the body can increase the antenna efficiency considerably, indicating that even very short antennas may provide acceptable radiation efficiencies. The results of the theoretical work are supported by measurements on practical antennas. Quarter-wave and short antennas of the helical type are compared with respect to efficiency and radiation patterns at 80, 160, and 450 MHz, and it is demonstrated how the physical length of the antenna affects the antenna performance. The design of a very short and compact personal radio antenna is described.  相似文献

We report a combined theoretical and experimental study of the heating characteristics of helical antennas in lossy dielectric media. Proposed biomedical application of such antennas include angioplasty, hyperthermia, and catheter ablation of tissue. The study focuses on helical antennas, operated in the normal mode (wavelength greater than antenna diameter but comparable to antenna length), that are terminated at one end by a short circuit and at the other by a coaxial feedpoint. The analytical model is based on the helical sheath approximation, extended to the case of lossy media. In addition, experimental studies were performed on helical antennas immersed in aqueous electrolyte of various conductivity. The antennas show two distinct modes of propagation: a slow mode similar to that observed in helical antennas in loss-free media, and a faster mode. The analytical/numerical results are in good agreement with experimental data, thus demonstrating the validity of the model  相似文献

The relations between the radiation pattern and feeding method in quadrifilar helical antennas is discussed. As a result, it is found that by changing the phase of each wire the helical antenna can achieve two radiation modes; both backfire and endfire radiation. These patterns do not have a difference except in radiation direction. Antenna polarisation of quadrifilar helical antenna depends only on the helical winding direction.<>  相似文献

The experimental investigation was made on a low silhouette conical (LSC) log-spiral antenna, which has an advantage of shorter height compared with a conical log-spiral antenna of similar performance. An accordion shape monofilar axial mode helical antenna designed by curving the helix along the axis is proposed. This antenna achieves a low-profile characteristic as the 10-turn helix's axial length is 0.354/spl lambda/. The impedance bandwidth (SWR<1.5) is 9% from the frequency of 880 to 963 MHz and the axial ratio bandwidth (AR<3 dB) is 6.5%. The measured gain is 10.2 dBi. This antenna operated at the centre frequency of 915 MHz and has a tilted radiation of 17/spl deg/ to the curving side.  相似文献
