文章讨论了“黑箱”子网络的CCCS星型等效电路参数的测试方法,在此基础上,得到了含“黑箱”子网络电路的网络方程。该方法具有系统性强、便于计算机自动建立方程的优点。因此,对大规模电路,特别是含线性集成芯片电路的分析研究,具有理论和实际意义。  相似文献

针对传统高频电路实验教学中存在的问题,提出在实验教学中引入Multisim进行辅助分析与设计。利用Multisim对高频电路中的典型电路振幅调制及解调、丙类功率放大器进行了仿真研究,其各项结果与理论一致,且可以很方便地改变元件或电路中参数,观察不同条件下电路的工作情况。将虚拟实验和传统实验有机结合起来,能更好地提高学生的动手能力和探索精神。  相似文献

文章在灵敏度故障诊断方法的基础上提出多频灵敏度参数识别故障诊断方法,并给出选择测试频率的一般原则。该方法能够适用于可及测试节点较少的电路。针对模拟电路中一般只存在部分元件故障的情况,进一步提出只识别部分故障元件参数的多频灵敏度故障诊断方法,使该方法能适用于更大规模的电路。电路仿真结果验证了所提方法的有效性。  相似文献

论述了二维条码的编译码过程,MCODE条码是堆积式二维条形码的一个非常重要的分支。利用MCODE条码可以将文字信息以条形码的形式进行处理。为了降低二维条形码的识别误码率,提出了一种针对二维条形码位图的图形处理算法--边缘规整算法。事实证明,该算法在处理被污染的二维条形码方面是非常有效的。  相似文献

利用65 nm CMOS制造工艺下的随机掺杂涨落(RDF)模型,建立起随机路径延时模型,通过修改台积电(TSMC) 65 nm低k电介质工艺器件模型库参数,完成了仲裁器型PUF电路的设计和评估.实验在Synopsys Hspice C-2010模拟设计平台上完成,测量了PUF电路的片间差异和片内差异参数,评估了128位PUF电路的性能.与实测电路参数的对比结果证明了该方法的有效性.  相似文献

提出了一种利用自适应遗传算法提取p-i-n光探测器小信号电路模型参数的方法.文章首先根据p-i-n光探测器的物理结构确定其等效电路模型,进而采用自适应遗传算法对测量的S参数进行拟合,提取模型参数.自适应遗传算法自动优化交叉概率和变异概率,避免了以往遗传算法中易早熟的缺点.利用该法成功提取出模型的10个参数,建立光探测器小信号电路模型.在130 MHz~20 GHz范围内的实验结果表明,模型仿真结果和测量结果相吻合,证明了这种参数提取方法的可靠性.  相似文献

由LC回路构成的移相电路具有调节输入输出信号之间的相位关系的作用,在通信电路中有广泛的应用。为深入研究LC移相电路的应用原理,论文推导了LC移相电路的传递函数,分析相移与电路参数的关系,讨论移相电路在间接调频和正交鉴频电路中的作用。利用Multisim仿真软件分别对调频和鉴频电路进行了仿真实验并验证理论分析结果,在通信电路课程学习中有助于学生加深对这部分知识的理解和掌握,提高应用能力。  相似文献

文章首先对UC3842芯片做了简单的介绍,描述了其在电路中的主要功能。然后对DC-DC直流Boost升压电路的充电过程和放电过程进行了详细介绍。再根据Boost电路基本公式设计了电路中的核心器件——电感,并利用RC振荡电路设定了开关频率以及电路电流和电压等参数。文中设计了电路原理图,并对电路原理图进行了简单介绍。最后给出了电路的测试结果。  相似文献

In general, models at the device and circuit levels are very important in system design. Building compact models at the circuit level is complicated, needs a lot of physical information about the circuit and moreover it has a long simulation time. We present in this paper an alternative modeling methodology, black box modeling. In this technique, we need only the output behavior of the circuit. We get this behavior either from measurements or simulations from previously built compact models. We apply this technique to the operational amplifier as a case study. We use the Op-Amp, BSIM3v3-based compact transistor model, to obtain the performance of the circuit. An excellent agreement is obtained between the output voltage from the black box model of the Op-Amp (for both of the effect of the switching power supply on and the steady state behavior) and the corresponding output from the model used to build it.  相似文献

The characterization of integrated logic circuits must be accomplished in a manner which fully accounts for the circuit's nonlinear behavior and is amenable to experimental verification. The approach taken in this paper is to describe both the dc and the transient performance of the circuit by developing nonlinear equivalents of the 2-port "black box" parameters used in specifying linear networks. Such terminal parameter characterization has the obvious advantage of eliminating the need to probe the integrated circuit for testing purposes. In addition, knowledge of terminal performance is a necessity when the circuit is studied from a system point of view. In this paper an emitter-coupled logic circuit is used as an example to illustrate the analysis techniques. After accomplishing the terminal parameter characterization of this circuit, attention is directed towards using these results to establish a design procedure. To this end the relationship that exists between power consumption and the circuit safety margins is explored, and the minimum power-delay time product is derived. The analysis accounts for the parasitics which are present in a monolithic integrated circuit and illustrates the use of the nonlinear transistor model.  相似文献

This paper examines the closed-loop characteristics of the basic Current-Feedback Operational Amplifier (CFOA), and in particular, the dynamic response. Additionally, it also examines the design and advantages of the CFOA regarding its ability to provide a significantly constant closed-loop bandwidth for closed-loop voltage gain. Secondly, the almost limitless slew–rate provided by the class AB input stage that makes it superior to the voltage-mode operational amplifier (VOA) counterpart. Additionally, this paper also concerns the definitions and measurements of the terminal parameters of the CFOA, regarded as a ‘black box’. It does not deal with the way that these parameters are related to the properties of the active passive and active components of a particular circuit configuration. Simulation is used in terminal parameter determination: this brings with it the facility of using test conditions that would not normally prevail in a laboratory test on silicon implementations of the CFOAs. Thus, we can apply 1mA and 1mV test signals from, respectively, infinite and zero source impedances that range in frequency from d.c to some tens of GHz. Also, we assume the existence of resistors with identical Ohmic value and very high value ideal capacitors. Where appropriate, practical test methods are referred to physical laboratory prototypes.  相似文献

针对大型的碳纤维复合材料机翼盒段壁板结构,研究采用光纤布喇格光栅测量结构应变场分布,提出采用最小二乘支持向量机(LS-SVMs)建立应变场-损伤非线性黑箱模型辨识结构损伤法,对典型的飞机碳纤维复合材料盒段壁板结构进行健康监测研究.针对大尺寸带有加强桁条和螺钉通孔的复杂结构盒段壁板试件,建立了7个点的布喇格光栅应变测量网络测量试件有代表性区域的应变场.通过施加280个不同的点载荷模拟损伤,建立应变场与损伤的非线性映射关系黑箱模型;采用LS-SVMs的黑箱模型辨识法对应变场进行有效辨识,准确地判别出280种结构损伤的位置和程度.  相似文献

A robust test set for analog circuits has to detect faults under maximal masking effects due to variations of circuit parameters in their tolerance box. In this paper we propose an optimization based multifrequency test generation method for detecting parametric faults in linear analog circuits. Given a set of performances and a frequency range, our approach selects the test frequencies that maximize the observability on a circuit performance of a parameter deviation under the worst masking effects of normal variations of the other parameters. Experimental results are provided and validated by HSpice simulations to illustrate the proposed approach.  相似文献

A small-signal equivalent circuit model of 2.5 Gbps DFB laser modules with butterfly-type dual-in-line packages has been proposed and verified using extracted parameters. Parameters related to the equivalent circuit have been extracted from measured S parameters using the modified two-port black box model. This model includes small-signal equivalent circuits of components used for 2.5 Gbps DFB laser modules such as DFB laser, coplanar waveguides, matching resistor, bonding wires, and thermoelectric cooler (TEC). From this equivalent circuit modeling, we show that calculated frequency characteristics of DFB lasers on submount and complete DFB laser modules are similar to their measured frequency characteristics, respectively. Based on this equivalent circuit model, we propose and demonstrate a method that can improve frequency characteristics of 2.5 Gbps DFB laser modules through both experiments and simulations.  相似文献
