设计了一种用于AC-DC电源适配器的同步整流电路,集成了同步整流控制芯片、功率MOSFET和储能电容。该新型整流电路在无外部供电、无外部驱动信号、无外围元件的条件下能快速精确地开关功率MOSFET,实现同步整流功能。相比传统肖特基整流电路,该整流电路效率较高,外围器件少,适用范围宽。该同步整流电路芯片采用0.35 μm 高压CMOS工艺设计并实现。结果表明,在220 V交流输入电压、5 V输出电压、5 A最大负载电流下,该整流电路的实测平均效率比传统电路提高了3%。 相似文献

The aim of this paper is to study the performance of an AC/DC converter with low output voltage and low input current harmonic content. In order to obtain low output voltages with a high efficiency, synchronous rectification is mandatory. When the output voltage is low, it is very difficult to use self-driven synchronous rectification and additional windings are used to properly drive the metal oxide semiconductor field effect transmitters (MOSFETs). Besides this, IEC 1000-3-2 regulations impose low input current harmonic contents for power levels higher than 75 W. In this paper, a recently proposed synchronous rectification scheme is combined with a modified input current shaper to design a 100 W, 3.3 V AC/DC converter that complies with IEC 1000-3-2 regulations. The efficiency obtained in the prototype was very high for this application (86%) and both the size increase and the cost increase were quite low in comparison with the original topology with no synchronous rectification and no IEC 1000-3-2 compliance. 相似文献

A novel current-driven synchronous rectifier is presented in this paper. With the help of a current sensing energy recovery circuit, the proposed current-driven synchronous rectifier can operate at high switching frequency with high efficiency. Compared with those voltage-driven synchronous rectification solutions, this current-driven synchronous rectifier has several outstanding characteristics. It can be easily applied to most switching topologies like an ideal diode. Constant gate drive voltage can be obtained regardless of line and load fluctuation. This makes it desirable in high input range application. Power converters designed with this synchronous rectifier are also capable of being connected in parallel without taking the risk of reverse power sinking. 设计了一种同时应用同步整流和ZVT软开关技术的新型开关电源变换电路。在整流部分应用阻抗更小的MOSFET代替传统二极管实现了同步整流。采用软开关技术实现了开关管的导通或关断时,在零电压或零电流条件下完成。同时,利用PSIM软件对所设计的拓扑结构进行了模拟仿真,仿真结果表明,所设计的电路有效提高了变换器的整体效率,并减少了物理器件损耗。 相似文献

A new isolated current-fed pulsewidth modulation dc-dc converter-current-fed dual-bridge dc-dc converter-with small inductance and no deadtime operation is presented and analyzed. The new topology has more than 3times smaller inductance than that of current-fed full-bridge converter, thus having faster transient response speed. Other characteristics include simple self-driven synchronous rectification, simple housekeeping power supply, and smaller output filter capacitance. Detailed analysis shows the proposed converter can have either lower voltage stress on all primary side power switches or soft switching properties when different driving schemes are applied. A 48-V/125-W prototype dc-dc converter with dual output has been tested for the verification of the principles.
