科学传播与普及领域国际会议系列简介之“科技传播”

PCST国际会议 公众科技传播国际会议（Public Communication of Science and Technology, PCST）由国际公众科学技术传播网（International Network for Public Communication of Science and Technology）组织,每两年举办一次,是国际科技传播领域规模和影响最大的学术会议,在推动国际科技传播事业的发展方面有着举足轻重的影响。     

时间、技术、转型、新冠危机与科学传播:第16届国际公众科技传播会议概述

国际公众科学技术传播组织(Public Communication of Science and Technology, PCST)主办的第十六届国际公众科技传播会议于2021年5月24日至27日在线举办,此次会议合作方为苏格兰阿伯丁大学,会议主题为"时间、技术与转型"(Time, Technology and Transformation).面对新冠肺炎疫情的突发情况,PCST委员会增加了新议题"新冠危机与科学传播"(COVID-19 Crisis and Science Communicaiton).来自全球50多个国家和地区的667名代表参加了会议,其中,英国、德国、美国的参会代表数量最多,中国有来自清华大学、苏州大学、中国科协创新战略研究院、中国科学院科技战略咨询研究院等机构的13名代表参会.

Based on the recommendation of ICTD＇09 TPC members, this Special Issue of the Journal of Electronic Science ＆ Technology of China （JESTC） contained 22 high quality papers selected from the Proceedings of 2009 IEEE Circuits and Systems International Conference on Testing and Diagnosis （ICTD ＇09） which is fully sponsored by the IEEE Circuits and Systems Society （CASS）, and is technically co-sponsored by the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China （UESTC）, the Chinese Institute of Electronics （CIE）, the China Instrument ＆ Control Society （CIS）, and organized by UESTC.     

议题、网络与差异:管窥科学传播研究的知识图谱(2000—2019)

以科学传播领域两本权威学术期刊《科学传播》(Science Communication)和《公众理解科学》(Public Understanding of Science)为研究对象,采集两刊2000—2019年发表的论文,从发文量、发文空间分布、作者机构、合作网络、高被引论文、研究热点等方面展开文献计量分析.研究发现,在科学传播研究领域存在帕累托定律和学术地域差异.科学传播研究议题经历了从媒介内容分析、公众参与研究到气候变化、前沿科学议题研究等的转变,有关中国的科学传播研究逐渐进入学者视野.我国科学传播研究既要紧跟国际前沿,又要回应国家和社会的重大需求,形成自身的研究旨趣和风格.

近十年公众理解科学的研究热点与趋势分析 ——以对2005—2014 年《公众理解科学》 （Public Understanding of Science ）的文献分析为例

《公众理解科学》（Public Understanding of Science ）是涵盖科学技术与公众互动关系各方面研究 成果的学术期刊,具有深远国际影响。本研究以2005 至2014 年间SSCI 期刊《公众理解科学》（Public Understanding of Science ）刊登的所有文章为研究对象,综合文献计量法和内容分析法,对研究样本进行计量统 计和内容分析,并分析数据,讨论近十年科学传播领域的学术研究热点和趋势,包括研究主题、研究方法、 作者和国家分布、引用、被引和共引网络等类目。本文希望通过对最近十年的文献分析,不仅在宏观上看到 研究的基本特征和变化,也能从相对微观的研究议题、涉及学科和研究方法等维度总结出特点,为今后公众 理解科学特别是中文相关领域的研究提供借鉴。     

氧化锌“纳米矛”提升太阳能电池效率

美国密苏里科技大学（Missouri University of Science and Technology）的研究人员表示,将一种氧化锌（ZnO）制成的“纳米矛（nanospears）”钉在太阳能电池表面,将可扩展其吸收光谱并因此提高太阳能电池的效率。

300 Million Yuan in 863 Plan in Support of 5G Development

During the ＂International Workshop on 5G ICT-2014＂ held in Beijing on November 6, Cao Jianlin, Vice Minister of Science and Technology, said that the Chinese government had attached great importance to the development of 5G. The Ministry of Science and Technology has invested about 300 million yuan in major R ＆ D projects of 5G mobile communication systems in the national 863 plan, and has attracted the joint participation of more than 50 research and development enterprises, research institutes, and universities.
