针对夏店煤矿煤巷掘进工作面瓦斯涌出量高、掘进速度慢、采掘接替紧张等问题,将气相压裂增透技术引入到掘进工作面瓦斯抽采实践中,阐明了低渗煤层气相压裂增透机理,研究分析了低渗煤层气相压裂增透装备系统和气相压裂增透工艺,并在夏店煤矿掘进工作面进行了工程应用。结果表明:气相压裂增透技术具有降低巷道瓦斯涌出浓度、促进巷道瓦斯均衡涌出、提升巷帮钻场瓦斯抽采效果和加快巷道掘进速度等多重作用;实施气相压裂措施后,抽采钻孔的瓦斯浓度、混合流量和抽采纯量得到有效提高,抽采时间内瓦斯抽采纯量是未进行气相压裂的5.12倍;掘进面前方煤体的瓦斯含量及钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1有明显下降,其中瓦斯含量下降2 m3/t,K1值下降0.12 mL/(g·min0.5)左右;巷道掘进平均单日进尺从4.0 m提升至5.5 m,掘进速度提升显著,极大地缓解了工作面接替紧张问题,保障了工作面的安全高效开采。  相似文献

如何快速有效地提高低渗煤层巷道掘进速度是目前高瓦斯矿井的一大难题,文章针对新景矿高瓦斯低渗煤层煤巷掘进工作面抽采效率低、增透效果不明显等问题,提出气相压裂与水力冲孔相结合的局部瓦斯治理措施,制定了相应的施工方案,并对抽采效果和掘进情况进行跟踪监测,结果显示:气相压裂-水力造穴孔较普通钻孔抽采浓度提高了5倍,较单纯水力造穴钻孔抽采量提高了2倍,同时减少了掘进过程中的压钻、夹杆等现象。  相似文献

为了增加松软低渗透高瓦斯煤层的透气性,提高煤巷掘进工作面的进尺速度和抽采效率,提出了气相压裂—机械造穴复合增透技术。分析了气相压裂—机械造穴复合增透的爆破致裂机理,建立了在机械造穴作用下压裂的径向裂隙方程。在新景矿3218掘进工作面开展了现场工业性试验,对比设计3种技术方案结果表明,使用“5+2”模式的气相压裂—机械造穴复合增透技术后,煤层的透气性与常规的机械造穴相比,平均瓦斯涌出量是普通造穴孔的1.45倍,掘进期间巷道瓦斯浓度降低22%,提高了煤巷工作面的进尺和抽采效率。  相似文献

渝阳煤矿M7煤层具有突出危险性,煤层瓦斯压力大、含量高、煤层透气性系数低,属较难抽采煤层。水力压裂技术能够有效增加煤层的透气性系数,提高瓦斯抽采效果。通过相邻的N3702西回风巷在水力压裂段掘进过程中发现巷道顶板破碎且下沉较严重,锚杆失效较多。因此要对水力压裂对掘进巷道顶底板的影响进行考察研究,并采取有效的支护方式。  相似文献

根据同煤集团某煤矿8406掘进工作面地质情况,对工作面气相压裂钻孔参数进行了设计,每隔5 m布置1个压裂钻孔,每2个压裂孔中间为2个本煤层条带预抽钻孔,并对抽采钻孔间距进行了优化分析,选取6 m间距压裂为最佳方案。对8406掘进工作面采用气相压裂技术后的瓦斯抽采流量进行了测试,测试结果表明,压裂区段单组钻孔瓦斯抽采流量及单孔流量均比非压裂段有较大幅度的提高,气相压裂技术有效地保证了低渗煤层的瓦斯抽采效果。  相似文献

针对屯兰煤矿12507突出煤层工作面的工作面巷道掘进时期的瓦斯治理和突出防治难题,提出并试验了底抽巷穿层钻孔水力割缝压裂增透煤层技术,用以提高低透煤层的透气性系数和煤巷条带瓦斯抽采率,结果表明:(1)采取割缝(压裂)综合增透的钻孔,其瓦斯抽采的平均浓度是常规钻孔的2.86倍;(2)支管瓦斯抽采纯流量是未压裂前的2.6倍;(3)煤层残余瓦斯含量下降了3.618 m3/t;(4)割缝压裂综合作业提高了瓦斯抽采效果和抽采效率,具有明显的煤层增透效果。  相似文献

针对松软煤层水力压裂钻孔易出现塌孔、抽采效率低等问题,提出顶板水力压裂技术,在新安煤矿14170工作面进行现场试验研究,并对压裂效果进行考察分析。试验结果表明,顶板水力压裂措施未造成巷道变形,对巷道维护没有产生负面影响;压裂钻孔接抽瓦斯后,瓦斯浓度保持在40%以上,单孔抽采纯量高达31500 m~3;采用顶板压裂措施后,工作面防突预测指标均有下降趋势。  相似文献

针对煤矿开采深度不断向深部延伸,掘进巷道受深部高应力的影响越来越大,巷道围岩整体稳定性差,矿山压力显现越剧烈现象,一般锚网喷加锚索支护无法从根本上控制巷道的变形。总结了平煤股份十三矿-685 m进风大巷注浆加固技术,依据对巷道掘进之后变形监测数据的采集,对巷道变形机理进行分析研究,并对注浆时段进行了合理选择,在对巷道的注浆工艺进行了充分论证的基础上,对巷道进行了注浆。注浆后效果表明:巷道滞后注浆时间段的选择非常重要,巷道在恰当的时间内进行注浆加固施工,能有效控制巷道的变形,巷道注浆后变形量明显减小,岩体的稳定性明显增强,减少了巷道日常维修工作,降低了矿井的生产成本,保障了矿井的安全生产。  相似文献
