我国有色金属清洁生产技术的评价指标探讨

在我国现有有色金属工业技术改造或新产品开发评价方法基础上,从技术、经济和环境三方面对有色金属工业清洁生产技术的评价指标进行了分析,提出有色金属工业清洁生产技术应是技术、经济和环境三者效益的统一。     

浅议我国有色金属工业及其发展

有色金属是我国原材料工业的重要组成部分。随着国民经济的快速发展，我国对有色金属的需求将会大幅度增加。本文对我国有色金属工业存在的问题作了简要分析，并就存在的突出问题，提出相应的解决措施；同时，提出一些合理化建议，包括从政治、外交、财政、金融及管理等方面为矿产资源的勘探和开发创造条件，从根本上解决制约有色金属工业发展的瓶颈问题；从而顺利实现有色金属工业的可持续发展目标。

有色金属工业环境評价公司正式成立

为配合我国有色金属工业发展的需要,有色金属工业环境评价公司于8月27日在北京正式成立。该公司是跨地区的经济联合体,属中国有色金属工业总公司领导。成员目前包括有色金属工业系统勘察、设计、研究、高等院校等十三个单位。公司办事机构设在北京有色冶金设计研究总院。该公司成立后的任务是贯彻国家的环境保护方针、政策,遵照国家的经济法规,努力做好有色金属企业的环境评价工作。并承担企业环境工程的研究、设计,规划和技术咨询业务。还面向社会,为环境保护工作服务。     

有色金属工业循环经济发展模式研究
