针对氧化铍含量为0.515%的某低品位铍矿, 采用微波加热对矿石进行预处理, 研究了微波预处理及振荡浸出工艺。结果表明: 在微波预处理温度230 ℃、处理时间4 h, 铍矿石和浓硫酸质量比1∶1.4、振荡浸出时间4 h条件下, 铍浸出率达到96.7%。该工艺为低品位铍矿资源的开发利用提供了新思路。  相似文献

西藏某高结合率氧化铜矿含铜1.23%,根据其矿石性质,采用浮选酸浸联合工艺回收铜资源.硫化-黄药浮选法回收较易选的氧硫铜矿物,浮选尾矿通过加温酸浸回收其铜资源.实验结果表明,经过一粗一扫二精的浮选闭路流程可获得铜品位为27.33%,回收率为34.88%的铜精矿.浮选尾矿中铜品位为0.81%,对浮选尾矿进行加温酸浸,浸出实验结果表明,在温度为80℃,液固比为3∶1,酸矿比为100kg/t,浸出时间4h,铜浸出率达82.26%.总体实现了该氧化铜矿资源的有效回收.  相似文献

为了有效开发利用炭质页岩型钒矿资源并保护生态环境,提出了常压分段氧化浸出提钒新工艺,并以贵州某炭质页岩型钒矿石为对象进行了浸出试验。试验结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.15 mm占70%,一段浸出1#药剂用量为矿石量的15%、液固比为0.75∶1、浸出温度为80 ℃、浸出时间为3 h,二段浸出2#药剂用量为矿石量的3%、氯酸钠用量为矿石量的1%、液固比为1∶1、浸出温度为80 ℃、浸出时间为4 h的条件下,钒的浸出率可达91.52%。该新工艺不需对矿石进行焙烧,工艺流程简单,药剂用量较低,浸出时间短,钒浸出率高,可避免焙烧提钒工艺带来的环境污染和资源浪费等问题。  相似文献

赞比亚某复杂难选氧化铜矿石矿物组成复杂,属结合相占比较高的氧化铜矿石,铜品位为2.10%。为开发利用该铜矿石资源,采用预处理—硫酸酸浸工艺进行了浸铜工艺参数研究。结果表明,在磨矿细度为-200目占58%,预处理剂K1浓度为9%、液固比为1∶1、预处理温度为85℃、预处理时间为1 h,酸浸的硫酸浓度为5%、液固比为1.5∶1、浸出温度为50℃、浸出时间为3h的情况下,可取得88.83%的铜浸出率。较好地解决了矿石的铜浸出问题,为开发利用该铜矿资源提供了技术依据。  相似文献

甘肃某钒矿矿物组成较为复杂,嵌布粒度较细,浮选工艺处理困难。针对该矿石复杂性质,实验对其进行了直接酸浸工艺、焙烧-酸浸工艺、焙烧-碱浸出工艺、焙烧-水浸出工艺的研究。实验结果表明焙烧-酸浸工艺效果较佳,其较佳条件为:原矿磨矿细度 -0.074 mm 70%,加水制粒Φ8~20 mm,干燥后焙烧1.5 h,焙烧温度为800℃。焙烧矿磨至-0.074 mm 60%,酸浸硫酸用量为12%,液固比1.2∶1,浸出时间1 h,浸出温度30℃,在此条件下可获得钒浸出率为93.36%的贵液。采用的工艺技术路线解决了该难选钒矿采用常规湿法提钒工艺钒浸出率低、硫酸消耗量大等技术难题,为实现资源高效利用及保障国家能源资源安全奠定了坚实的技术基础。   相似文献

陕西某伊利石型石煤钒矿石中钒主要以类质同象形式存在于伊利石和榍石中,其分布率分别为90.32%和5.37%。为给该石煤矿中钒利用提供依据,进行了复合添加剂焙烧-水浸-酸浸联合工艺提钒试验。结果显示:在复合添加剂NaCl+K2SO4用量为4%+16%、焙烧温度为800 ℃、焙烧时间为60 min条件下进行焙烧,焙烧产品在水浸温度为90 ℃、液固比为4 mL/g、浸出时间为120 min条件下水浸,水浸渣在H2SO4浓度为4%、液固比为4 mL/g、浸出温度为80 ℃、浸出时间为60 min条件下进行酸浸,获得了水浸率为85.06%、酸浸率为7.94%,总浸出率为93.00%的指标。试验结果可以为该含钒石煤矿石的开发利用提供参考。  相似文献

某低品位含铜硫酸渣铜品位为0.29%,铁品位为56.11%,直接采用浮选或硫酸浸出均无法回收硫酸渣中的铜,且影响最终铁精矿的质量,造成铜、铁资源浪费。研究发现,硫酸渣经还原焙烧后,铜主要以硫化铜形式存在,矿物嵌布粒度较细。探讨了浸出剂硫酸浓度、磨矿细度、浸出温度、液固比、浸出时间等参数对还原焙烧后硫酸渣中铜浸出的影响。在浸出剂H2SO4体积浓度为3%、磨矿细度-0.045mm占74.55%、浸出温度70℃、固液比1∶4(g/mL)、浸出时间为3h的最佳浸出条件下,铜的浸出率为77.63%,浸渣Cu含量为0.066%。硫酸渣原样经还原焙烧—磨矿—铜浸出—磁选分离试验,铜的浸出率可达82.68%,还可得到铁品位为66.45%、含铜品位为0.052%的合格铁精矿。实现了硫酸渣中铜、铁资源的回收。  相似文献

对刚果(金)某铜钴矿进行了酸浸实验研究,考察了磨矿细度、反应温度、硫酸用量、亚硫酸钠用量、矿浆浓度、反应时间对矿石中铜钴浸出率的影响。结果表明,当磨矿细度-0.074 mm粒级占80%、矿浆浓度33%、硫酸用量110 kg/t、亚硫酸钠用量20 kg/t、常温搅拌浸出5 h时,浸出尾渣铜钴品位分别为0.26%和0.025%,铜钴浸出率分别为94.85%和93.15%。  相似文献

采用钠盐焙烧-酸浸工艺处理以部分铁氧化物呈浸染状分布在粘土矿物中的某高铝硅极难选褐铁矿。通过单因素试验分别考察了焙烧工艺中焙烧温度、焙烧时间、钠盐用量、磨矿粒度等对焙烧的影响, 酸浸工艺中考察了硫酸浓度、液固比、酸浸温度和时间等因素对浸出指标的影响。试验结果表明, 在磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm粒级占90.36%, 碳酸钠用量为15%, 焙烧温度为950 ℃, 焙烧时间为30 min, 硫酸浓度为7%, 液固比为15∶1, 酸浸温度为60 ℃, 酸浸时间15 min条件下, 可获得TFe品位为60.21%, 回收率为93.49%, SiO2和Al2O3含量分别为3.28%和6.81%的铁精矿。  相似文献

国外某氧化铜矿石中的铜主要以假孔雀石、磷铜铁矿和绿磷铜铁矿等含铜矿物形式存在,铜品位为2.07%,氧化率为82.86%,其中结合率高达51.91%。为高效回收矿石中的铜,对K1湿法预处理—硫酸浸出工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明,预处理阶段的磨矿细度为-74μm占60%、矿浆浓度为35%、K1浓度为9%、温度为85℃、时间为1 h,硫酸酸浸的矿浆浓度为25%、硫酸浓度为13.8%、温度为50℃、时间为3 h,对应的铜浸出率为87.44%。  相似文献

针对煤矿开采深度不断向深部延伸,掘进巷道受深部高应力的影响越来越大,巷道围岩整体稳定性差,矿山压力显现越剧烈现象,一般锚网喷加锚索支护无法从根本上控制巷道的变形。总结了平煤股份十三矿-685 m进风大巷注浆加固技术,依据对巷道掘进之后变形监测数据的采集,对巷道变形机理进行分析研究,并对注浆时段进行了合理选择,在对巷道的注浆工艺进行了充分论证的基础上,对巷道进行了注浆。注浆后效果表明:巷道滞后注浆时间段的选择非常重要,巷道在恰当的时间内进行注浆加固施工,能有效控制巷道的变形,巷道注浆后变形量明显减小,岩体的稳定性明显增强,减少了巷道日常维修工作,降低了矿井的生产成本,保障了矿井的安全生产。  相似文献
