对某含铜钼钨矿石进行了浮选分离工艺研究。该矿石为钨重选毛砂,除钨矿物外,还富含铜、钼等有价金属硫化矿物。根据矿石性质,采用铜钼混合浮选—铜钼分离的浮选工艺,综合回收矿石中的钨、铜、钼。铜钼混合浮选时,采用高效活化剂BK546,有利于矿石浮选脱硫,提高铜钼回收率,并减少钨的互含损失。闭路试验获得钼精矿含钼57.90%、铜0.68%、钼回收率96.44%;铜精矿含铜37.32%、回收率99.64%;钨精矿含WO3 68.12%、铜0.025%、钼0.005%、钨回收率97.30%。实现了矿石中钨、铜、钼的有效分离回收。  相似文献

在对河南某选钼尾矿矿石性质研究的基础上,进行了钼、硫、钨矿物选矿综合回收研究。研究结果表明,该矿样磨至-200目占70%时,经钼、硫、钨优先浮选闭路流程处理,最终可获得钼品位为48.35%、回收率为61.24%的钼精矿,硫品位为38.72%、回收率为84.81%的硫精矿,钨品位为48.70%、回收率为78.16% 的钨精矿。  相似文献

本文对广东石人嶂云英岩矿石进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究.研究结果表明,矿石中的铜、钼、铋、钨、锡等金属矿物以及石英等非金属矿物具有较高的利用价值.依据矿石性质,可采用浮选铜、钼、铋、白云母,再回收钨、锡的选矿工艺.该矿石有用矿物多,综合回收效益高,符合我国政府提倡的循环经济产业政策.  相似文献

为了给赣北某钨钼矿的选矿工艺流程选择提供依据,采用显微镜、化学分析、XRD分析等分析测试手段对钨矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究。研究表明,矿石矿物成分复杂,主要有用矿物为黑钨矿、黄铜矿、白钨矿、辉钼矿等。矿石主要有用元素为钨,WO3含量0.264%,可以进行回收利用,伴生铜、钼等也可以综合回收利用。钨主要以黑钨矿和白钨矿形式存在,二者关系密切;伴生铜、钼主要以硫化物形式存在。黑钨矿以半自形板状和它形晶粒状沿石英裂隙及间隙不均匀分布,并受黄铜矿、白钨矿等中后期矿物交代。钨矿物可采用分级重选工艺回收,铜、钼可采用多段磨选工艺综合回收。  相似文献

安徽某钨钼矿钨、钼品位低,有用矿物辉钼矿和白钨矿嵌布关系复杂、嵌布粒度不均、单体解离困难,属低品位多金属矿床。为合理开发利用该矿石,进行了优先浮选选矿试验。结果表明:在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm 60%的条件下,采用1粗2扫4精选钼(钼3次精选前再磨至-0.038 mm 95%)、钼扫选尾矿1粗2精(加温精选)2扫选钨、中矿顺序返回的闭路流程处理该矿石,在最优药剂制度条件下,可获得钼精矿钼品位为44.60%、含钨0.45%、钼回收率为60.23%,钨精矿钨品位为63.93%、含钼4.90%、钨回收率为85.24%的良好指标。该工艺方案为开发利用该矿石提供了技术依据。  相似文献

为给河南某钨钼矿选矿工艺流程优化研究提供理论依据,采用显微镜、MLA、X-射线衍射和电子探针等分析测试手段对有代表性矿石进行了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:1矿石Mo、WO3品位分别为0.09%和0.13%,可回收利用的金属矿物有白钨矿、辉钼矿和含钼白钨矿。2钨、钼主要以白钨矿、钼钨钙矿和辉钼矿形式存在,硫化钼矿可采用浮选工艺回收;氧化钼钨矿则只能与白钨矿共同富集成钨钼混合精矿。3辉钼矿的嵌布粒度比白钨矿粗,相同磨矿细度下的解离度也较高。4绿泥石、透闪石、方解石等易泥化矿物和黄铁矿等硫化矿物的存在将影响钼钨选别指标。  相似文献
