利用粉煤灰合成13X沸石分子筛的实验研究 总被引:14,自引:1,他引:13
以北京某热电厂的粉煤灰为主要原料,经过对原料的焙烧处理、水热合成实验,合成了13X沸石分子筛。倍烧实验确定了优化焙烧参数:粉煤灰/碳酸钠为1:1.05(摩尔比),倍烧温度830℃,倍烧时间1.5h。采用正交设计法确定了水热法品化的优化工艺参数:M2O/SiO2(mol)为1.32,H2O/M2O(mol)为55,晶化时间:10h,品种加入量8%(水体积)。合成沸石的纯度较高,具有优良的热稳定性,吸附量达到国家化学工业产品标准。 相似文献

凹凸棒石黏土煅烧-碱浸法合成纯4A沸石的研究 总被引:4,自引:3,他引:1
以凹凸棒石黏土为原料,经过煅烧、酸化、碱浸处理,滤液添加铝源后水热晶化合成了高纯4A沸石.采用XRD、FT-IR和SEM对产品进行了表征.研究了煅烧、晶化时间、SiO2:Al2O3摩尔比对4A沸石合成的影响,结果显示凹土经过煅烧可提高SiO2成分的浸出率和4A沸石的产率;当合成液各组分摩尔比为3.9Na2O:1Al2O3:1.8SiO2:138H2O时,90℃水热晶化5h以上.可合成结晶度高的4A沸石,晶化时间越长,结晶度越高;n(SiO2):n(A12O3)决定沸石合成的种类,合成液中n(SiO2):n(Al203)为1.8~2.8时合成4A沸石,n(SiO2):n(Al2O3)为3时合成4A沸石和X型沸石. 相似文献

玻屑凝灰岩合成P型沸石工艺优化研究 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
经适当预处理,湖南临澧玻屑凝灰岩可成为沸石分子筛的合成原料。以它为原料,采用水热反应晶体合在工艺,并在大量实验研究基础上,对该工艺进行优化,确定最佳技术参数,可合成出质量较好的P型沸石产品。该合成工艺流程为:“玻屑凝灰岩(预处理) 碱 铝酸钠 水”→水热反应→晶化合成→过滤、洗涤→烘干→P型沸石产品,最佳技术参数为:硅铝比(SiO2/Al2O3)3,碱度5mol/1LH2O,晶化温度95~100℃,晶化时间7~8h。该工艺流程简单,技术参数容易控制,原料来源丰富,合成成本低,可进行工业化生产。该研究既为玻屑凝灰岩资源的高层次开发利用并辟了新的途径,也为P型沸石合成提供了一种来源丰富的新原料。 相似文献

摘要:首次应用逐个单因素分析法区分大豆油,菜子油(低芥酸菜子油,高芥酸菜子油),棉籽油以及工业油酸等几种油脂原料。文中采用气相色谱-质谱法分析了四大类油脂,用面积归一化法计算每个样品中各脂肪酸的相对含量。以检测到的九种脂肪酸的相对含量为变量,对采集的85个数据使用R version 2.8.1建立了相应的数学模型。由该判别法将样品成功的分为四大类;其中特别还将高芥酸菜子油和低芥酸菜子油区分开来了。逐个单因素法能较好的实现样品的判别,自身验证的准确率为100%。另取22个油脂样品进行验证,识别准确率为100%。 相似文献

Cyanide used as a depressant for pyrite in the flotation of chalcopyrite from a polymetallic ore was found to result in flotation (activation) of sphalerite. This was thought to be due to leaching of copper ions from chalcopyrite by the cyanide. Copper leached from specimen chalcopyrite and from a Cu-ore sample treated with cyanide was determined for a variety of conditions. A significant increase in Cu release at elevated pulp potential is shown which also enhanced uptake of Cu ions by sphalerite. Activation, it is suggested, is related to release of copper as cuprocyanide and subsequent oxidation to cupric cyanide, which supplies the Cu2+ ions. 相似文献
