基于CFD的超重力分离净化装置的流场分析

利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent对超重力分离净化装置内部的流体流动进行了数值分析与模拟,并且观查转速、进口速度、压降的变化对油雾颗粒速度的影响。结果表明,油雾颗粒的速度和压降随着转速增大而增大,对油雾径向速度影响不大。根据数值分析结果,可以对气-液两相流高速分离净化装置的设计提供可靠的帮助。     

超重勒汽车作用下双层刚性路面的应力特性

为探索超重上路在应力破坏机理，认识双层路面应力分布特性路面的应力特性，开展了超重载上钢筋混凝土及钢纤维混凝土双层路面下不同的应力测试。测试结果表明，钢筋混凝土及钢纤维混凝土对改善路面应力状态，增加混凝土路面抗破坏能力具有较好的作用。
