尾矿库堆积坝浸润线的埋深与坝坡安全直接相关,对照《尾矿设施设计规范》GB50863-2013中有关控制浸润线的要求,整理了浸润线预警阈值的计算方法和逻辑控制关系,并结合实际工程,建立了浸润线计算模型,研究了浸润线最小埋深与稳定性、渗流边界等的关系,为尾矿库在线监测系统浸润线预警阈值的设置提供了依据。  相似文献

鉴于当前尾矿库在线监测系统中关于浸润线埋深预警值的选定上存在困难,本文在已有研究基础上,结合浸润线在线监测系统,从坝体稳定性角度,分析研究了尾矿坝坝体浸润线监测的预警值,提出了汛期尾矿库坝体最不利浸润线的确定方法,将预警参数分为企业、县安监局、市安监局三级预警,并针对不同工况确定三级预警参数,此研究成果可为在线安全监测系统的预警提供技术支持。  相似文献

基于富贵鸟1号尾矿库现有岩土工程地质条件,采用有限元法对该尾矿坝进行渗流稳定性及静力有限元数值模拟分析.结果表明坝体在正常运行工况以及洪水运行工况下,尾矿堆积坝坝坡浸润线埋深满足规范规定.坝体浸润线沿初期坝坝坡出逸,系透水堆石坝正常排水现象,不会对坝坡产生如管涌、流沙和表面沼泽化等渗流破坏.并在此基础上,采用毕肖普法和瑞典圆弧法对坝体进行正常水位工况、洪水位工况和洪水位及地震作用工况下的稳定性计算,得到尾矿坝坝体内部应力应变关系,以及坝体最小稳定性系数.结果表明坝体的稳定性系数大于规范要求的最细小安全系数,坝体是安全稳固的.  相似文献

对中国黄金集团迁西鑫峪矿业鑫洲铁选场尾矿库进行了系统的稳定性评价,采用数值方法对渗流安全性能和坝体稳定性进行计算,结果表明:尾矿库浸润线最小埋深大于规程要求的深度,满足规程规定。初期坝体、终期坝体及副坝在各种工况条件下安全系数均高于规定要求,计算得出的抗滑稳定系数大于允许最小安全系数,能保证尾矿坝的稳定运行。  相似文献

加高已有尾矿坝是扩大尾矿库库容的一种经济可行的办法,但尾矿库等级升高,溃坝风险增大。以辽宁某尾矿库为例,通过现场勘查和室内试验获得堆积层基本物理力学参数;对比实测浸润线,利用Geo-studio软件模拟分析尾矿坝加高前后渗流场并优化渗透系数,进一步分析坝体静力稳定性和地震动力响应。结果表明:尾矿库浸润线最小埋深在10 m以上,符合规程要求;采用瑞典圆弧法和简化Bishop法计算的安全系数均高于允许最小安全系数,地震对坝体安全性影响较小,只有局部液化;加高后最危险滑面位于初期坝附近370 m标高以下,主要为深层圆弧形滑移,原因是尾粉土渗透性较低导致浸润线升高,建议实时监测尤其是洪水期浸润线高度,必要时采取相应措施降低浸润线,有效杜绝渗透破坏。  相似文献

坝体边坡稳定性是尾矿库安全的重要因素。在坝体稳定性研究中,首先须考虑地下水渗流的作用,明确尾矿坝浸润线埋深特点;后根据勘察资料,进行稳定性计算,以验证坝体稳定性安全系数的规范符合性。研究结果表明:在排渗结构功能正常的工况下,坝体无论在正常运行、洪水运行和特殊运行条件下,坝体抗滑稳定安全系数都能满足规范要求。  相似文献

为了合理分析尾矿材料固有属性不确定性对尾矿坝稳定性的影响,通过分析影响尾矿坝稳定性各因素的不确定性,将定值计算与随机抽样相结合,建立尾矿坝稳定性分析的不确定性推理模型。模型采用贝叶斯网络结构表示尾矿坝稳定性与各影响因素之间的定性关系、网络参数(条件概率)定量表示各因素对尾矿坝稳定性影响的不确定性,并借用双向推理分析多因素变化对尾矿坝稳定性的影响。借助实例,验算了安全系数与级配参数之间的变化关系,并应用后验概率计算分析得出尾矿坝失稳变化的安全主控因素是黏聚力和内摩擦角,提出通过排渗增大安全主控因素以提高坝体稳定性的措施并应用于现场实际。数值模拟和现场试验结果证明将不确定性概率推理应用于尾矿坝稳定性分析及提出的措施是合理的。  相似文献

尾矿库改变放矿模式后,库区前缘干滩强度增强,但积水量增加,对坝体的渗流和静力稳定性产生了影响。对尾矿坝二级子坝和最终坝高断面进行渗流和静力稳定性计算,计算结果表明:坝体浸润线埋深较浅,坝体自由面较高,水力坡降最大值位于初期坝坡脚处,水从初期坝坝面溢出,可能发生流土或管涌;坝体水平位移小,最小主应力只在二级子坝局部位置为拉应力,对坝体稳定性影响不大;二级子坝静力稳定性安全系数比允许最小值略小,最终坝高坝体稳定性较强。坝体总体稳定性较强,建议采取坝体深部排水措施(如水平排水管、辐射井等),降低坝体的自由面,提高坝体稳定性。对二级子坝做好护坡,并采取相应措施增加库区浸润线埋深,保证坝体稳定运行。  相似文献

浸润线是衡量尾矿坝稳定性的关键指标,研究浸润线埋深变化对于提高尾矿坝的稳定性有重要意义。以斋家冲尾矿坝为工程背景,利用矿山废石与尾矿砂联合堆筑的方法建立了与原型相似的含废石柱尾矿坝的试验模型,分析废石柱的颗粒级配和间距对尾矿坝不同工况下的坝体单位时间渗流量和浸润线埋深的影响,并利用Geo-studio软件中SEEP/W研究了正常工况下的坝体渗流流态。结果表明:随着废石柱细颗粒含量的降低,坝体单位时间渗流量增加,浸润线埋深则降低;随着废石柱间距的增大,尾矿坝的单位时间渗流量减小,初期坝坝前坡脚处截面流量增大,孔隙水压力线与坝基的水平夹角减小,浸润线埋深随之抬高。研究结果可为类似尾矿坝的设计与施工提供参考,有利于减少废石对生态环境的影响。  相似文献

降雨事件是导致尾矿坝失稳的主要因素之一,评估降雨事件发生时尾矿坝的稳定性对矿山安全运行至关重要。由于降雨在坝体中的渗透机制多变,降雨事件和坝体失稳之间的联系是不确定的,为了减少这种不确定性,运用贝叶斯分析方法预测不同降雨量下的尾矿坝稳定性。基于尾矿坝堆坝模型试验获取了不同降雨量和空间维度下的坝体物理参数及试验数据,建立了基于贝叶斯的尾矿坝稳定性评估模型。使用信息增益获取各参数预警值并以此为指标计算物理参数的先验概率,结合Leaky Noisy-orgat扩展模型计算条件概率,借助GeNIe软件建立贝叶斯模型,通过贝叶斯分析得到尾矿坝在不同降雨条件下各个空间位置的失稳概率。该模型将试验参数与尾矿坝失稳机理不确定性相联系,进一步提高了客观评价的准确性。研究结果表明:(1)降雨量越大,尾矿的各参数变动越大,相互作用越明显,坝体失事概率越高。(2)由于尾矿的空间非均质特性,高处的尾矿失稳概率更大,而降雨将进一步加剧失稳风险。研究成果对于尾矿坝稳定性分析有一定的借鉴意义。  相似文献
