本文对贵州某高硫铝土矿中硫的迁移途径和影响硫溶出率的因素分别进行了研究。结果表明:在高硫铝土矿溶出时,解离的黄铁矿先溶出,被铝土矿包裹的黄铁矿在氧化铝溶出后期才溶出,且溶出量较小;硫溶出率受黄铁矿粒度较细、解离度低、溶液成分和溶出条件等因素的影响。  相似文献

通过野外手标本观察、室内光薄片镜下鉴定、高压拜尔法溶出试验和拜尔法溶出浆液沉降性能试验等手段,对云峰铝土矿矿物学特征和矿物可溶性进行研究。结果表明:云峰铝土矿主要矿物为硬水铝石、高岭石、绿泥石,次要矿物为软水铝石与黄铁矿。在同一溶出条件下,加入7%左右的石灰矿石的溶出率较高。本区铝土矿的溶出稀释浆液不添加絮凝剂无法进行赤泥沉降分离作业,添加絮凝剂可以显著提高赤泥的沉降速度,所选3种不同絮凝剂1 h沉降后底流液固比均在3.4左右,对赤泥浆液的沉降性能基本相同。铝土矿矿石质量较好,具有较大的潜在经济价值。  相似文献

针对广西某地高硫高铁一水硬铝石型铝土矿的矿石特性,采用浮选脱硫-拜耳法溶出工艺流程,对其进行反浮选除硫再进行拜耳法溶出试验。结果表明,该高硫高铁铝土矿可通过浮选方法脱硫,脱硫尾矿进行拜耳法溶出可以得到较佳的溶出效果。其较佳的溶出条件为溶出温度260℃、溶出时间45 min、配料分子比1.4、石灰加入量10%、循环母液苛性碱浓度260 g/L,在此条件下氧化铝的相对溶出率达到99.40%。  相似文献

研究了在一水硬铝石型铝土矿焙烧过程中添加剂对焙烧矿溶出性能的影响。实验结果表明, 在一水硬铝石型铝土矿焙烧过程中添加氟化铝, 对焙烧矿的溶出性能有明显的改善作用。在铝土矿中添加1%的氟化铝焙烧, 经185 ℃溶出1 h 后, 焙烧矿氧化铝的溶出率达52%, 比未添加时提高15%左右;且随着氟化铝添加量的增加, 氧化铝的溶出率随之升高, 当添加量为5%时, 在同样溶出条件下氧化铝溶出率可达71%;而铝土矿添加3%氟化铝焙烧, 在200 ℃溶出1 h, 氧化铝溶出率即可达到88%。  相似文献

贵州某高硅中低品位铝土矿石Al2O3品位为57.62%、SiO2含量为9.54%,铝硅比为6.04。为实现氧化铝高效溶出,进行了铝土矿石灰拜耳法溶出氧化铝工艺试验。结果表明:在溶出温度为265 ℃,溶出时间为65 min,磨矿粒度为-0.074 mm含量90%,石灰添加量为1.4,矿浆液固比为4,搅拌转速为500 r/min条件下,可以获得氧化铝溶出率83%以上,赤泥平均铝硅比为1.33的溶出指标。试验结果可为该类铝硅比较低的铝土矿资源的合理开发利用提供借鉴。  相似文献

为消除贵州某高硫铝土精矿中硫含量过高对拜耳法生产的不利影响,研究了该高硫铝土矿精矿拜耳法溶出过程中氧化铝和硫的可溶性。试验结果显示:最优溶出试验条件为溶出温度260℃、溶出时间60 min、石灰加入量7%、配料分子比1.45、Na_2O浓度230 g/L,在此试验条件下,赤泥中氧化铝含量为17.13%,硫含量为0.12%,氧化铝的相对溶出率达到97.24%,硫的溶出率为17.72%,说明该试样溶出性能良好。  相似文献

对以一水硬铝石为主的低品位铝土矿进行碱石灰溶出研究,确定溶出方案及最优技术参数。以文山铝土矿为原料,考察苛性碱浓度、温度、液固比、石灰加入量、时间等因素对铝土矿溶出效果的影响。结果表明,在母液苛性碱浓度240 g/L,溶出温度270℃,液固比6∶1,石灰加入量8%,时间60 min的条件下,Al2O3溶出率达到90.03%。石灰的加入不仅能有效减少Si O2的溶出,而且能显著提高Al2O3的溶出率。  相似文献

简述了桂西堆积型硬水铝石三水铝石铝土矿矿床地质特征及三水铝石赋存状态,对堆积型铝土矿基质中的三水铝石进行了定量分析和溶出试验,结果表明:32.9%的样品达到边界品位;其最低溶出率达到95.5%。该三水铝石矿具有溶出性能好、冶炼成本低,经济价值高等优点。桂西是我国最重要的三水铝石资源产地,具有良好的综合利用前景。  相似文献

针对煤矿开采深度不断向深部延伸,掘进巷道受深部高应力的影响越来越大,巷道围岩整体稳定性差,矿山压力显现越剧烈现象,一般锚网喷加锚索支护无法从根本上控制巷道的变形。总结了平煤股份十三矿-685 m进风大巷注浆加固技术,依据对巷道掘进之后变形监测数据的采集,对巷道变形机理进行分析研究,并对注浆时段进行了合理选择,在对巷道的注浆工艺进行了充分论证的基础上,对巷道进行了注浆。注浆后效果表明:巷道滞后注浆时间段的选择非常重要,巷道在恰当的时间内进行注浆加固施工,能有效控制巷道的变形,巷道注浆后变形量明显减小,岩体的稳定性明显增强,减少了巷道日常维修工作,降低了矿井的生产成本,保障了矿井的安全生产。  相似文献
