四川壤塘锂多金属矿石选矿试验研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
四川壤塘锂多金属矿石中主要有用矿物为锂辉石,具有综合回收价值的矿物为钽铁矿、铌铁矿和锡石。根据钽铌铁矿及锡石与锂辉石和脉石矿物的密度差异、钽铌铁矿与锡石的磁性差异以及锂辉石与脉石矿物的可浮性差异,采用分级重选—磁选—浮选联合工艺流程进行选矿试验,获得了锂精矿、钽铌精矿和锡精矿,使矿石中的有价元素得到了较好的综合回收。锂精矿Li2O品位为5.53%,Li2O回收率为72.68%;钽铌精矿Ta2O5和Nb2O5品位为17.00%和32.55%,Ta2O5和Nb2O5回收率为59.38%和66.05%;锡精矿锡品位为52.16%,锡回收率为80.00%。  相似文献

本文的研究对象为四川某锂辉石矿,矿石属伟晶岩型低品位锂辉石矿,矿石中Li2O含量为1.36%。主要矿物组成简单,为锂辉石、石英、长石等,粒度粗大。主回收元素锂主要分布于锂辉石中,锂辉石中锂的分布率为96.6%,锂辉石本身含铁0.15%。加之部分锂辉石发育的解理缝、裂缝中被铁锰质充填污染,易对锂辉石品级造成影响。共伴生的锡、铌、钽主要以锡石、铌铁矿、重钽铁矿存在,嵌布于锂辉石、石英、长石粒间,粒度细小,与主要矿物粒度差异巨大,是否综合回收应从经济效益角度考虑。  相似文献

新疆某伟晶岩型锂多金属矿伴生钽铌锡等有价元素,其中钽铌主要以钽铌铁矿的形式存在,锡主要以锡石的形式存在。为提高伴生元素的回收率,根据矿石性质最终确定了粗磨—重选预富集—强磁选—离 心分离的原则工艺流程,并开展了相关条件试验研究。重液分析确定重选适宜的入选粒度为-0.35 mm,在此条件下,通过螺旋溜槽粗选—摇床精选工艺实现了钽铌锡预富集。对预富集精矿进行锡石与钽铌铁矿的强磁 选分离,适宜的工作参数为磁场强度800 mT、脉动频率260次/min。非磁性产品主要为锡石和锂辉石,在冲洗水量2.0 L/min、给矿浓度30%、给矿量1.0 kg/min的条件下,确定离心选别适宜的重力加速度为50G。根据 条件试验确定的工艺条件,进行螺旋溜槽粗选—摇床精选—弱磁选—强磁选—离心重选全流程试验,最终获得了Ta2O5品位13.90%、Nb2O5品位29.14%、Ta2O5回收率49.50%、Nb2O5回收率58.37%的钽铌精矿及Sn品位 41.45%、Sn回收率54.39%的锡精矿,有效实现了伴生有价矿物的综合回收。  相似文献

本文利用显微镜下鉴定、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射分析(XRD)等分析测试手段对四川甲基卡西矿段的措拉锂多金属矿开展了详细的矿物学研究。研究结果显示,矿石矿物以锂辉石为主,少量的磷锂铝石、锂云母,副矿物为铌铁矿、铌钽铁矿、锡石等;脉石矿物以长石类、石英为主,次为云母类,副矿物有磷灰石、绿泥石等。矿石中锂主要赋存于锂辉石中,伴生有铌、钽、铷等有益组分,均达到综合回收指标值;选冶试验表明,主要矿石矿物锂辉石可选别利用外,其伴生有价元素如铌、钽等可实现综合回收利用。综上所述,该锂矿具有重要的开发利用价值。   相似文献

针对某复杂低品位铜锌硫化矿,为降低选矿成本及为生产提供指导依据,进行了工艺矿物学研究。采用化学多元素分析、矿物自动分析仪(MLA)、光学显微镜等分析手段,查明了矿石的元素组成及矿物组成、主要矿物的嵌布特征、共生关系、粒度分布及解离度特征。结果表明,矿石中Cu品位为0.60%,锌品位为0.25%;含铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,含锌矿物主要为闪锌矿;铜锌硫矿物嵌布关系复杂,嵌布粒径大小悬殊,主要矿物单体含量低,黄铜矿及闪锌矿的单体解离度分别为37.92%、32.43%、单体解离度不高;矿石中存在极细粒黄铜矿且细粒级黄铜矿包裹于黄铁矿、磁铁矿、闪锌矿、脉石中导致铜回收困难,部分闪锌矿粒度极细且铜锌硫矿物共生关系紧密,相互包裹,共同赋存于脉石中导致铜锌分离困难。  相似文献

运用化学分析、实体显微镜、透光显微镜、反光显微镜以及X射线衍射仪、X射线能谱仪、扫描电镜等分析方法和测试手段对云南某多金属硫化矿中的有用有害杂质元素含量、矿物组成,锡主要赋存矿物的单体解离度、工艺结晶粒度、嵌布特征以及锡的赋存形式进行了查定、分析。结果表明,在对矿石中的有价元素锡进行回收时,应确定合适的磨矿细度,使呈毗连嵌镶或包裹嵌镶形式嵌布于脉石矿物中的锡石充分单体解离,采用重浮联合选矿工艺才能有效地回收与富集矿石中的锡金属,从而提高锡金属的选矿回收率。  相似文献

采用MLA与传统的工艺矿物学研究方法相结合的方式,详细研究江西宜春某强钠长石化花岗岩型矿石中钽铌矿物的矿物学特性和钽铌的赋存状态。研究表明,钽铌矿物以钽铌锰矿和细晶石为主,其次为锡锰钽矿,矿石中钽铌元素主要以独立矿物、类质同象和包裹体三种形式存在。以独立矿物的形式赋存于钽铌矿物中的Ta2O5和Nb2O5分别为79.40%和57.70%,从原矿中分选钽铌矿物,可获得理论品位Ta2O5 56.76%,Nb2O5 18.67%的钽铌精矿。  相似文献

这是一篇工艺矿物学领域的论文。锂、铍、铌、钽等稀有金属作为国家战略性新兴资源,主要应用于国防、航空、航天等工业领域,近年来备受地质学家的关注。湖北某地铌钽铁矿为含铌粗面质火山岩及火山碎屑岩矿床,本文对该矿石进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究,查明矿石中主要含铌的矿物有铌铁矿,铌铁金红石、赤褐铁矿和钛铁矿、黄铁矿等,铌铁矿为该矿石选别铌精矿的主要回收矿物。大部分铌矿物嵌布粒度均小于0.04 mm,铌铁矿粒度微细,多为0.5~8μm,但在-0.037 mm 90%时单体解离度可达71.11%,可考虑用磁选方法分离铌铁矿和脉石矿物;矿石中脉石矿物以绢云母、斜长石为主,磨细后泥化严重,应注意泥级物质团聚对选矿实验的影响。  相似文献

对东秦岭某稀有金属矿的工艺特性进行了研究,确定了矿石的物质组成、结构构造、主要矿物的嵌布特征和粒度分布,对矿石中的有用矿物进行了选矿探索试验。结果表明:矿石中Nb_2O_5+Ta_2O_5含量为0.050%,伴生的Li、Be、Rb和Cs等元素可考虑综合回收;钽铌矿选矿采用磁选—重选联合流程回收(磁选富集铌铁矿和钽锰矿,重选富集钽铁矿、细晶石和烧绿石),最终获得Nb_2O_5和Ta_2O_5含量分别为20.728%和50.462%、回收率分别为28.82%和33.99%的铌钽精矿;锂矿物选矿采用浮选环境为中性的自主研发药剂,通过1粗1扫3精浮选流程处理,可获得Li_2O含量为1.65%、回收率为31.31%的锂精矿。鉴于长石以钠长石为主,且多含微细粒包裹体,大部分未解离,很难获得合格精矿,而锂尾矿Cs_2O和Rb_2O含量分别为0.20%和0.16%,经济价值较高,建议直接采用焙烧—水浸法工艺进行回收。  相似文献
