针对在自动检测设备中上下位机通讯可靠性的问题,研究了Modbus协议的基本原理及其主要功能码组成,完成了支持Modbus通讯的硬件电路和软件流程图设计。采用了基于时基的判断方法,有效地处理了数据传输串是否结束判断的问题。由于下位机检测设备采用了符合工业标准Modbus协议,因此对市场上现有的组态软件、触摸屏、智能仪表等产品的兼容性非常好,同时保证了数据传输的可靠性。  相似文献

为提高煤矿注水降尘的自动控制效果,根据现代工业自动化系统设计的需求,针对LabVIEW与S7-200系列PLC之间进行了串口通信研究设计。通过采用VISA技术以及状态机的设计模式,实现上位机与PLC在自由口模式下的串口通信,使得PLC采集的数据得以实时显示和记录。该系统在井下运行过程中,上位机与PLC之间具有良好的通信功能,满足了设计要求。  相似文献

针对选矿厂磨矿过程中磨机负荷难以实现自动控制以及OPC技术数据传输存在弊端这2个问题,利用VS编程软件设计了基于C#的磨机监控系统。根据实际生产的需求以及监控系统的要求,在该监控系统中设计了设备运行状态显示,磨机运行数据曲线绘制,手动、自动、专家、优化4种控制方式,人机交互的编辑和操作菜单功能模块,以及运行数据存储等功能,同时利用C#本身拥有的串口通信技术,实现了磨机控制仪与监控计算机间的数据传输。运行效果表明,该系统满足磨机自动控制要求,并具有开发成本低,可靠性强,控制方式灵活等优点。  相似文献

针对井下数据采集和通信所存在的问题,设计了一种模拟量检测及CAN总线通信方法。该系统以TMS320F28335为核心处理器,AD7764为数据采集芯片,将采集得到的2路模拟信号数据存储在DSP片内RAM中,利用e CAN模块与具有CAN接口的上位机进行通信。在该系统中,2片AD7764相互独立,分别与DSP的2个多通道缓冲串口(Mc BSP)直接相连,减少了总线的占用。实验结果表明,该系统可实现对2路模拟数据的采集以及和PC的CAN总线通信。  相似文献

针对综采工作面液压支架监控系统结构复杂、通信冗余性差的问题,根据LabVIEW软件的串口配置和双RS485结构,提出了一种基于LabVIEW软件的液压支架监控系统通信方法。该方法通过设置LabVIEW串口配置中奇偶校验位为0校验和1校验,与RS485总线模式下的数据帧和地址帧匹配,实现基于LabVIEW的多机通信。该方法采用基于LabVIEW的双总线设计方案,利用双总线通信线路的切换实现了通信系统故障的自动诊断和故障段的自动隔离等功能,提高了通信系统的可靠性和冗余性,适应于工业现场的监测和控制系统。  相似文献

针对刮板输送机使用的变频调速一体机协同控制所需通信系统不完善、开放性差等情况,提出了基于CAN通信标准协议——CANopen规范的一体机协同控制通信系统设计方案,分析了CANopen标准通信协议的规程,利用监控单元嵌入式微控制器STM32F407的串口外设驱动CANopen集成通信单元GCAN-305,完成了矿用一体机CANopen通信接口的软硬件设计。实验表明,基于GCAN-305开发的通信接口符合CANopen协议规程,可满足矿用一体机协同控制数据通信可靠性与标准化的需求。  相似文献
