国土资源部出台《行动纲要》 建大型矿产资源基地

日前,国务院办公厅转发国土资源部等部门《找矿突破战略行动纲要(2011—2020年)》(以下简称《行动纲要》)的通知,要求各地区、各有关部门切实加强对找矿突破战略行动的组织领导,要以找矿突破战略行动为契机,力争用8～10 a时间,形成一批重要矿产资源战略接续区,建立重要矿产资源储备体系,为经济平稳较快发展提供有力的资源保障和产业支撑。     

国土资源部审议并通过找矿突破战略行动实施方案

2012年3月1日,国土资源部部长、党组书记、国家土地总督察徐绍史主持召开第6次部长办公会,审议并原则通过《找矿突破战略行动实施方案》。会议指出,国务院第176次常务会议审议通过了由国土资源部、发改委、科技部、财政部联合编制的《找矿突破战略行动纲要(2011～2020年)》。根据《纲要》的总体思路和要求,国土资源部编制了《找矿突破战略行动实施方案》,阐明了实施找矿突破战略行动的指导思想、基本原则、总体目标和阶段性目标以及总体部署,从基础地质调查与研究、重要矿产勘查、矿产资源节约与综合利用三个方面,提出了基础地质调查、油气资源调查、矿产远景调查、地质科技攻关、油气资源勘查、重要固体矿产勘查、老矿山
