通过开发和应用高拉速抛物线锥度结晶器,采用结晶器电磁搅拌和高精度板簧振动装置等工艺技术,对天津钢管公司Ф210-310mm圆坯连铸机二冷配水及拉矫机、冷床和计算机自动化系统进行了相应的改造,使连铸机拉速提高了30%,年产量由60万t提高到90万t,铸坯的综合合格率为99.66%。  相似文献

Authors have presented results of vibratory stimulation in 20 anejaculatory spinal cord injury men. In 17 of 20 patients who had not ejaculated since their injuries, application of a vibrator to the penis caused ejaculation. Three of them had retrograde ejaculation. All patients with upper thoracic lesions received nifedipin. Side effects of vibratory stimulation were not reported. Semen can be used for assisted reproductive techniques.  相似文献

The purpose of the multiparametric analysis of the vocal phenomenon is to evidence the instability of the signal in amplitude and in frequency, together with the aerodynamic phenomena related to the glottic air leakage. Statistical analysis has made it possible to establish a correlation between the data of the apparatus, as from 9 variables, and the clinical classification. The main diagnostic categories are relatively close, evidencing the various biomechanical anomalies of the laryngeal vibrator. A certain number of issues remain to be addressed: the physiopathology of the vibrator, the choice of the phonetic sample, and the different methods of instrumental analysis.  相似文献

We developed two types of implantable hearing aids, a totally implantable hearing aid (TIHA) and a partially implantable hearing aid (PIHA) in 1983. In both types a piezoelectric ceramic bimorph was used as an ossicular vibrator which was coupled to the stapes to transmit sound signals to the inner ear efficiently. Due to technological immaturities, clinical application of the TIHA has not yet been realized. But the PIHA is available for clinical use at present. In the PIHA only the ossicular vibrator is implanted with inner link coil. The rest of components such as microphone, amplifier, battery, and outer link coil remain in their usual location behind the auricle. Since 1984, we have applied the PIHA to 37 patients with mixed deafness. Careful follow-up studies have been conducted on all of them to assess clinical and audiological results. We have confirmed that the device could function safely for more than 10 years affording natural quality of hearing without howling and wearing discomforts. Our studies suggest that the PIHA can be a choice of rehabilitation for mixed deafness due to middle ear diseases which cannot be rehabilitated satisfactorily by either surgical means or a conventional hearing aid. Functional principle of device, indications and surgical methods of implantation were described. Failures and delayed problems we experienced were also presented together with the preventive measures. We believe that an implantable hearing aid of this type will be an otologic breakthrough if substantial technological difficulties are cleared.  相似文献

Abstract

The vibratory compacting of copper powder has been studied using a mechanical vibrator. The major factors influencing the green density of the compacts were the amplitude and frequency of vibration, and the applied pressure. A minimum time of 10 sec on the vibrator was necessary to achieve the maximum density value. Other factors examined were the effects of vibration on blended powders with constituents of widely different densities, and the suitability of this method to compact various materials. Vibratory compacting produced compacts of improved uniformity and green density.  相似文献

A non-invasive method of assessing the status of the temporomandibular joint is presented. The method involves placing a computer-controlled vibrator against a lower incisor, and microphones over the temporal bones.
