中板厂专用钢板经过垛板后需要转到二线精整分板探伤或剪机剪切钢板后才能检验入库。原精整线简易分板装置(机械分板)在分板时,都出现分板钩刮伤钢板上表及分板过程中最上面的钢板铲伤下面一块钢板的问题,导致钢板表面质量异议。通过设计制作磁力分板装置,避免钢板表面造成刮伤,提高了钢板表面质量。  相似文献

在生产淬火和回火钢板时,即使是用最现代的生产线技术也无可避免会出现平整度缺陷和内应力。因此在热处理后同时进行矫直对减少内应力是必不可少的。德国蒂森克虏伯厂(ThyssenKrupp)采用AndritzSundwig新开发的精密矫直机已解决了此难题,所生产的钢板达到不可多得的质量水平。  相似文献

鞍钢宽厚板厂在SS400钢板的实际生产中,存在着钢板性能合格率低的问题。针对过去生产的SS400钢板,探讨了钢的化学成分对钢板屈服强度、抗拉强度及延伸率的影响,得出影响三者的显著因素为含碳量和钢板厚度。并将钢板的化学成分与力学性能进行线性回归分析,确定了用化学成分预测钢板力学性能指标的定量关系,可用于实际生产的指导。  相似文献

针对江苏沙钢集团入库中厚板钢板号自动识别的需要,设计了一套基于数字图像处理的钢板号识别系统。结合现场特殊环境,采用基于棋盘格的字符倾斜校正方法;考虑钢板字符区域具有特殊标志,使用模板匹配进行字符粗定位;二值化过程中采用局部阈值和全局阈值相比较的方法实现目标与背景相分离;根据钢板号首尾字符固定的特点,通过模板匹配进行板号位置精确定位;字符分割过程采用结合先验知识的垂直投影方法达到字符准确分割的目的;最后采用基于卷积神经网络(CNN)的字符分类方法完成钢板号的最终识别。实践表明,该系统可以适应现场24 h生产环境,已为企业带来显著经济效益。  相似文献

为提高连退机组冷轧钢板的表面质量,防止因钢板上下表面冷却压力失衡,导致钢板擦划伤或撕裂,对连退机组快冷段的冷却风机控制进行了主从平衡控制改进。实践表明,改进后,实现了冷轧钢板在连退退火处理过程中稳定、有效运行,没有再出现快冷喷嘴擦划钢板表面等质量问题。  相似文献

 海洋大气环境中影响冷轧钢板锈蚀的主要因素为温度、相对湿度和Cl-浓度。为了研究热带海洋大气环境下环境因素对冷轧钢板在仓库中储存起锈时间的影响,以温度、相对湿度和Cl-浓度等环境因素为变量,在室内模拟装置进行了冷轧钢板锈蚀观测试验;同时,在钢铁厂冷轧成品库房进行了冷轧钢板挂样锈蚀观测试验。结果表明,室内模拟试验和现场试验结果一致性很好,可以通过室内模拟试验研究冷轧钢板在库房中的锈蚀特征和规律;温度为20~30 ℃时,冷轧钢板起锈时间与大气环境相对湿度之间呈线性关系;温度为35~45 ℃时,冷轧钢板起锈时间与大气环境相对湿度之间呈指数关系;冷轧钢板起锈的临界相对湿度随温度升高而降低。  相似文献

 In order to solve the difficult profile and flatness control problem of wide non-oriented electrical steel sheets, the factors such as the relationship between strip crown control and strip width, the relationship between the maximum wearing value of work roll and the number of a rolling campaign and the wear contour change of work roll were analyzed on the basis of industrial test. Through analyzing the rolling process characteristics of non-oriented electrical steel sheets, the ASR (asymmetry self-compensating work rolls) shape control technology and its roll shifting strategy of the wider non-oriented electrical steel sheets was proposed and developed. When the technology was applied, the number of the wide non-oriented electrical steel (23 mm×1280 mm) in one rolling campaign rose from 40 coils of the trial production to 70 coils of the industrial production, the ratio of the measured strip crown less than 45 μm was increased from 500% to 949%, and the ratio of the measured strip crown more than 60 μm was decreased from 200% to 07%.  相似文献

Three different thicknesses of self-lubricated coatings were prepared on galvanized steel sheets with different surface roughness(Ra).Performances of the coatings were evaluated by various laboratory tests.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),atomic force microscope(AFM),neutral salt spraying test(NSST),reciprocating friction and wear test were taken in order to characterize the coatings.Results show that the self-lubricated coating has good corrosion resistance and lubricating property.In 0.857-1.629μm of Ravalue,the relationship between friction coefficients of the self-lubricated steel sheets and the surface roughness of the galvanized steel sheets likes a parabolic curve,and has a peak value of friction coefficient in certain range of Ra.Affected by the hereditary surface topography of the galvanized steel sheet,dents on the surface of self-lubricated steel become deeper and larger with the increase of the surface roughness of the galvanized steel sheets.The influence of the surface roughness of the galvanized steel sheet on the corrosion resistance of the self-lubricated coating steel is similar to that on friction coefficient of self-lubricated coatings,like a parabolic curve.  相似文献

针对高强钢、超高强钢的轧制生产需求,通过合金成分设计和制造工艺开发,研制出轧制高强钢用新型冷轧工作辊,工作层的耐磨性能以及辊体的强韧性得到显著改善。现场使用结果表明:单周期平均轧制吨位提高了约40%,单次下机磨削量降低了约7%,使用性能优于进口的同类型冷轧工作辊。新型冷轧工作辊适用于汽车用高强钢的轧制生产,硅钢、不锈钢及其他难轧板材等也有广泛的应用前景。  相似文献

Copolymers of vinyl acetate, n-butyl acrylate, VeoVa 10, and acrylic acid were prepared in order to develop new high vibration-damping resins for vibration-damping composite steel sheets for room-temperature application. The characteristics of the resins were affected by the properties of each monomer used. Vinyl acetate and n-butyl acrylate were known to have good vibration-damping properties around room temperatures. We found that VeoVa 10 had a pronounced effect on the lowering of the melt viscosity. Acrylic acid was added to improve the adhesion performance with steel sheets. The composite steel sheets produced using these resins exhibited a high loss factor of approximately 0.3 to 0.4 at 20 °C to 30 °C and 250 Hz. The melt viscosity was in the 5 to 20 Pa · s range at 180 °C. 以某钢厂CSP工艺生产的SPHE热轧板为研究对象,在实验室条件下,研究了CSP卷取温度对SPHE冷轧深冲板组织和性能的影响。研究结果表明,CSP工艺生产的SPHE热轧板的卷取温度应控制在560-565℃;冷轧工艺相同时,基于CSP工艺生产的SPHE深冲板的退火温度越高,再结晶进行越充分,晶粒尺寸越大,对性能越有利,尤其是560-565℃卷取的SPHE板在700℃退火时已可以获得很好的深冲性能。  相似文献

The cold rolling process is decisively influenced by the mechanisms of lubricant supply to the deformation zone. Rolling tests with thin aluminium sheets were performed based on a theoretical model of the hydrodynamic entrainment of lubricant. Aluminium was used as a model material for steel in order to get a soft rolling stock to enlarge the hydrodynamic effect. The rolling conditions were chosen so that changes in friction conditions could definitely be traced back to a hydrodynamic effect in the inlet zone. The changes in friction conditions were demonstrated by significant rolling parameters, dimensionless similarity numbers, and alterations of the surface structures of the rolled test sheets. The conclusions indicate some tribological problems in cold rolling.  相似文献
