本文着重讨论了消石灰加入量,不同粘结剂、碳酸化时间和温度,对包头稀土精矿碳酸化冷固结球团抗压强度的影响因素;选择了制备稀土精矿碳酸化冷固结球团的最佳工艺条件;采用本方法制备的稀土精矿球团,在包钢稀土一厂150kg中频炉和河南省郸城铁合金厂750KVA矿热炉中进行了脱铁试验,证明其冶金性能良好。本文提供的工艺参数和技术经济指标,可作为稀土精矿碳酸化球团工业化的依据,已被有关工厂采用。 相似文献

为简化离子型稀土矿提取稀土工艺,采用离子交换树脂富集矿山浸出母液技术制备高纯碳酸稀土用于有机溶料,系统考察了P507煤油萃取剂体系溶解碳酸镨钕过程中,碳酸镨钕预处理方式、碳酸镨钕加入量、水相pH、杂质铝含量、反应时间和相比等因素对萃取效果的影响。结果表明,以湿碳酸镨钕为原料,其加入量控制为有机相负载稀土浓度0.16~0.18 mol/L,水相pH=2.0~3.0,相比O/A=1,反应时间12 min,碳酸镨钕中的铝含量小于2.5%,30 ℃条件下,碳酸镨钕溶解完全,分相效果好,有机相中稀土浓度达0.177 1 mol/L,萃取率为98.13%。采用4级逆流连续萃取试验,经16次反应平衡后有机相出口级稀土浓度为0.166 8 mol/L,水相出口稀土浓度为0.001 1 mol/L。采用P507-煤油萃取剂体系溶解碳酸镨钕同步实现了空白有机相的皂化及萃取过程,碳酸稀土直接作为原料省略了酸分解工序,缩短了工艺流程,同时用作皂化剂,降低了化工材料消耗、废水排放量及环保成本,为简化稀土萃取分离提供了应用基础。 相似文献

研究了用碳酸钠沉淀氯化稀土料液制备少钕碳酸稀土,考察了料液中稀土质量浓度、沉淀温度、沉淀时间、水洗温度、水洗时间对少钕碳酸稀土粒度、稀土和氯含量的影响。结果表明:最佳制备工艺条件为料液中稀土质量浓度180 g/L,沉淀温度55℃,沉淀时间270 min,水洗温度55℃,水洗时间45 min;此条件下制备的少钕碳酸稀土为层状堆叠的片状晶体,稀土质量分数>45%,氯质量分数<0.043%,中值粒径D50为29.28μm,粒度分布较为集中。该法成本低,无氨氮污染,通过控制沉淀工艺参数可获得满足市场需求的少钕碳酸稀土产品。 相似文献

A new method of preparation of irradiative material by using rare earth as luminophor and inorganic powder as base nucleus was presented.Rare earth was used to make colloid, which was mixed with base nucleus solution,where deposition/attachment reaction took place and rare earth was adhered onto the surface of base nucleus, hence yielding a new rare earth encapsulated irradiative material.Fluorescent spectrum analysis shows that this material possesses two emission peaks, one within 400 ~ 500 nm and the other within 580 ~ 700 nm, reflecting the luminous characteristics of original rare earth material. 相似文献

The crystalline precipitate of rare earth carbonates has been produced by the ammonium bicar-bonate precipitation method in the recovery of RE from the ammonium sulfate leaching liquor of the weath-ered leach-deposited rare earth ore.Various influencing factors such as time,temperature and reagent con-centration have been studied.And chemical analysis,XRD,SEM,IR spectrography,TGA and DTA havebeen used to analyze and examine the crystalline RE carbonates.Good results were obtained. 相似文献

Using rapes as test materials, the fastness expression and alleviation effect of rapes were studied under Cd stress condition, as the rapeseeds were dipped in the single element( La, Ce, Nd, Pr)and mixed rare earth (RE). The results indicate that, under Cd stress, the dry and fresh weight are increased by both the single element and mixed rare earth treatment, and the fastness of rape is improved. The single element of rare earth decreases the Cd content in rape roots and transmits Cd to the edible parts above the ground in which the alleviation effect of Ce is most significant. La treatment takes the second place, so that the poisonous effect of heavy metal Cd is eased. The mixed rare earth doesnt alleviate the assimilation of Cd in rape roots, but accelerates the transfer of Cd to the parts above the ground. The research puts forward that the alleviation of rare earth on Cd stress has connection with the decrease of Ca content. 相似文献
