大红山铁矿Ⅱ_(1-2)矿体两步骤回采嗣后充填采矿法应用

Ⅱ_(1-2)矿体是大红山铁矿Ⅱ_1主矿体周边的小富矿体,矿石地质品位高达54%,平均厚度23m左右;为了充分回收矿石、降低贫化率,同时保证上部工程不发生变形;将矿体划分为矿房和矿柱进行回采,其中矿柱采用上向分层胶结充填采矿法,矿房采用分段空场嗣后充填采矿法。回采时先用混凝土置换矿柱,然后再回采矿房,矿房回采结束后采用废石+混凝土充填。该采矿方法可提高矿石资源的回收率,减少尾砂废石排放对环境产生的污染。本文通过对两步骤回采在Ⅱ_(1-2)矿体的具体应用进行介绍、总结,给予同类矿山借鉴。
