以铝硅共晶合金为研究对象,分别加入0、1.5%、2.5%和3%的Na盐变质剂,应用计算机快速检测系统对变质效果进行了检测。结果表明,变质过冷度△T与变质程度之间有明确的数量关系:△T≥5℃,变质效果较好(变质剂加入量2.5%);△T=8℃时,变质效果良好(变质剂加入量3%)。其判据与力学性能、断口形貌、金相组织的检测结果一致。 相似文献

本文采用国产氯化稀土对 ZL102 合金的变质效果及机械性能的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:在氯化稀土中加入适量的熔剂,可以在金属型铸造条件下获得满意的变质效果。本实验还研究了这种新型变质剂的变质温度、添加量、重熔次数、保温时间对变质效果的影响。当氯化稀土加入量为1.0%时,可以使合金的室温抗拉强度和延伸率分别提高13%和53%。本文还利用扫描电镜观察了变质前后的共晶硅立体形貌,对该变质剂的变质机理提出了初步分析。 相似文献

The influences of P and rare earth (RE) complex modifier on the microstructure and mechanical properties of hypereutectic Al-21%Si alloy were studied. The ingots were made by metal mold casting and the proportion of Ce+P ingredient was different. The result showed that the size of grains could be refined obviously by the Ce+P modifier and the effect of phosphorus was more intensive. The primary silicon crystal was refined, while the needle-like eutectic silicon was turned fibrous or short. The alloy mechanical properties had the best performance when 0.08%P and 0.6%Ce were added. The modification of primary silicon grains mainly depended on the heterogeneous nucleation mechanism, and the metamorphic mechanism of eutectic silicon was explained by adsorbing-twinning theory. The strengthening mechanism of experimental alloy was also discussed. The σb, 20 ℃ increases from 236.2 to 287.6 MPa and σb , 300 ℃ increases from 142.5 to 210 MPa. 相似文献

In the present paper, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to examine the effects of a Sr-Y composite modifier on the microstructure of A356 alloy. After adding Y to A356, YAl 3 compounds formed, and the size of the α (Al) crystal nucleus increased. The degree of supercooling caused by Sr-Y composite modifier was higher than Sr modification by 2.7 °C, leading to an increased nucleation rate. This increase in supercooling temperature was favorable to the refinement of eutectic structure of the alloy and its eutectic reaction was delayed to the maximum extent. The Si phase in the as-cast Sr-Y composite-modified A356 alloy was either granular or flaky. No large flakes of eutectic Si were found, and the modification effects were completely comparable with those obtained using a lone Sr modifier. After T6 heat treatment, most of the eutectic Si showed a grain-like shape with smaller grains. No eutectic Si with long-strip shapes, significant enhancements in the particle roundness and evenness of the Si crystals, and increased globosity were observed. Both the roundness and evenness of the grained Si crystals were enhanced, and the amount of globular eutectic Si available increased, these findings showed that excellent modification effects were achieved. 相似文献

采用P、Sr、混合RE对含Si量22%~26%的过共晶铝硅合金进行变质处理,利用金相显微镜分析了单一元素变质及复合变质对合金初晶硅和共晶硅组织形态的影响。结果表明,P为初晶硅变质元素,Sr为共晶硅变质元素,RE能同时细化初晶硅和共晶硅;试验发现Sr虽然不能细化初晶硅,但对初晶硅有明显的裂解作用;P和RE复合变质使得初晶硅尺寸减小到25μm,而加入Sr后,由于Sr对初晶硅的裂解作用,使得初晶硅的尺寸减小到15μm,共晶硅大部分呈蠕球杆状或团球状,均匀弥散分布;试验得到了一种初晶硅和共晶硅细化效果均良好的复合变质剂。 相似文献
