煤基回转窑快速还原新技术研究

本文简述煤基回转窑直接还原工艺新特点—短窑快速还原新技术。它与国内现行工艺相比,具有投资少,产量高和质量优等明显特点,尤其是回转窑利用系数提高50.%以上,并可减少球团或块矿还原过程所伴随产生的中低温粉化现象。

本文探讨了直接还原回转窑强化的几个重要问题:快速还原工艺及其作用;填充率的作用;降低能耗及其作用;炉料停留时间的确定。试图用定量的方法研究各种工艺对强化的影响,提出了回转窑强化的模式。根据冷模型试验提出的在设计中确定炉料停留时间的公式,认为比Sullivan公式更符合回转窑直接还原的实际情况。本文展望了回转窑窑容利用系数达到1.5～2.0的前景。

回转窑用褐煤还原攀枝花钛精矿球团工艺可行,在窑容利用系数、金属回收率、综合脱硫能力以及连续运转周期等方面均达到了较好的水平。予还原球团在电炉熔炼高钛渣过程中,炉况稳定、炉料自沉、电耗降低。半钢不经脱硫可以直接冶炼出合格的低合金钢。     

鲁中铁精矿冷固结球团矿回转窑直接还原工业试验

1993年1月1日至19日攀钢集团公司西昌分公司在西昌φ2.4×30m回转窑上以鲁中铁精矿为原料进行了冷固结球团矿直接还原工业试验。试验主要技术经济指标为:直接还原铁日产量35.84t,窑容利用系数0.41/(m~3·d),金属化率92.24％。试验表明:冷固结球团矿直接还原新工艺具有工艺流程短、基建投资省、生产效率高、能源消耗少等特点。
