铁水脱硫是炼钢工艺的重要组成部分,降低铁水中的硫含量,对提高钢的质量有重要影响。目前,国内铁水脱硫工艺主要有喷吹法和KR法脱硫工艺。喷吹法利用浓相气固两相流的方式将脱硫粉剂输送到铁水罐中与铁水中的硫反应,反应产物进入到铁渣中通过扒渣而除去,达到铁水脱硫的目的。利用喷吹法脱硫效果较好,投资适中,是目前应用最广泛的铁水脱硫技术。 相似文献

为了满足生产超低磷钢的预脱磷要求,对不锈钢铁水脱磷工艺进行介绍。在45 t钢包中进行石灰喷粉+吹氧的工业试验,结果表明,在铁水脱硅期达到预期效果(铁水w([Si])≤0.1%)后,铁水脱磷期可实现平均脱磷率大于88%。根据试验数据,分别回归出脱硅期和脱磷期的脱磷率、磷分配比的计算公式。通过添加萤石能够获得较好的铁水脱磷效果,随着铁水硅含量变化,铁水温度、吨钢耗氧量、石灰消耗量、炉渣碱度的增加,铁水的脱磷率明显增加。炉渣w((TFe))的增加对铁水脱磷率的影响不显著。研究认为,目前采用的石灰喷粉+吹氧冶炼进行铁水脱磷处理是行之有效的不锈钢铁水脱磷方法。 相似文献

The circumferential flow of hot metal has a significant influence on the hearth erosion. Because the situation of the hearth is ??black box??, there is no direct examine method for the hot metal flow. Based on the computational fluid dynamics, the streamline and velocity were studied with different deadman conditions and different tapholes. The results show that when the hot metal tap with single or double tapholes (with the angle of 40??) and the deadman is at the sitting condition whose center is fine coke, the circulating hot metal is the most serious in the hearth. When the hot metal tap with double tapholes(with the obtuse angle), the circumferential flow of hot metal is weakened. The sitting deadman could strengthen the hot metal circulution. However, the floating deadman could weaken hot metal circulution, but it strengthens the hot metal flow of the bottom. 相似文献

For the lack of the present hot metal desulfurization processes in iron and steel industry, our group has proposed the in-situ mechanical stirring method for external desulfurization of molten iron and researched this new method. This paper investigated this new in-situ mechanical stirring hot metal desulphurization process on desulphurization experiments of one-ton scale by using the new desulfurizer. The experimental results indicated that the desulfurization efficiency of in-situ mechanical stirring desulfurization process is 90% and the lowest sulfur content in the treated hot metal is 23ppm. By comparing with the methods of direct throwing desulfurizer and in-situ injecting desulfurization, in-situ mechanical stirring desulfurization process is the suitable desulfurizaton method. 相似文献
