研究了含钒蠕墨铸铁与钢盘对磨时的干摩擦学性能。结果表明,钒的加入降低了蠕墨铣的的磨损量,提高了接触压力和摩擦速度变化时磨损量的稳定性。含钒0.1%和0.3%时,提高了摩擦系数和高接触压力,高摩擦速度下降摩擦系数稳定性。 相似文献

The transient finite element technique is applied,and a transient heat conduction model of wet brake friction disk is established.For obtaining the accurate heat-flow density mathematic model and avoiding possibly instable thermoelastic stress produced by the non-uniform contact pressure of friction pair,a test method is applied to collect accurate contact pressure between the dual sheet steel and friction disk in the combining process.And then the heat-flow density and transient thermo-mechanical coupling simulation are analyzed.At the same time all possible boundary conditions are considered,such as the heat generation,heat conduction problem,relation between friction and contact,variation in load and heat change problem etc.The simulation results show that the mechanical model of thermo-mechanical coupling can express well the dynamic characteristics of friction disk,and gives perfect reference for more study on thermoelastic distortion of brake friction pairs. 相似文献

为系统分析不同辊形配置下辊间接触压力分布形式与板形调控特性,以某1 800 mm热轧生产线使用的2种典型辊形配置为研究对象,建立对应的辊系有限元模型,计算不同带钢规格与调控手段下辊间接触压力分布形式,分析得出常规凸度支撑辊对应的辊间接触压力分布形式与CVC工作辊辊形呈现出明显的对应性,且压力分布形式受轧制规格与调控手段的影响明显小于CVC支撑辊。利用接触压力峰值和不均匀度表述辊间接触压力分布特征,将不同规格与调控手段对辊间接触压力分布特征的影响进行量化处理,得到更为具体的不同参量在整个变化范围内对分布特征的整体影响趋势。同时还对2种辊形配置下不同辊间接触压力对轧机板形调控特性影响进行分析,得出CVC支撑辊对应辊形配置的弯辊力与窜辊位置在板形调控能力上均强于常规凸度支撑辊辊形配置,而不同辊形配置对辊缝形状的影响表现出较为明显的差异,引入辊间接触压力边中比得到调控特性与辊间接触压力之间的具体关系,并结合现场的实际生产数据对仿真分析结果进行验证,研究结果可为现场辊形配置与板形调控提供较好的理论基础和生产指导。 相似文献

We consider typical features in application of computer modeling methods to design implants of optimal shape and composition. Nanostructural medical grade titanium and bioactive ceramic components, synthesized on the basis of hydroxyapatite, are used as material for joint endoprostheses. Studies are based on the assumption that compact bone is an elastic, orthotropic, porous material. The presence of friction and heating in the contact regions is taken into account. The problem is considered in a thermoelastic formulation. The solution of this problem will make it possible to optimize both the geometric characteristics of implants and their composition. 相似文献

针对轮轨接触疲劳问题,基于Hertz接触理论与库伦摩擦定律,建立含表面裂纹的轮轨接触疲劳计算模型,并对加载位置、轴重、摩擦因数等因素对裂纹扩展速率的影响进行研究。结果表明,轮轨滚动接触的表面裂纹为I-II型裂纹,且以II型扩展为主,其最容易发生断裂的位置在接触斑边缘。轴重和摩擦力是影响轮轨接触疲劳的两个重要因素;随着轴重的增加,应力强度因子[KI、][KII]均呈增加趋势,20 t相对于10 t分别增加359%和185%;随着摩擦因数的增加,应力强度因子[KI、][KII]均呈增加趋势,0.3的摩擦因数相对于无摩擦分别增加了108.7%和119.3%,表明摩擦力的存在明显加剧了裂纹扩展速率。在钢轨涂油养护时,应优先选用固体润滑剂。 相似文献

为了准确预测直线滚动导轨副的摩擦力大小及受影响因素,本文考虑导轨副的流体润滑状态,基于Hertz接触理论研究了直线导轨副摩擦力受滚珠接触角和预紧力的影响规律.基于接触理论建立了直线导轨滑块的受垂直载荷的静力学平衡方程.利用Hertz接触理论分析直线滚动导轨受外力时各列滚珠接触力的变化情况,并结合对临界载荷的分析,建立了随外载荷变化的考虑润滑油膜阻力的直线滚动导轨副摩擦力模型.以国产某型号直线滚动导轨副为研究对象,对所建立的受载摩擦力模型进行试验验证.通过试验数据与理论数据的分析和对比,验证了润滑油膜阻力、接触角和预紧力等因素对直线导轨副摩擦力的影响规律.研究表明,直线滚动导轨副摩擦力在润滑条件下,受接触角变化和预紧力退化的影响呈现有规律的变化. 相似文献

Mechanical interactions between the polyethylene liner and the metal-backing play an important role in the load transfer and debris-generation mechanisms of an acetabular component. Insert thickness, cup orientation, and insert-shell interface conditions affect the resulting contact stresses at the articulating and backside surfaces of the polyethylene component. The objective of this study was to determine the variation in contact stresses on a hemispherical acetabular component as a function of the friction coefficient of the line-shell interface, the thickness of the insert, and the load application angle. Three-dimensional finite element models of a metal-backed acetabular component with liner thicknesses of 3-12 mm were developed. The insert-shell interface was modeled as either matte or highly polished, and the load angle of the joint reaction force was changed from 36 to 63 degrees with respect to the dome. We found that the contact stresses at the articulating and backside surfaces of the insert were relatively insensitive to changes in the coefficient of friction at the insert-shell interface (resulting in approximately 1-10% variation in contact stress), when compared to the effect of changing the insert's thickness (approximately 80% variation in contact stress) or changing the direction of the joint reaction force (approximately 20% variation in contact stress). The results of this study suggest that polishing the metal at the insert-shell interface does not substantially change the contact stresses at either surface of the component. Of the design variables available for selective modification by either the surgeon or the engineer, insert thickness and shell orientation play a greater role in determining the magnitude of the resulting contact stresses. 相似文献
