对新疆某高硫高砷金精矿.加入ZOD助浸剂预处理后氰化浸出,金氰化浸出率由未经ZQD预处理的47.5%增加到89.1 %;加入固化剂CaO-Na2CO3二段焙烧(一段450℃,焙烧1h,二段650℃,焙烧2 h)后,再进行助浸预处理氰化,金氰化浸出率可达95.1%,硫固化率达到80.5%.  相似文献

采用酸浸—高温氯化工艺对高砷硫酸烧渣进行脱砷和回收金银。结果表明,在硫酸浓度30g/L、酸浸渣磨矿粒度-0.037mm占81.87%、CaCl2加入量5%、膨润土加入量2%、焙烧温度1 200℃、焙烧时间2h的最佳条件下,球团中铁品位达到55%以上,金、银挥发率分别为90.8%、82.4%,球团中As、S、Cu、Pb、Zn等杂质含量分别为0.32%、0.011%、0.057%、0.11%、0.38%。球团强度基本在2.5kN以上。脱砷酸浸液中硫化钠加入量达到3倍理论量(30kg/m3)时,砷的沉淀率达到96.7%。  相似文献

对某硫铁矿精矿进行有价金属回收的实验室小型试验及扩大连续试验。在氧化焙烧—润磨造球—氯化挥发的原则流程下,确定了实验室最佳试验条件:氧化脱硫焙烧温度700℃、焙烧时间1.0h、无水氯化钙添加比例7.0%、焙砂再磨细度-0.038mm占70%、氯化焙烧温度1 100℃、焙烧时间1.0h,在该条件下,氧化焙砂的砷脱除率为82.39%,硫脱除率为99.99%,金、银、铜的挥发率分别为96.37%、85.97%和70.61%,球团中铁的品位为61.03%。连续扩大试验结果表明,物料中金、银、铜的挥发率分别达到96.72%、90.91%和52.48%。  相似文献

钼镍矿多含有砷,在传统氧化焙烧脱砷阶段,不仅钼的挥发损失率高,且砷脱除效果差,导致生产的钼镍铁合金含砷超标。以钼镍精矿为原料,通过添加剂的加入,可在焙烧条件下达到高效脱砷的同时,脱除大部分硫,并降低钼的挥发率。  相似文献

根据高砷高硫难处理金精矿的工艺矿物学特征,提出了二段焙烧-加压酸浸联合预处理工艺,重点讨论了该工艺对砷、硫和铁脱除效果的影响。研究结果表明,难处理金精矿经一段焙烧后,在焙烧温度700 ℃、焙烧时间120 min条件下,再经二段焙烧,所得焙砂中As含量仅为0.51%,S含量为0.34%,并且经过加压酸浸后As、S和Fe的脱除率都在95%以上,达到了很好的效果。  相似文献

以砷碱渣为碱源与高砷锑氧粉共焙烧,研究在不同焙烧气氛和温度下,挥发气氛、烟尘与焙烧渣中As和Sb含量及物相变化,分析焙烧气氛和温度对As、Sb迁移转化的影响。结果表明,空气气氛下,随着焙烧温度的增加,As、Sb挥发量增大,最终分别转化成Na3AsO4、NaSbO3固定在焙烧渣中;氮气气氛下,随着焙烧温度的增加,砷挥发量逐渐减少,锑挥发量逐渐增大,最终分别转化成亚砷酸钠和亚锑酸钠固定在焙烧渣中;在氮气气氛、900 ℃条件下焙烧,可以得到Sb含量为90.77%的烟尘,且砷的固化率达95.95%。  相似文献

采用碱性焙烧—浸出工艺处理高砷高锡阳极泥,考察了碱料比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间、液固比、浸出温度及浸出时间等对金属浸出率的影响。结果表明,优化条件为:碱料比0.9、焙烧温度600℃、焙烧时间2h、液固比3(mL/g)、浸出温度80℃、浸出时间2h。在此条件下,碱性焙烧—浸出工艺能实现砷锡高效分离,砷的回收率高达95.2%,浸出渣含砷0.5%,其它有价金属有效富集以便后续回收。  相似文献

采用细菌氧化-氰化浸金工艺处理高砷高硫金精矿,研究了不同矿石细度、矿浆浓度、细菌接种量、氧化温度、氧化时间和矿石硫、铁、砷的脱除率对金浸出率的影响。结果表明,在矿浆浓度为10%,氧化温度为32℃,氧化时间10d条件下,金浸出率可达85.1%;矿石中铁、硫、砷的脱除率分别为70.5%,58.7%和41.1%时,金的浸出率高达87.7%。该工艺与常规直接全泥氰化浸出相比,金的浸出率明显提高。  相似文献
