研究了Eu2+、Dy3+共激活的SrAl2O4体系的发光性能和能量传输。结果表明,Dy3+、Eu2+共存时,Eu2+的发光强度远远大于无Dy3+时的发光强度,证明Dy3+对Eu2+的发光有敏化作用。Dy→Eu2+能量传输的方式为籍助于载流子的能量输运。  相似文献

采用静电纺丝技术制备了非晶态PVP/[Sr(NO3)2+Mg(NO3)2+TEOS+Eu(NO3)3+Dy(NO3)3]复合纳米纤维,在还原气氛下对其进行煅烧,得到了一维纳米结构的Sr2Mg Si2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+发光纤维。对其热性能、物相结构、形貌结构及发光性能进行了表征。热分析表明,温度高于800℃时,复合纤维中的水分、有机物、硝酸盐分解挥发完全,样品不再失重;物相分析表明,经1100℃还原气氛焙烧后形成了发育良好的晶相Sr2Mg Si2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+纳米纤维;形貌分析表明,Sr2Mg Si2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+发光纳米纤维表面粗糙,平均直径约为350 nm,呈颗粒串珠结构;荧光光谱分析表明,在360 nm的近紫外光激发下,Sr2Mg Si2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+纳米纤维发射出Eu2+特征的明亮的蓝光,发射峰位于468 nm;余辉衰减曲线表明,Sr2Mg Si2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+纳米纤维在紫外光照射15 min后其初始余辉亮度达到0.32 cd/m2,肉眼可见。  相似文献

采用微波辐射法合成了Sr2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+粉末,研究了微波辐射功率和加热时间对制备Sr2Mg-Si2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+的影响,确定了微波法合成Sr2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+的最佳条件,并用x射线衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱等测试手段对其进行了表征。XRD结果表明,合成的Sr2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+属于四方晶系。荧光光谱测试表明,用lem=467nm作为监控波长,在200nm~450nm之间有宽的激发光谱,峰值位于398nm。用lex=398nm激发样品,其发射光谱为一宽带,峰值位于467nm。Sr2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+,Dy3+的荧光强度和余辉性能随辐射功率和时间的不同而发生变化,其中以辐射功率720W,反应时间25min时荧光强度最强,余辉时间可达8h。  相似文献

以Sr2+,Y3+和Eu3+的混合硝酸盐溶液为阳离子溶液,以(NH4)2CO3为沉淀剂,共沉淀法制备了碳酸盐前驱体,TG-DSC分析结果表明,随着(NH4)2CO3浓度的升高,前驱体组成由碱式碳酸盐向正盐转变。以CS2为硫化剂,高温煅烧前驱体合成了SrY2S4∶Eu2+红色荧光粉。XRD表明前驱体经800℃处理得到纯相SrY2S4。荧光光谱和SEM研究表明在[Sr(NO3)2+Eu(NO3)3]∶[Y(NO3)3]∶[(NH4)2CO3]=0.25∶0.50∶2.00(摩尔比)条件下制备前驱体,然后1050℃煅烧4 h所得荧光粉的发光强度最大,粒径小于1μm,粒子形貌呈椭球。Eu2+在SrY2S4基质中的最佳掺杂摩尔分数是0.6%。  相似文献

通过高温固相法合成了Sr2MgSi2O7∶Eu2+,Nd3+发光材料,测试了样品的物相结构、可见和近红外激发和发射光谱、荧光寿命等,研究了Eu2+对Nd3+的近红外发光性能的影响及近红外发光相对强度变化的规律,考察了煅烧温度、煅烧时间对近红外发光性能的影响。结果表明,1200℃下煅烧的Sr2MgSi2O7∶0.02Eu2+,0.01Nd3+样品近红外发光强度最强,Eu2+对Nd3+的近红外发光敏化效果最好。证实了在Sr2MgSi2O7∶Nd3+,Eu2+体系中Eu2+通过无辐射传递的模式向Nd3+有效传递了能量。  相似文献

SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ hollow microspheres were successfully prepared through a facile and mild solvothermal co-precipitation combining with a postcalcining process.The structure and particle morphology were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning and transmission electron microscopy(SEM and TEM)pictures,respectively.The mechanism for the formation of spherical SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ phosphor was preliminary presented.After being irradiated with ultraviolet(UV)light,the spherical phosphor emitted long-lasting green phosphorescence.Both the photoluminescence(PL)spectra and luminance decay,compared with that of commercial bulky powders,revealed that the phosphors had efficient luminescent and long lasting properties.It was considered that the SrAl2O4:Eu2+,Dy3+ hollow microspheres had promising long-lasting phosphorescence with potential scale-dependent applications in photonic devices.  相似文献
