在氨-氯化铵缓冲液(pH=10.0)+150g/L柠檬酸钠+2g/L丁二酮肟(DMG)底液体系中,采用微分脉冲极谱法测定湿法炼锌中间溶液中镍的浓度。结果表明:在-0.98V左右产生灵敏的微分脉冲极谱波,镍浓度在8.52×10-7~8.52×10-5 mol/L范围内与相应峰电流有良好的线性关系,检测限为1.7×10-7 mol/L。该方法成功用于湿法炼锌中上清液、一段净化后液、二段净化后液、电积新液、电积废液中镍的测定,RSD分别小于等于0.43%、1.33%、1.92%、2.87%、4.87%,加标回收率为98.4%~102.2%,方法灵敏、简单、快速。  相似文献

建立了氨浸法炼锌的Zn NH3 NH4Cl H2O浸取体系溶液中铅的测定方法。研究发现示波极谱法测铅时在底液中加入氯化铵能增加方法灵敏度,检测下限可由微量级降低至痕量级。经优化实验,确定了底液的最佳组分为0.6 mol/L盐酸,2 mol/L氯化铵,8×10-5 g/L明胶,7.9×10-7 mol/L抗坏血酸。方法检出限为1.0×10-5 g/L,线性范围为3.48×10-5~0.64 g/L。对样品平行测定6次,RSD为3.3%,测定结果与ICP AES的结果相吻合。该方法可应用于氨浸法炼锌的Zn-NH3-NH4Cl-H2O体系浸出液和净化液中低含量、微量、痕量不同含量范围铅的测定。  相似文献

研究了新显色剂二溴对甲基偶氮磺与铅的反应,建立了直接测定铝合金中微量铅的光度分析方法。在0.6mol/L硝酸介质中,铅与二溴对甲基偶氮磺形成1∶2蓝色络合物,最大吸收波长630nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为9.05×104。在25mL溶液中,铅含量在0~50μg符合比尔定律。用于铝合金标样中铅的测定,相对标准偏差RSD为1.85%~4.02%,结果与标准值吻合。本法可用于铝合金中微量铅的直接测定。  相似文献
