采用一种新型阵列微孔吸附金刚石多层有序排布法制备了体积分数为20%的多层有序排布金刚石锯片, 对比研究了多层有序排布金刚石锯片和随机分布金刚石锯片在加工罗源红花岗岩时的锯切电流和单颗金刚石磨粒所受的切向锯切力, 对切割加工实验后锯片中金刚石磨粒不同磨损形态进行了观察和统计, 分析了金刚石有序排布对锯片切割性能及金刚石磨粒磨损特征的影响。结果表明, 阵列微孔吸附有序排布金刚石锯片的锯切电流和单颗金刚石磨粒所受的切向锯切力比磨粒随机分布锯片低; 在干切和湿切条件下, 有序排布金刚石锯片的脱落磨粒占总磨粒比率比随机分布金刚石锯片低, 宏观破碎和微破碎磨粒占总磨粒比率比随机分布金刚石锯片高。 相似文献

为了提高金刚石锯片的性能,对铜基(含钴)与铁基(含铜)胎体进行了机械合金化(球磨)前后的烧结工艺探索,研究发现,球磨胎体金属粉末能使刀头硬度、抗弯强度提高。对铁基(含铜)球磨与未球磨以及生产使用的成熟配方(铜基含钴)三种金刚石锯片,进行了工业锯切实验,测试三种锯片的耐磨性与锋利度,结果表明,球磨金属粉末可以综合提高铁基(含铜)锯片的性能。成功研制出成本明显降低、性能较高的新产品。 相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了不同铜铁配比(质量比:45:35、50:30、55:25)的铜基预合金粉末,利用真空热压法烧结得到含金刚石的铜基结合剂刀头,通过激光焊接的方法制备出铜基结合剂金刚石锯片,研究了铜基预合金粉末中铜铁含量(质量分数)对金刚石锯片性能的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜观察锯片断面的显微组织形貌,并测量不同铜铁含量锯片的硬度和磨损量。结果表明:在三种配比中,当铜和铁质量比为50:30时,铜基结合剂与金刚石间的结合最佳,锯片性能最好,硬度最高(HRB 118),锯片的磨损量最少(1.16 g)。 相似文献

采用与主磨料粒度相差较大的金刚石微粉作为辅磨料,设计和制备了13种不同配方的金刚石小锯片进行切割混凝土的试验,实现主辅磨料双切削共同作用。通过混凝土切割实验和理论分析,研究金刚石辅磨料对金刚石锯片寿命和切割效率的影响。结果表明,在锯片中加入适量浓度的细颗粒金刚石作为辅磨料,能较大幅度提高混凝土金刚石锯片的切割效率及使用寿命。金刚石作为辅磨料可协助主磨料共同参与切割混凝土,能加快锯片的新陈代谢,使单位切削面上的受力点增多,且减小金刚石颗粒之间的间距,使大于金刚石间距的砂粒磨削不到胎体,从而减少砂粒对胎体的磨损,金刚石锯片的使用寿命最多可提高150%以上,切割效率提高约40%。 相似文献

轧材热切锯片的使用寿命,在苏联的大多数冶金工厂中还是很低的,其原因是锯齿沟内形成疲劳裂纹、锯齿磨损严重、锯齿表面粘附金属、锯齿软化或锯齿崩落等。顿涅茨冶金工厂400轧机上的锯片,锯切热型材的使用寿命为每月30个锯片。如果锯切低合金钢轧材,每班就需要更换几次锯片。为延长锯片寿命,研究制定了强化锯片(高温回火)、锯齿接触电热淬火和靠表面塑性变形来提高锯片疲劳强度等全套处理新工艺。 相似文献

本文对金刚石工具的磨损进行了研究。扫描电镜观测表明,金刚石工具磨损包括轻微磨损和严重磨损两大类。轻微磨损包括金刚石的犁沟磨损、剥层磨损和点蚀磨蚀等形式;严重磨损包括金刚石碎裂磨损、胎体与金刚石界面挤出与离隙和整体脱粒等形式。分析了各种磨损形式产生的原因和机理,指出金刚石工具的出刃高度h随轻微磨损而减小,却随严重磨损而增大。金刚石的严重磨损虽然可以提高磨削效率,但却影响工具的使用寿命。 相似文献

The paper examines the abrasive wear rate of samples produced by vacuum impregnation of ultrafine diamond (ASM 1/0) and molybdenum powders with tin bronze. The tests were performed using a SiC-based abrasive wheel in the presence of cooling water. The introduction of and increase in the ultrafine diamond powder in the samples substantially decrease their wear rate (by a factor of 78). The hardness of the samples first increases when diamond powder content rises to 5 wt.% and then decreases when ASM 1/0 content further rises to 11 wt.% because of small porosity that appears in the samples. The use of a bronze matrix containing more than 15 wt.% Sn does not decrease the wear rate of the test samples and, hence, of the associated diamond tools, in spite of increase in their hardness. 相似文献

The paper examines the wear rate in friction of copper-impregnated samples produced by pressing of VK6 powder with chromium additions. The test is conducted on a cast iron disk in the presence of a wet SiC powder and on a diamond wheel without cooling. It is shown that higher chromium content insignificantly increases the sample wear rate in friction with the cast iron disk. At the same time, the wear rate abruptly decreases for the diamond wheel. The hardness of the samples does not significantly change with increasing chromium content to 6 wt.%. 相似文献

Studies have been made on the effects of the nature, textile structure, and strength characteristics of fibrous reinforcement and on hybrid reinforcement, nature of the polymer matrix, and the addition of ultrafine diamond powder on the coefficient of friction and wear of a polymer composite containing a thermoreactive matrix. The tests were performed in air without lubricant with an insert-shaft pair scheme with counterbody composed of chromed cast iron and with a ceramic counterbody (boron carbide, silicon carbide and nitride) at sliding speeds of 5, 10, and 15 m/sec and pressure 0.5 MPa. Glass plastics show more wear than carbon plastics on reinforcements with woven or knitted structures. The carbon plastics have tribotechnical properties at the level of the best ones. The ultrafine diamond powder substantially reduced the wear. The best tribotechnical properties occurred with the friction pair carbon-glass plastic against silicon nitride. 相似文献
