建立HPLC法测定雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊(微丸型)的有关物质。采用AgilentZORBAX(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相采用0.015mol/L磷酸氢二钠溶液(用磷酸调节pH值至6.0)-乙腈(v∶v=65∶35),等度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长为290nm。该色谱条件下,主成份与已知杂质分离度良好。雷贝拉唑钠的检测限为3.3μg/mL,定量限为10μg/mL,是供试品进样量的0.33%和1.00%,满足杂质检测和控制。通过稳定性的考察,供试品溶液不稳定,需要现用现配。该方法简单、快速、准确,可用于雷贝拉唑钠肠溶胶囊(微丸型)的质量控制。  相似文献

目的:采用HPLC法测定左乙拉西坦片的右旋异构体。方法:采用CHIRALPAK AD-H(5μm,4.6×250mm)色谱柱,以正己烷-无水乙醇(80:20)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为215nm,柱温为30℃。结果:在该色谱条件下,左乙拉西坦与其右旋体分离度良好,其右旋体在0.00525~0.105 mg·mL-1范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好(r=0.99997),最低检测限为5ng,定量限为12ng。结论:该方法专属性强、灵敏度高、重复性好,可用于左乙拉西坦片的质量控制。  相似文献

建立杆菌肽含量的HPLC测定方法.使用C18色谱柱,以甲醇+乙腈:水+磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=6.0)=63:37为流动相,检测波长为254 nm,流速1.0m/L/min,进样量100μL,峰面积归一法计算.结果显示杆菌肽峰面积RSD为1.2%,峰分离度≥1.2:确定了杆菌肽A的最小检测限为0.000 4mg/mL,最小定量限为0.000 8 mg/mL.该方法简便、准确、耐用性好.  相似文献

目的建立气相色谱法测定盐酸苯海索中潜在基因毒性杂质氯代环己烷。方法:以DB-624(30 m×0.32 mm,1.8μm)为色谱柱,程序升温;氮气为载气,流速为2.0 mL/min;采用FID检测器,检测器温度为250℃;进样口温度为160℃,进样量为1.0μL,分流比为5∶1。结果:氯代环己烷在1.5167~15.1668μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),检测限为0.4550μg/mL,定量限为1.5167μg/mL,加标回收率平均值为101.0%(RSD=1.14%,n=9)。结论:该方法准确、简便,适合于盐酸苯海索中潜在基因毒性杂质氯代环己烷的测定。  相似文献

采用高效液相色谱法测定了埃索美拉唑钠的含量。色谱柱为Agilent 5μm C18100A柱(150 mm×4.60 mm,5 micron),流动相为乙腈-磷酸盐缓冲液(pH7.4)-硫酸氢四丁基铵溶液(26:69:5),流速为1.0mL/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为280nm。结果发现埃索美拉唑钠浓度为0.06mg/mL~0.14mg/mL时进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为A=29386c+38.087(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.8%。实验结果表明所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确可靠、专属性强,可用于埃索美拉唑钠含量的测定。  相似文献

[目的]建立气相色谱法测定果蔬中新型双酰胺类杀虫剂溴虫氟苯双酰胺残留的分析方法。[方法]样品经乙腈溶液提取,氯化钠盐析,GCB/NH2固相萃取柱净化,采用HP-5石英毛细管气相色谱柱分离,电子捕获检测器(ECD)进行测定,标准曲线外标法定量。[结果]溴虫氟苯双酰胺在0.002~0.5 mg/L范围内呈良好线性,相关系数(R2)为0.9994,方法的检出限为0.001 mg/kg;以韭菜、白菜、马铃薯、番茄、甘蓝、苹果、草莓、西瓜、葡萄和沃柑阴性样品为基质,溴虫氟苯双酰胺的平均加标回收率为93.1%~105%,相对标准偏差为2.56%~5.61%。[结论]该方法前处理方法简单便捷,提取效率高,净化效果好,检测精密度和准确度高,获得的溴虫氟苯双酰胺的峰形和分离度均很好,且线性好,可以有效和基质中其他杂质获得有效分离,检测方法具有通用性,适用于果蔬中溴虫氟苯双酰胺的定量检测。该方法提出采用固相萃取-气相色谱法对果蔬中的溴虫氟苯双酰胺残留量进行检测,可为果蔬中溴虫氟苯双酰胺的残留提供技术手段,为相关监管部门对果蔬中溴虫氟苯双酰胺农药污染的有效监测提供技术支撑。  相似文献

目的 :建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定L-脯氨酰胺中手性异构体杂质D-脯氨酰胺的方法。方法 :色谱柱,CHIRALPAK@IC手性色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),以正己烷-乙醇-二乙胺(70∶30∶0.1)为流动相,流速为1mL/min,检测波长为220nm,柱温为35℃,进样量为20μL。结果 :D-脯氨酰胺浓度在4.0~202.2μg/mL,其浓度与峰面积成良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为y=1 251.8x-6 076.1,r=0.999 5;D-脯氨酰胺的检测限、定量限分别为10ng、30ng;平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.8%。结论 :本方法简单,灵敏,重现性好,准确度高,可用于L-脯氨酰胺中手性异构体杂质的控制。  相似文献

采用HPLC测定疏肝胶囊中丹参素的含量,色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%醋酸溶液(5∶95),流速1.0 mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长280 nm。结果表明,丹参素钠对照品在0.012 6~0.201 6 mg/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好(n=5),相关系数r=0.999 9,平均回收率98.3%。该方法检测结果准确,操作简便,重现性好,可用于疏肝胶囊中丹参素的质量控制。  相似文献

采用反相液相色谱法,在KromasilC8(5μm,4.6i.d×250mm)色谱柱上,以甲醇/乙酸-乙酸铵缓冲溶液=85/15(v/v)(pH=4~5)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,紫外检测波长为272nm对N-(2,2-二氯乙烯基)水杨酰胺(简称A26)进行分离和测定。结果表明,A26在0.0398~0.3187mg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.99994),回收率为99.1~100.8%,重复性实验相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.36%,该方法操作简单,分析速度快,重复性好,是一种检测A26的有效分析方法。  相似文献

It is well established that a wide range of drugs of abuse acutely boost the signaling of the sympathetic nervous system and the hypothalamic–pituitary–adrenal (HPA) axis, where norepinephrine and epinephrine are major output molecules. This stimulatory effect is accompanied by such symptoms as elevated heart rate and blood pressure, more rapid breathing, increased body temperature and sweating, and pupillary dilation, as well as the intoxicating or euphoric subjective properties of the drug. While many drugs of abuse are thought to achieve their intoxicating effects by modulating the monoaminergic neurotransmitter systems (i.e., serotonin, norepinephrine, dopamine) by binding to these receptors or otherwise affecting their synaptic signaling, this paper puts forth the hypothesis that many of these drugs are actually acutely converted to catecholamines (dopamine, norepinephrine, epinephrine) in vivo, in addition to transformation to their known metabolites. In this manner, a range of stimulants, opioids, and psychedelics (as well as alcohol) may partially achieve their intoxicating properties, as well as side effects, due to this putative transformation to catecholamines. If this hypothesis is correct, it would alter our understanding of the basic biosynthetic pathways for generating these important signaling molecules, while also modifying our view of the neural substrates underlying substance abuse and dependence, including psychological stress-induced relapse. Importantly, there is a direct way to test the overarching hypothesis: administer (either centrally or peripherally) stable isotope versions of these drugs to model organisms such as rodents (or even to humans) and then use liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to determine if the labeled drug is converted to labeled catecholamines in brain, blood plasma, or urine samples.  相似文献

Halyomorpha halys (Stål) (Pentatomidae), called the brown marmorated stink bug (BMSB), is a newly invasive species in the eastern USA that is rapidly spreading from the original point of establishment in Allentown, PA. In its native range, the BMSB is reportedly attracted to methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate, the male-produced pheromone of another pentatomid common in eastern Asia, Plautia stali Scott. In North America, Thyanta spp. are the only pentatomids known to produce methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate [the (E,Z,Z)-isomer] as part of their pheromones. Methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates were field-tested in Maryland to monitor the spread of the BMSB and to explore the possibility that Thyanta spp. are an alternate host for parasitic tachinid flies that use stink bug pheromones as host-finding kairomones. Here we report the first captures of adult and nymph BMSBs in traps baited with methyl (E,E,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate in central Maryland and present data verifying that the tachinid, Euclytia flava (Townsend), exploits methyl (E,Z,Z)-2,4,6-decatrienoate as a kairomone. We also report the unexpected finding that various isomers of methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoate attract Acrosternum hilare (Say), although this bug apparently does not produce methyl decatrienoates. Other stink bugs and tachinids native to North America were also attracted to methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates. These data indicate there are Heteroptera in North America in addition to Thyanta spp. that probably use methyl 2,4,6-decatrienoates as pheromones. The evidence that some pentatomids exploit the pheromones of other true bugs as kairomones to find food or to congregate as a passive defense against tachinid parasitism is discussed.  相似文献

Inorganic/organic hybrid materials have considerable promise and are beginning to become a major area of research for many coating usages, including abrasion and corrosion resistance. Our primary approach is to prepare the inorganic phase in situ within the film formation process of the organic phase. The inorganic phase is introduced via sol-gel chemistry into a thermosetting organic phase. By this method, the size, periodicity, spatial positioning, and density of the inorganic phase can be controlled. An important aspect of the inorganic/organic hybrid materials is the coupling agent. The initial task of the coupling agent is to provide uniform mixing of the oligomeric organic phase with the sol-gel precursors, which are otherwise immiscible. UV-curable inorganic/organic hybrid systems have the advantages of a rapid cure and the ability to be used on heat sensitive substrates such as molded plastics. Also, it is possible to have better control of the growth of the inorganic phase using UV curing. It is our ultimate goal to completely separate the curing of inorganic and organic phases to gain complete control over the morphology, and hence optimization of “all” the coating properties. Thus far, it has been found that concomitant UV curing of the inorganic and organic phases using titanium sol-gel precursors afforded nanocomposite coatings which completely block the substrate from UV light while maintaining a transparent to visible light. Also, it has been found that the morphology of the inorganic phase is highly dependent on the concentration and reactivity of the coupling agent.
