对常用的剪切实验方法进行了简单介绍,并采用典型的±45°偏轴拉伸法和V形开口轨道剪切法对双轴向玻璃纤维布制成的层合板的常温和低温剪切性能进行了研究。实验结果表明,V形开口轨道剪切法测得的剪切强度和模量高于±45°偏轴拉伸法,玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂基复合材料在低温状态下的剪切性能与常温相比有所提高。  相似文献

复合材料层合板的面内剪切特性是进行复合材料结构设计必不可少的参数。本文对常见的4种面内剪切实验方法进行了简单介绍。采用5种E玻璃纤维织物/乙烯基酯树脂层合板,其铺层结构分别为[0]3s,[0/90]3s,[CSM/0/90]2s,[±45]3s和[(0/90)2/(±45)2/(0/90)2]s。对2种复合材料层合板面内剪切实验方法进行了实验研究,分别为±45°拉伸实验(ASTM D3518)和V形开口轨道剪切实验(ASTM D7078)。实验结果表明,±45°拉伸实验在测试层合板面内剪切模量方面具有较高的精度,而在测试面内剪切强度方面往往偏低,具有非常差的精度。  相似文献

Polyborosiloxane (PBS) was synthesized from boric acid and hydroxyl-terminated polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS). The oscillatory shear behavior of PBS formed by PDMS with different molecular weight was studied. The relaxation time of PBS was calculated by Doi-Edwards model. Finally, the shear-stiffening mechanism of reversibly crosslinked entangled polymer was obtained. Shear stiffening occurs at lower shear frequencies, which is mainly due to crosslinking bonds and friction between molecules hindering the movement of molecules. The increase in storage modulus at high frequencies is attributed to the resistance caused by entanglement in the stretching process of molecular chains. In addition, the molecular weight is greater and the degree of shear stiffening is higher. 针对国际上目前主要使用的双切口拉伸/压缩式层间剪切试验方法存在的问题,吸收了拉伸与压缩式试验方法各自的优点,对试验夹具及试验片形状与尺寸进行了改进设计,提出了双切口开孔拉伸式新的层间剪切强度测试、评价方法.以玻璃纤维平纹织物/环氧树脂复合材料层合板为试验材料对改进后的试验方法进行了实验及有限元分析.实验发现,表观层间剪切强度随槽间距的减小而有增大的趋势.通过有限元分析,对实验结果进行了解释,并确立了可获得真实层间剪切强度的最佳试验片尺寸.  相似文献

Viscoelastic properties of a polystyrene-poly(vinyl methyl ether) blend were measured in oscillatory and steady shear flows near the phase separation temperature. In the one-phase region, the viscoelastic properties are independent of the type of flow and flow geometry, and their shear and frequency dependences are the same as those of homopolymers. When phase separation occurred, a change in viscoelastic properties was observed in all types of flow and flow geometries, and they are different in the different types of flow and/or different flow geometries in the two-phase region. In the shear rate dependence of viscosity of the polymer blend in the two-phase region at quiescence, a plateau region was observed, in which the shear viscosity can be regarded as the zero shear viscosity of the homogenized polymer blend at that temperature.  相似文献

Experimental investigations are conducted to characterize the evolution with temperature of the shear strength of glulam wood. To realize the tests, an original specimen with cylindrical shape has been developed and justified by a numerical study. The geometry allows obtaining thermal gradient within material to represent the real combustion of timber members, while keeping constant the temperature of sheared section. The experimental programs consider various parameters such as the presence or absence of moisture and the thermal gradient within the specimen. The experimental results are discussed and analyzed. They show the correlation between the density of the material and the reduction of its strength at high temperatures. The experimental failure loads are used to evaluate the reduction factors for wood strength depending on the temperature. These factors are compared with those given by EN1995‐1‐2 for the advanced calculations methods in fire situation. The comparisons show that the reduction factors given by EN1995‐1‐2 are conservative in comparison with the experimental results. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

为了探讨ETS法抗剪加固混凝土短梁的破坏过程、破坏形态及抗剪承载力,对4根钢筋混凝土短梁进行试验研究和理论分析。采用我国《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB 50010—2010)、美国规范(ACI318-05)的计算值和试验值进行对比分析,计算值均比较保守。研究结果表明:钢筋混凝土短梁采用ETS法抗剪加固后,加固筋的存在延缓了裂缝的发展,提高了开裂荷载和抗剪承载力,表现出良好的受力和变形性能。  相似文献

本文采用三维有限元法对双切口剪切试验测定玻璃钢层合析牟超低温层间剪切强度进行了理论分析和研究,解析用的层合板有效弹性系数由组分材料的弹性系数和织物结构的代表体积单元求得。数值解析发现,。当切口间隔与厚度之比较小时,双切口剪切试验片可产生较均匀的剪切应力分布。通过与二限元求得。数值解析发现,当切口间隔与厚度之比较小时,双切口剪切试验片可产生较均匀的剪切应力分布。通过与二维有限元解析结果的对比分析。阐  相似文献

In this study, a Schulze ring shear tester and the discrete element method (DEM) are employed to investigate the effect of polydispersity on the binary shear flows. Both experimental results and DEM simulations show that the preshear stresses are greater for binary blends than for monodispersed particles. The flowability of these mixtures is strongly affected by the solid fraction, with minimal flow function values correlating to maximum packing fraction. However, minimum flow function values are not observed at the same packing fractions where the maximum preshear stress occurs. Using DEM, it is demonstrated that the decrease of angular velocity of larger particles due to the addition of small adhesive particles reduces and the fraction of large-small particle contact both make contributions to shear stress difference. A mechanism is proposed to quantify the effects of these two factors.  相似文献

本文以复合材料层合板理论为基础,用最小势能原理建立了一种能对工程中常见的复合材料薄壁箱梁的剪滞与高阶剪切效应进行分析的方法,结合算例,得到了剪滞与高阶剪切效应对截面应变和梁挠度影响的变化规律,通过与Timoshenko梁理论及剪滞与一阶剪切效应方法结果的比较,表明其变化规律和相应的结果基本正确可靠.  相似文献

In this work, the application of adhesively bonded joints to connect two structural elements with a double-sided patch is studied. On the basis of the shear lag model, a simple closed-form solution was obtained. The analytical solutions can be used to predict the shear stress in the adhesive and the load transfer between the structural elements and the external patches. The load and shear stress distributions in the adhesively bonded region are presented. For verification of the analytical model, finite element analyses were employed to calculate the load transfer and shear stress for the double-sided patch joint under static tensile loadings. Good agreement was found between the theoretical predictions and numerical results. To obtain a better understanding of the joints, the effects of adhesive thickness, adhesive shear modulus and patch Young's modulus on the load transfer and shear stress distributions were investigated. The results show that the maximum shear stress occurs at the edge of the adhesive. The maximum value of the shear stress increases as the adhesive shear modulus and patch Young's modulus increase and as the adhesive thickness decreases. A more gradual load transfer can be achieved by increasing the adhesive thickness and decreasing the adhesive shear modulus. The simple analytical solution presented in this paper has the advantages of avoiding the numerical difficulties and giving explicit relationship between the stress state and joint parameters. Moreover, from the designer's point of view a closed-form and easy-to-use solution is preferred.  相似文献

以建立基于抗剪机构和破坏模式的钢筋混凝土(RC)剪力墙极限承载力的分析模型为目的,根据RC剪力墙破坏模式,剪力墙的抗剪机构可简化成倾角为θ的混凝土压杆、纵向及横向分布钢筋3部分。基于该抗剪机构,推导了RC剪力墙的极限承载力的计算公式,并编制了计算程序,对15片不同配筋、不同几何尺寸和受力状态的RC剪力墙进行了承载力分析,理论计算结果和试验结果吻合较好,该分析模型能够较好地反映RC剪力墙的极限承载力特性,可供RC剪力墙抗剪强度验算参考。  相似文献

Correlations between shear resistance and the mechanical properties of pressure sensitive adhesives are studied by measuring the deformation behaviour in the static and the dynamic shear test and determining the dynamic shear modulus of the adhesive. For polymers with low or moderate viscosities, the shear strain vs. time characteristics in a static shear test and, accordingly, the static shear strength, can be evaluated from the master curves of the dynamic shear modulus or the dynamic viscosity. The dynamic shear strength also can be calculated. These exact calculations cannot be applied to highly viscous or slightly crosslinked polymers. On the basis of the model experiments, empirical correlations between shear strength and the dynamic shear modulus are established which seem to be generally valid.  相似文献

This investigation focuses on the study of the thixotropy behavior of crude oil–polyacrylamide emulsions. A wide range of crude oil and polymer concentrations were covered. Crude oil concentrations of 0–75% by volume and polymer concentrations of 0–104 ppm were used. Two polyacrylamides of Alcoflood polymers, AF1235 and AF1285, were examined. RheoStress RS100 rheometer from Haake was employed to study the thixotropy behavior of crude oil–polymer emulsions. Measurements of thixotropy were conducted under the controlled rate mode. The aqueous solutions of Alcoflood polymers show thixotropy behavior. AF1235 aqueous solutions show lower hysteresis rheograms and thixotropy area than the aqueous solutions of AF1285. Polymer concentration shows strong influence on the ramp‐up and ramp‐down curves. The crude oil–polymer emulsions behave in an antithixotropy response instead of thixotropy behavior experience for the polymer aqueous solutions. The yield stress values of the crude oil–polymer emulsions increase strongly with polymer concentration for ascending and descending cycles. However, for polymer concentration of less than 1000 ppm, crude oil shows strong effects on the emulsion yield stress values for the ramp‐down cycles. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以脉动压力诱导注射成型充模过程浇口流道中熔体壁面表观剪切黏度的数学模型为基础,通过实时测量记录螺杆位置变化以及浇口流道两端熔体压力变化,表征脉动压力诱导注射成型充模过程熔体实时表现剪切黏度的方法,通过实验研究发现,脉动压力的引入使充模过程、熔体的剪切应力和表观剪切黏度降低,同时加剧了熔体的剪切速率变化,在强烈的振动条件下会引起动态充模过程中某些时刻出现断流现象.  相似文献
