基于相变调温机制,从纺织用相变材料的优选、相变智能调温纺织品的制备与表征等方面展开论述。详细阐述了相变材料在纺织品中应用需解决的技术问题与措施,分析了微胶囊共混纺丝、中空纤维填充和皮芯复合纺丝等相变调温纤维材料制备技术,介绍了通过相变纤维共混与后整理两种途径实现相变材料与织物结合的加工技术,对比了目前调温纺织品的测试表征方法,并对未来相变智能调温纺织品的发展趋势做了展望,认为应该深入研究相变材料的制备、相变材料的封存、相变材料与纺织品的高效结合技术,并尽快建立相应的评价方法与标准体系。 相似文献

相变双向调温纺织材料是能源领域与纺织行业结合的产物,具有自动双向调温的优点。本文从制备技术的角度出发,分别介绍了相变纤维制备法和后整理法两大途径。围绕相变纤维制备法,详细阐述了微胶囊熔融纺丝法、微胶囊溶液纺丝法、静电纺丝法、PCMs复合纺丝法和纤维中空填充法的原理及应用。针对后整理法,详细介绍了填充法、涂层法、印花法、浸轧法和接枝法的原理及应用。分析了各种制备技术的优缺点,以期从制备技术上加深对相变双向调温纺织材料的认知和理解。制备技术的进步可提高相变双向调温纺织材料的综合性能,如何制备出满足服用要求、综合性能优异的相变双向调温纺织材料是其实现应用的关键。最后,对相变双向调温纺织材料未来的研究方向提出了建议和展望,以期为相变双向调温纺织材料制备技术的研究提供参考和借鉴。 相似文献

采用熔融复合纺丝法,通过自制的复合纺丝组件,以聚丙烯(PP)为皮层,由脂肪酸酯类和高级酯肪族醇类组成的复合相变材料(CPCM)为芯层,制备了具有皮芯结构的CPCM/PP蓄热调温纤维,并对纤维的结构与性能进行表征。结果表明:CPCM/PP初生纤维呈皮芯结构,其直径约为100μm;当CPCM/PP质量比为55∶45时,其初生纤维在70℃下5倍拉伸后,得到的CPCM/PP蓄热调温纤维中CPCM的质量分数为53.63%,熔融相变温度与结晶相变温度分别为32.65~48.02℃和20.96~39.02℃,熔融焓和结晶焓分别为90.04,81.01 J/g,纤维线密度为10.3 dtex,断裂强度为2.59 cN/dtex,断裂伸长率为41.38%。 相似文献

针对聚丙烯(PP)相变纤维加工中的低相变焓、低导热率及高泄露等问题,以聚乙二醇单甲醚(MPEG1000)为相变材料,蒙脱土(MMT)为定形材料,利用熔融插层法制备MPEG1000/MMT定形相变材料,并与PP树脂熔融共混制备PP/MMT/MPEG1000共混体系。采用扫描电镜分析相变材料在共混体系中的分散情况,采用差示扫描量热法分析共混体系的相变性能,采用红外光谱分析共混体系各组分之间的相互作用。结果表明:定形相变材料粒子在PP/MPEG1000/MMT共混体系中分布均匀,粒径在2~5μm左右,相变焓高达21.4 J/g;与PP/MPEG1000共混物对比,PP/MPEG1000/MMT共混体系的相变焓是其3.6倍。定形相变材料的制备有效解决了MPEG1000在PP熔融加工过程中的泄露问题,为PP相变纤维的制备奠定了基础。 相似文献

Recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET) used as an alternative reinforcing additive for polypropylene (PP) based composite
fibers, compared with liquid crystalline polymer (LCP), was investigated. Both PP-LCP and PP-rPET composites were prepared
as fiber using hot drawing process. The effects of draw ratios and compatibilizer dosages on morphology in relation to tensile
properties of both types of the composite systems were studied. The variation of draw ratios resulted in much change of stress–strain
behavior in compatibilized rPET composite system owing to the obvious difference in morphological change of rPET dispersed
phase upon drawing. Tensile strength and extensibility of both composites system were significantly improved with compatibilizer
loading. The tensile strength of compatibilized rPET-composite fibers was higher than that of the compatibilized LCP system.
The obtained results demonstrated the high potential of rPET as a well-defined reinforcing material for PP based composite
fiber under the improved interfacial adhesion promoted by compatibilizer. 相似文献

利用微流控技术成功制备了以石蜡(RT27)为芯层、共混多壁碳纳米管(MWNT)的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)为鞘层的核-鞘型MWNT/PVB 复合相变纤维。系统研究了MWNT 的含量对复合相变纤维的形貌、力学性能、热性能、导热性能的影响。研究结果表明,MWNT 的加入显著提高了MWNT/PVB 复合相变纤维的力学性能和导热性能。随着MWNT 含量增加,MWNT/PVB 复合相变纤维的断裂强度先增大后减小。当MWNT 含量为0.5%时,复合相变纤维的断裂强度最大,比未添加MWNT 相变纤维的断裂强度提高了28.27%。在42℃高温下,比较缠绕MWNT 含量为4%的复合相变纤维和缠绕未添加MWNT 相变纤维的模型帽子的内部温度,前者从相同的初始温度17℃升温到达石蜡RT27 的相变温度(27℃)所用的时间比后者减少了25%。研究结果为制备具有良好导热性能、高强度和稳定、快速调温性能的相变纤维提供重要的实验参考和指导。 相似文献

分别以低密度聚乙烯(PE-LD)、高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD) .聚丙烯(PP).聚苯乙烯(PS)为支撑材料、石蜡为相变材料,采用加热熔融法制备聚烯烃石蜡复合相变储能材料。考察了不同种类的聚烯烃材料对复合材料储能的影响,通过DSC测出PE-LD/石蜡、PE-HD/石蜡、PP/石蜡、PS/石蜡复合相变材料的相变烩分别为68.44J/g、45.52J/g、40.06J/g、1.19J/g。结果表明,PE-LD是其中最好的基体材料,具有最大的相变烩。随着石蜡含量的增加,PE-LD/石蜡复合材料的相变烩逐渐增大。此外,硅藻土和活性炭填料的加人有利于提高相变烩,增强复合材料的稳定性。 相似文献

In this work, polypropylene (PP) hollow fiber membranes were fabricated by thermal-induced phase separation method. The influence of cold-stretched and hot-stretched treatment on the morphology and permeability of the PP hollow fiber membranes was investigated. The results showed that there were cracks and crystalline particulate structures on the outer and inner surfaces of the stretched PP hollow fiber membranes, which were not isolated but linked together through fiber-like connections. Compared to the original PP hollow fiber membrane, the mean pore sizes, the porosities, the hydrophobicity and water entry pressure of the stretched PP hollow fiber membranes improved significantly. When applied in conjunction with a vacuum system, the PP hollow fiber membranes could continuously remove oils from water surface, and separate surfactant-free and surfactant-stabilized water-in-oil emulsions, as well. The initial kerosene fluxes of the hot-stretched PP hollow fiber membrane were higher than that of the membranes prepared from original PP hollow fibers or cold-stretched PP hollow fibers. The permeate fluxes of the hot-stretched PP hollow fiber membrane for all different emulsion separations were higher than those of the original PP hollow fiber membrane. There could be seen no emulsion droplet in the optical micrographs after separation, indicating that the water-in-oil emulsions were effectively separated in one-step method. 相似文献
