随着科学技术的日新月异,当今化妆品领域的发展逐步趋向于生物化和功能化。根据有关的调查结果表明,拥有自然白皙柔嫩光滑靓丽的皮肤几乎是所有东方女性孜孜以求的目标,而令女性烦恼的皮肤缺陷即色斑的形成,是影响女性美貌的最大障碍之一。随着美容学的发展,皮肤增白化妆品很受消费者的青睐。90年代掀起的回归自然潮流使人们不再喜欢用厚厚的粉底来遮盖面部色斑的沉着,而更喜欢功能性美白化妆品,它通过添加美白活性成分从抑制皮肤黑色素生成着手,阻止黑色素的生物合成过程或漂白黑色素,从而达到使皮肤美白并对由于黑色素合成过多或不均匀引起的局部色素沉积及色斑有治疗作用。因此近年来祛斑美白化妆品迅速增长,其市场份额也明显增加。 相似文献

皮肤黑色素的成因与美白机理
造成皮肤黑色素生成的原因:遗传因素,紫外线、废气、活性氧等环境因素。黑色素的形成机理在黑色素细胞内,酪氨酸在酪氨酸酶的作用下,受环境中各种因素的影响,逐渐氧化成多巴、多巴醌、多巴色素、5,6-二羟吲哚、吲哚-5,6-醌等,最终转化为色素颗粒。在此反应过程中酪氨酸酶的催化作用主要发生在酪氨酸转化成Dopa和Dopa转化为Dopaquinone这两个反应中。 相似文献

将抑制黑色素形成的美白剂融入膏霜类化妆品中的非遮盖型美白化妆品具有优良的美白效果.根据黑色素形成的机理,美白剂应对酪氨酸酶有高效的抑制作用.曲酸即是一种酪氨酸酶的有效抑制剂,但由于其不稳定、易氧化、易与金属离子螯合,会使美白产品在使用过程中变黄.而曲酸衍生物不仅具有较好的稳定性,而且抑制酪氨酸酶的能力也优于曲酸. 相似文献

Melanin incorporated into keratinocytes plays an important role in photoprotection; however, abnormal melanin accumulation causes hyperpigmentary disorders. To understand the mechanism behind the accumulation of excess melanin in the skin, it is essential to clarify the spatial distribution of melanosomes or melanin in the epidermis. Although several markers have been used to detect melanosomes or melanin, no suitable markers to determine the precise localization of melanin in the epidermis have been reported. In this study, we showed that melanocore-interacting Kif1c-tail (M-INK), a recently developed fluorescent probe for visualizing mature melanosomes, binds to purified melanin in vitro, and applied it for detecting melanin in human skin tissues. Frozen skin sections from different phototypes were co-stained for the hemagglutinin (HA)-tagged M-INK probe and markers of melanocytes or keratinocytes, and a wide distribution of melanin was observed in the epidermis. Analysis of the different skin phototypes indicated that the fluorescent signals of HA-M-INK correlated well with skin color. The reconstruction of three-dimensional images of epidermal sheets enabled us to observe the spatial distribution of melanin in the epidermis. Thus, the HA-M-INK probe is an ideal tool to individually visualize melanin (or melanosome) distribution in melanocytes and in keratinocytes in skin tissues. 相似文献

通过定量聚合酶联反应(q PCR)的方法,研究六肽-2对靶向胶原蛋白基因沉默的miR-29表达和靶向黑色素合成途径的miR-218表达的调控,及其对胶原蛋白表达和黑色素合成的调节作用。此外通过35名亚洲人(17名女性,18名男性)双盲半脸人体测试研究六肽-2在调节肤色和改善皱纹方面的功效。q PCR结果显示六肽-2对各年龄段的人成纤维细胞miR-29的表达均有显著抑制作用(P0.05);离体皮肤的免疫染色法显示六肽-2可以增加Ⅰ和Ⅲ型胶原蛋白的表达(P0.05);人黑色素细胞的q PCR实验表明,六肽-2可以显著增加miR-218的表达(P0.05)。基于35位亚洲人的半脸人体测试(改善肤色测试周期56 d,抗皱测试42 d)结果显示,1%六肽-2有美白、淡斑、祛红斑及改善暗沉等功效,同时可以减少皱纹数量、面积、深度和长度。 相似文献

Excess production of melanin or its abnormal distribution, or both, can cause irregular hyperpigmentation of the skin, leading to melasma and age spots. To date, various quasi-drugs that prevent or improve hyperpigmentary disorders have been developed and officially approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan. Many of these inhibit the activity of tyrosinase, an enzyme required for melanin synthesis, for example, by competitive or non-competitive inhibition of its catalytic activity, by inhibiting its maturation, or by accelerating its degradation. In this review, we categorize the quasi-drugs developed in Japan to prevent or treat hyperpigmentary disorders, or both, and discuss perspectives for future development. 相似文献
