研究了白炭黑及改性酚醛树脂(SP6701)对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)补强效果的影响。结果表明,在N550用量不变的情况下,白炭黑的加入能显著提高HNBR硫化胶的定伸应力和硬度,改善HNBR的耐热空气老化性能;加入SP6701后,胶料的拉伸强度逐渐降低,拉断伸长率先降低后升高,硬度和定伸应力则显著增大,混炼胶的Payne效应则是随着SP6701含量的增加而增强。综合而言,SP6701能够明显提高硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力,但对于其它性能的影响很微弱,甚至会产生相反的影响。  相似文献

Ni(II) ions were removed from aqueous waste using micellar enhanced ultrafiltration (MEUF) with a mixture of surfactants. The surfactant mixture was the nonionic surfactant Tween 80 (TW80) mixed with the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) in different molar ratios ranging from 0.1–1.5. The operational variables of the MEUF process such as pH, applied pressure, surfactant to metal ion ratio and nonionic to ionic surfactant molar ratio (α) were evaluated. Rejection of Ni and TW80 was 99% and 98% respectively whereas that for SDS was 65%. The flux and all resistances (fouling resistance, resistance due to concentration polarization) were measured and calculated for entire range of α respectively. A calculated flux was found to be declined with time, which was mainly attributed to concentration polarization rather than resistance from membrane fouling.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of a fluoride/MDPB (12-methacryloyloxydodecylpyridinium bromide)-containing adhesive system on the durability of a bond to permanent artificially induced caries-affected dentin (CAD) exposed to Streptococcus mutans culture and water storage. Twelve third molars were selected. Flat dentin surfaces were submitted to artificial caries development in S. mutans and Broth heart infusion (BHI). Caries-infected dentin was removed with burs according to clinical criteria and CAD cavities were restored with Adper Scotchbond Multi-Purpose (SBM) and Clearfil Protect Bond (CPB). Nontrimmed resin–dentin bonded interfaces (1 mm2) were stored in S. mutans+BHI for 3 days, in deionized water for 3 months, and afterwards subjected to microtensile bond strength test (μTBS). The control group was not submitted to storage and immediate μTBS testing was performed. Fractographic analysis was performed after μTBS testing. Four molars were restored as described, and morphological evaluation hybrid layer (HL) was performed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Two-way ANOVA with split-plot design and Tukey′s tests were performed. No difference was found between μTBS values of SBM and CPB irrespective of groups. Significant decrease was observed in μTBS values after S. mutans culture and water storage, but without difference between them. CPB had more homogenous hybrid layer than SBM. Fluoride/MDPB-containing adhesive system did not prevent degradation of CAD bond strength in both degradation methods.  相似文献

It evaluated the effects of different zirconia surface treatments on the bond strength of a resin cement to Y-TZP (yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia) ceramics, as well as their phase-transformations. 75 blocks (5 mm × 5 mm × 4 mm) of Y-TZP were assigned into five groups (n = 15): (tribochemical silica coating - TBS) zirconia surface was abraded by silica coated alumina particles followed by silanization; (GLZ1) zirconia surface received the application of a thin layer of low-fusing porcelain glaze, followed by hydrofluoric acid (HF) etching for 1 min; (GLZ5) glaze application + HF etching by 5 min; (GLZ10) glaze application + HF etching by 10 min; (GLZ15) glaze application + HF etching by 15 min. After etching, all the specimens were washed, dried and silanized. Cylinders of composites (diameter: 3.25 mm; height: 3 mm) were cemented to the Y-TZP blocks using a resin cement. All the specimens were subjected to aging (10,000 thermal cycles and 90 days storage), tested under shear conditions, and finally analyzed by a stereomicroscope (failure analysis). In addition, we also performed topographical and phase transformation analyses of the treated zirconia surfaces. The TBS group presented the highest bond strength value (23.34 MPa). The glazed groups presented low bond values and high prevalences of pretest failures. X-ray diffraction analysis showed a phase transformation for the TBS group (13.14%); however, there was no clear phase change observed for the GLZ groups. From our results, we concluded that tribochemical silica coating is the main Y-TZP surface conditioning for resin bond improvements.  相似文献

Abstract

The purpose of this in vitro study was to evaluate the influence of different surface treatments and aging on the microtensile bond strength (μTBS) of bulk-fill composite resins. Bulk-fill composites (Filtek One; 3M ESPE) randomly received five different surface treatments: (1) no treatment, control, (2) 37% phosphoric acid etching (PA), (3) 9% hydrofluoric acid etching (HF), (4) air-borne particle abrasion with 50-μm alumina particles (Al2O3), (5) tribochemical silica coating (CoJet). Following, the specimens were divided into three subgroups according to universal adhesive applied: Clearfil Universal Bond (CU; Kuraray), Prime&Bond Universal (PBU; Dentsply Sirona), or Single Bond Universal (SBU; 3M ESPE). A nanofill composite (Filtek Ultimate; 3M ESPE) was employed as a repair. Bonded specimens were stored in water for 24?h at 37?°C or thermal aged, then subjected to the μTBS test. Additionally, specimens were analyzed with a contact profilometer and were evaluated with scanning electron microscopy. Control and PA treatments were showed the lowest µTBS (p?<?0.05), and there was no significant difference between these two groups (p?>?0.05). Al2O3 and CoJet treatments generally exhibited a similar influence on µTBS values. In addition, a correlation was found between surface roughness and bond strength (r?=?0.831). CoJet resulted in significantly higher repair µTBS values when compared to the other surface treatments. In addition, the use of silane-containing universal adhesive was increased the cohesive failure rate and maintained the repair µTBS values after thermocycling.  相似文献

Effect of the coating method on the formation of superhydrophobic polydimethylsiloxane–urea copolymer (TPSC) surfaces, modified by the incorporation of hydrophobic fumed silica nanoparticles was investigated. Four different coating methods employed were: (i) layer-by-layer spin-coating of hydrophobic fumed silica dispersed in an organic solvent onto TPSC films, (ii) spin-coating of silica–polymer mixture onto a glass substrate, (iii) spray coating of silica/polymer mixture by an air-brush onto a glass substrate, and (iv) direct coating of silica–polymer mixture by a doctor blade onto a glass substrate. Influence of the coating method, composition of the polymer/silica mixture and the number of silica layers applied on the topography and wetting behavior of the surfaces were determined. Surfaces obtained were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), white light interferometry (WLI) and advancing and receding water contact angle measurements. It was demonstrated that superhydrophobic surfaces could be obtained by all methods. Surfaces obtained displayed hierarchical micro-nano structures and superhydrophobic behavior with static and advancing water contact angles well above 150° and fairly low contact angle hysteresis values.  相似文献

This paper reports the effect of silica fume (SF), nanosilica (NS) and superplasticiser (SP) addition on the rheological behaviour of Portland cement pastes with different amounts of SF (0-10%), NS (1%) and SP (0-0·4%) and water to binder (W/B) ratio of 0·4. A rheometer with concentric cylinders geometry was used and the maximum shear rate of 100?s?1 was applied. SP decreased the hysteresis area, while SF and NS increased it. Samples with NS showed high slopes in descending curves, while samples with SF and high dosages of SP showed lower values. In both cases, the Bingham model resulted in negative values for the yield stress, so that the Herschel-Bulkley model was used instead. The spread values variation on flow table did not follow a linear regression model. For this investigation, commercially available SF and NS were used.  相似文献

This study evaluated the effect of dentin pretreatment with metalloproteinase inhibitors on long-term microtensile bond strength (μTBS) of self-etch adhesive (SEA) to dentin. Thirty-two dentin fragments received pretreatments (n=8): C: control (not treated); GT: 2% green tea extract; CLX: 2% chlorhexidine; EGCG: 2% epigallocatechin gallate. SEAs (Clearfil SE Bond) and resin composite were applied to dentin surface. After 24 h, resin-blocks were cut into sticks submitted to μTBS testing immediately or after 6 months of storage in water. Two-way ANOVA and Tukey test (α=5%) indicated that CLX group showed μTBS values statistically superior to the other groups at immediate testing, whereas those of EGCG group were the lowest (p=0.018). After 6 months, a significant increase in μTBS values was observed for all groups, except for CLX (p=0.018). In conclusion, μTBS increased in dentin pretreatment with EGCG and green tea groups, and in the non-treated group.  相似文献

The nature and type of minerals associated with a low-rank (NCB 902) coal were determined by scanning electron microscopy and dispersive X-ray analysis.

The mineralogical examination showed the presence of fluorapatite and other minerals which would be troublesome on combustion. It also showed that the minerals would, to a large extent, be liberated by fine grinding.

The effect of kerosine and a branched chain aliphatic alcohol (2-ethyl-hexan-1-ol) on the beneficiation of finely ground samples of this coal under conditions of agglomeration flotation were studied.

A relationship between beneficiation and froth stability was noted and results are reported for the beneficiation of individual wet-screened fractions for selected runs.

A mechanism for beneficiation is proposed which is consistent with the experimental observations.  相似文献

The thermo‐mechanical properties of a series of epoxy‐silica hybrid composites prepared through sol–gel process are evaluated in a manner that the effect of organic solvent on the formation of silica domains is highlighted. By means of infrared spectroscopy, small‐angle X‐ray scattering, scanning electron microscope, dynamic mechanical thermal analysis, and thermo‐gravimetric analyzer, the specimens were morphologically studied varying the type of organic solvent. Among polar and nonpolar solvents incorporated by the organic–inorganic hybrid system, a mixture of xylene and ethanol (3:1) was properly comparable with tetrahydrofuran (THF) solvent regarding appearance and thermo‐mechanical characteristics. Enhanced thermal stability and modulus was observed upon increasing solvent content. Also, a proper dispersion of silica domains throughout the epoxy was seen in the case that the xylene/ethanol mixture or THF served as solvent. Surface properties are often hypothesized to be important factors in the development of safer forms of nanomaterials (NMs). However, the results obtained from studying the cellular responses to NMs are often contradictory. Hence, the aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the surface properties of silica nanoparticles and their cytotoxicity against a murine macrophage cell line (RAW264.7). The surface of the silica nanoparticles was either unmodified (nSP70) or modified with amine (nSP70-N) or carboxyl groups (nSP70-C). First, the properties of the silica nanoparticles were characterized. RAW264.7 cells were then exposed to nSP70, nSP70-N, or nSP70-C, and any cytotoxic effects were monitored by analyzing DNA synthesis. The results of this study show that nSP70-N and nSP70-C have a smaller effect on DNA synthesis activity by comparison to unmodified nSP70. Analysis of the intracellular localization of the silica nanoparticles revealed that nSP70 had penetrated into the nucleus, whereas nSP70-N and nSP70-C showed no nuclear localization. These results suggest that intracellular localization is a critical factor underlying the cytotoxicity of these silica nanoparticles. Thus, the surface properties of silica nanoparticles play an important role in determining their safety. Our results suggest that optimization of the surface characteristics of silica nanoparticles will contribute to the development of safer forms of NMs.  相似文献

The possibility of using tincal ore waste (TW), coal bottom ash (BA), and fly ash (FA) as partial replacement in concrete was examined through a number of tests. The properties examined include setting time, compressive strength, mortar expansion, water consistency of mortar, and microstructure. The results showed that compressive strength of all specimens containing 1 wt.% of TW was higher than that of the control at the 28th day of curing. At 90 days, the contribution to strength by BA+TW and FA+TW was higher than in the concrete-prepared equivalent TW beyond 3 wt.% of Portland cement (PC) replacement. With the replacement of 3-5 wt.% of PC by TW, the compressive strength of the concrete decreased compared to control concrete. However, the values obtained are within the limit of Turkish Standards (TS). Adding BA or FA with TW improved the performance relative to TW replacement only. Increasing replacement of TW gives rise to a higher setting time. As a result, TW, BA, and FA samples may be used as cementitious materials.  相似文献

The feasibility of using tea waste (TW) as a low-cost adsorbent for the adsorption of an anionic dye (Congo red) from aqueous solution has been investigated. Adsorption in a batch process was conducted to study the effect of adsorbent dosage, initial dye concentration, contact time, pH, and temperature. The experimental data were analyzed by the Langmuir, Freundlich, and Temkin models. The adsorption system was best described by the Langmuir isotherm (R 2 > 0.99). Adsorption kinetics followed a pseudo-second-order model (R 2 > 0.99). The effect of mechanical treatment (vibratory mill) was also studied. The experimental results showed that using this physical treatment leads to an increase in the adsorption capacity of TW from 32.26 to 43.48 mg/g. Thermodynamic analyses revealed that the adsorption of Congo red on TW was endothermic and spontaneous in nature. The results indicated that TW can be employed as a potential low-cost adsorbent for the removal of Congo red from aqueous solution.  相似文献

Silica nanoparticles are coated by polydimethysiloxane (PDMS) thin film using chemical vapor deposition and the PDMS-coated silica nanoparticles are shown to be highly hydrophobic. These PDMS-coated silica nanoparticles are used for selectively gelating oils in the oil/water mixture, allowing easy separation and removal of oil from water. Hydrophobized silica nanoparticles are shown to be able to gelate rotary pump oil with its mass 15 times higher than that of silica. A gelated mixture of oil and hydrophobized silica is stable and not dispersed in water for 7 days.  相似文献

传统超高性能混凝土(UHPC)的硅灰用量一般都比较高,导致其制作成本较高,而且自收缩比较大,对实际工程应用造成了一定的影响。本文用粉煤灰和矿粉部分或全部替代硅灰制备UHPC,并对其工作性能、力学性能、自收缩及孔结构特征进行了试验研究。结果表明:采用粉煤灰或矿粉替代硅灰可以改善UHPC拌合物的流动性,替代率越高,拌合物的流动度越大;当采用粉煤灰或矿粉替代50%(质量分数)硅灰时,在标准养护下,对28 d抗压强度的影响较小,而在高温蒸养下,则会导致28 d抗压强度下降,当替代率达到100%(质量分数)时,无论是标准养护还是高温蒸养,都会显著降低28 d抗压强度;采用粉煤灰或矿粉替代硅灰能降低细孔的占比,增大孔径,减少自收缩,且粉煤灰对于自收缩的抑制效果优于矿粉。  相似文献
