A Eulerian-Lagrangian method is implemented to simulate turbulent two-phase gas-solid riser flow, using a mean-field/probability density function (PDF) method. The mean-field method is applied to the gas phase while the PDF method is applied to the solid phase. Using the PDF method for the solid phase is advantageous as there is no need for closure models for the convection term in the momentum equation contrary to the situation where the mean-field method is used. The present method is implemented to investigate the influence of a side inlet on the flow pattern in a dilute gas-solid riser configuration. When applying the Eulerian-Lagrangian method, a perfect correspondence with the experimental observations is obtained. On the contrary, when using the Eulerian-Eulerian method significant differences with the experimental data are observed. 相似文献

A new spectrophotometric method for the determination of ferrous iron concentration in samples containing ferric iron is presented. This new method is a modification of the Muir o-phenanthroline ferrous iron determination method. The new method consists of the quantitative spectrophotometric determination of Fe(II) by o-phenanthroline, but in which the ferric iron is complexed with sodium fluoride to eliminate interferences. A critical experimental comparison between the Muir spectrophotometric method, the Kolthoff titrametric method and the new proposed method is presented. Whenever Fe(III) accounts for more than 50% of the total iron in a sample, the method of Muir overestimates Fe(II). The proposed method has a range of 1–10 μg ferrous iron. It is as insensitive to other metal ions as the original method of Muir and is insensitive to Fe(III) up to a point where Fe(III) might be as high as 95% total iron. The proposed method is suitable for Fe(II) determination in bacterial leaching systems, where Fe(II) might be as low as 1% of total iron. 相似文献

本文提出单点校正因子迭代法,改进了气相色谱测定涂料中水的定量分析方法,并对部分实验操作步骤进行了改进。用改进后的气相色谱法测定了16个水性涂料样品的水含量,对单点校正因子法、单点校正因子迭代法、卡尔-费休滴定法、气压法测定结果进行了比较。实验结果表叫,经过改进的气相色谱单点校正因子迭代法明显优于单点校正因子法,与卡尔-费休滴定法、气压法测定结果有可比性。对改进后的气相色谱法测量不确定度进行了评估。测量误差的主要来源是样品校正曲线拟合误差、样品测定重复性标准偏差。测试各环节的不确定度分量合成计算数据表明,气相色谱法测定水性涂料中水的分析结果标准相对不确定度为0.033。 相似文献

增加粗糙度是提高新老混凝土粘结性能的常用的方法.目前,国内外还没有相应的标准或规程对混凝土粗糙度的评测方法作出明确的规定,基于灌砂法的原理建立了一种新的混凝土表面粗糙度的评测方法-测试仪法.分别采用灌砂法、测试仪法对24个劈裂面进行测量分析,发现测试仪法是比灌砂法更先进更准确的测量粗糙度方法.利用分形理论,研究了分维值与粗糙度的关系,发现高差法分维值与粗糙度无正相关性,变步距法分维值与粗糙度有一定的正相关性.通过对两种分维值深入分析,综合利用高差法分维值和变步距法分维值,建立了测试仪法粗糙度与分维值的拟合公式.发现测试仪法粗糙度值随着测量步距的增大而减少,高差法分维值与其缩减系数有较好线性相关性,建立了拟合公式,达到了简化测量的目的. 相似文献

Three experiments of static state storage method, low-temperature and constant-pressure storage method and low-temperature and constant-pressure storage method were carried out to investigate which method was best in gas hydrate. The relationships of hydrate rate, capacity and liquid temperature versus time were derived and three results were contrasted. The experimental results show lowtemperature and constant-pressure method is better than the other two methods because it's operation period is shorter and storage capacity is larger than the other two. Low-temperature and constant-pressure method is the best method. So new method will be new research objective. 相似文献

In order to predict the electrochemical performance of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs), a telescopic projective Adams (TPA) multiscale simulation method is proposed in this work. This method is constructed on the basis of the equation-free method (EFM). A lattice Boltzmann model is used as the fine-scale simulator of the proposed method. The electrochemical reaction-diffusion process was simulated by the TPA and the lattice Boltzmann method (LBM). The results of the two methods were found to be in good agreement, and the TPA method can give accurate results with lower computational costs. The electrochemical reactions were also simulated based on the TPA method. The results were consistent with the experimental data, indicating that the proposed TPA method is an effective tool to simulate the electrochemical reactions of SOFCs. Also, the proposed method is suggested to be helpful in multiscale modeling of other energy systems. 相似文献
