为了适应化工流程模拟软件应用日益普及的现状,我们编写了以强化训练学生计算能力为目标的《化工计算与软件应用》教材。本文分析了传统化工计算教材内容的不足,阐明了选用流程模拟软件作为化工计算主要工具的必要性,介绍了新教材编写过程中内容组织、章节安排、编写风格的考虑,对新教材教学方式的变革提出了意见。本教材在校内使用两年来效果明显,学生应用化工流程模拟软件进行工艺设计的能力大幅增强。 相似文献

采用ANSYS商用有限元分析软件,对常温条件下受内压的螺栓法兰连接膨胀石墨缠绕垫片进行了应力分析,并根据多孔介质模型的泄漏率方程计算出膨胀石墨缠绕垫片在常温条件下的泄漏率。运用有限元计算模型对不同带宽的膨胀石墨缠绕垫片进行了不同条件下的数值模拟,模拟结果与实验结果较好地吻合。模拟结果给出了常温条件下介质内压、螺栓预拉伸力和填料带宽对螺栓法兰连接膨胀石墨缠绕垫片泄漏率的影响。 相似文献

Rolling process was carried out with extruded polypropylene as crystalline polymer at various rolling temperatures, and the rolling characteristics, cross‐section morphologies, and tensile properties were investigated. The rolling characteristics were evaluated by springback and dimensional change. The springback increased with increasing rolling temperature. The increment of length was larger than that of width because of the influence of uniaxial drawing by rotation of the rollers. Uniform morphologies were observed at a rolling ratio of 70% and a rolling temperature of 23°C. In contrast, molecular orientation near the surface was higher compared with the inner part when rolled at 70°C. Furthermore, micro spherulitic structures were observed near the surface where recrystallization occurred because of the rising temperature on the specimen surface by friction. Therefore, different morphologies appeared near the surface and in the inner part. Tensile strength was obtained for the rolling direction when rolled at 110°C lower than at other rolling temperatures. A universal setup was developed and patented to produce polymer sheets corrugated by rolling. To calculate the basic process variables of the process of rolling by the setup, a method is proposed to consider the effect of the geometrical and kinematical parameters on the magnitude of the separating force being needed to roll the polymer with allowance for its rheological properties. Some features of the rolling process by corrugated rollers are studied. The viscous-flow and elastic properties of melts of various compositions of polyvinylchloride and low-density polyethylene are studied, the melt flow curves are constructed, and the melt swelling factors are determined. In a feed stock, the permissible moisture content is determined. The tensile strength of corrugated polyvinylchloride sheets is measured. With an increase in the density of the corrugated sheet material, the water absorption is demonstrated to decrease. 相似文献

分析全钢载重子午线轮胎钢丝帘线压延工艺中钢丝帘线重叠交叉、跳线、覆胶喷霜、露钢丝等质量问题。通过调整整经辊和压力辊,降低供胶温度和压延速度、减小供胶机胶容量、确保适合的钢丝张力值等措施,钢丝帘线的压延质量大幅提高,压延质量缺陷率小于0.2%。 相似文献
