采用廉价易得、易生物降解的工业表面活性剂为基本原料,自来水为溶剂,成功研制了一种绿色高效鞋面清洗剂。考察了十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS),十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS),α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯钠盐(MES),烷基糖苷(APG),脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)等单组分表面活性剂的去污能力,其中烷基糖苷(APG)和α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯钠盐(MES)的去污能力最强。另外还考察烷基糖苷(APG)和α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯钠盐(MES)复配的去污能力,发现烷基糖苷(APG)和α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯钠盐(MES)的物质的量为0.8∶1.2时,去污能力最强。进而又考察了烷基糖苷(APG)、α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯钠盐(MES)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)三者复配的去污能力,发现烷基糖苷(APG)、α-磺基脂肪酸甲酯钠盐(MES)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)的物质的量比为0.8∶1.2∶0.8时,去污能力最强。在此基础,调配出了自制鞋面清洗剂,使用温度温度为10℃以上,p H值6.7~6.9接近中性,且具有良好的稳定性。  相似文献

对直链烷基苯磺酸异丙胺盐(HIPN)的表面张力、润湿力、乳化力、发泡能力等基本性能进行研究,并与洗涤剂常用阴离子表面活性剂直链烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)和α-烯基磺酸钠(AOS)进行了对比,研究了HIPN在手洗餐具洗涤剂配方中的表现。结果表明,在餐具洗涤剂中HIPN具有优异的增稠性能,能全部代替或者部分代替LAS和AES,实现和AOS复配的低成本无二烷配方。  相似文献

The increasing use of active chlorinecontaining compounds in machine dishwashing has led to the need for chlorine-stable, low foaming detergent formulations. To avoid oxidative degradation of nonionic surfactant and simultaneous loss of available chlorine, a new basic formulation process has been devised. This obviates the need for modifying nonionic surfactants. The process requires a preferred order of addition and the use of tetrasodium pyrophosphate builder as an integral part of the composition. The detergent product is free-flowing, granular, readily soluble and exhibits no tendency to cake on storage. A suggested machine dishwashing formulation is given, and data are presented which show good chlorine stability and excellent dishwashing performance. Laboratory and pilot scale investigations were carried out on phosphate-free detergent (PFD) formulations comprising binary anionic surfactants of C16 palm methyl ester sulfonates (C16MES) and linear alkyl benzene sulfonic acid (LABSA) with the aim of maximizing the incorporation of C16MES into low density detergent powders without compromising the detergency and other significant properties. Initial laboratory experiments revealed that the detergent powder resulting from C16MES/LABSA with a 50:50 ratio and pH 7–8 has acceptable detergency stability over 1 week of accelerated ageing test at 50 °C and 85 % relative humidity. Subsequent experiments were carried out in a 5-kg/h-capacity pilot spray dryer using PFD formulations of C16MES/LABSA over the whole range of weight ratios under the same pH of 7–8. The concentration of the detergent slurry and cleaning performance (detergency, foaming ability and wetting power) of the resulting spray dried detergent powder (SDDP) were evaluated. C16MES/LABSA in a 40:60 ratio was selected as the ideal formulation based on its optimum detergent slurry concentration and comparable cleaning performance against the control formulation. Further environmental tests have confirmed that SDDP obtained from the ideal formulation is readily biodegradable (60 % in 13 days) and exhibits low eco-toxicity properties (LC50 of 11.3 mg/L).  相似文献

正交实验测定了以皂荚素为主要原料的液体餐具洗涤剂的去污力、刺激性、黏度、泡沫及成本等5个指标。对各指标(y)的实验结果采用公式:ri=(yi-ymin)/(ymax-ymin)或ri=(ymax-yi)/(ymax-ymin)进行评分,再根据各指标的重要性分别赋予不同的权重,然后通过模糊变换方法将多指标转换为单指标(综合评分)后并进行优化,最后得到成本低、去污力强,其他主要性能均达到或超过液体餐具洗涤剂标准的配方。  相似文献

The use of enzymes in detergent formulations is becoming popular due to the concerns about the environment. T1 lipase (E.C. 3.1.1.3) was evaluated for its stability and performance in dishwashing along with other common components of an automatic dishwashing detergent. Therefore, the process of formulating the detergent would depend on the stability of T1 lipase, which may also reflect the performance during the washing. T1 lipase was mostly stable in nonionic surfactants, especially those that were made of polyhydric alcohols. T1 lipase was also stable in a mixture of sodium carbonate and glycine. However, sodium carbonate alone destabilized T1 lipase possibly due to the interaction between carbonates and Ca2+. These results indicated that polyhydric alcohols and glycine had stabilizing effects on T1 lipase. The dishwashing performance was evaluated in term of percent soil removed. The dishwashing performance of the formulated detergent was positively affected by the increase in temperature but negatively affected by the presence of hard water, specifically Ca2+ and Mg2+. However, T1 lipase was not negatively affected by the presence of hard water, and this enzyme was enhanced by the presence of polyacrylates. The presence of Ca2+ improved the structural integrity of T1 lipase. It is generally known that most enzymes that depend on Ca2+ for their structural integrity would be greatly destabilized in the presence of metal chelators; thus, stabilizing strategies such as adding glycine would be essential to maintain enzyme activity during the wash.  相似文献

The ability of automatic dishwashing products to perform satisfactorily in mechanical machines is dependent upon a number of factors, including machine design and composition of product. Although most leading dishwashers are highly satisfactory for food-soil removal, the detergent composition and its usage can affect performance characteristics. In this paper the objectionable tendency of automatic dishwashing detergent compositions to cause glassware spotting or filming, fading of fine china decoration, and silverware discoloration is considered.
