介绍了陕西延长石油集团延安石油化工厂硫磺回收装置真空带式过滤机从开工运行到实施技术改造前存在的问题,包括:机架和机座腐蚀问题,裙边的老化后产生的开裂、脱落问题,滤布的纠偏问题,控制系统问题,排水系统问题,现场通风问题,轴承座防腐问题,胶带防偏等问题,并进行了改造,改造后过滤机运行良好。     

天然气计量中存在的问题及对策

文章分析了天然气计量的现状,指出了天然气计量中存在的问题,剖析了产生这些问题的原因。在此基础上,提出了解决天然气计量问题的途径。

煤气化工艺节能减排问题是制约其发展的瓶颈,目前虽然取得了一定的发展,但是仍然存在较多的问题,包括能量利用问题、积灰问题、污水问题等等。目前发展了火炬系统伴烧介质的解决技术、煤气化洗涤循环水处理技术、合成气冷却器积灰问题的解决技术,在一定程度上解决了部分煤气化工艺的节能减排问题,但仍有很大的提升空间。     

陕西某选煤厂设计及建设问题分析

论述了某选煤厂设计前期、建设及运行过程中存在的系列问题,剖析了各种问题产生的根源,并对某些问题提出了改进建议。     

二维弹性问题线性单元边界元法奇异积分问题的处理

采用线性单元的二维弹性问题边界元法具有计算精度高的优点。但当点力所在结点与单元的端结点重合时,出现了奇异积分问题。本工作提出了解决奇异积分问题的一个方法,编制了二维弹性问题线性单元边界元法程序,并给出了两个算例。算例中讨论了角结点附近面力的处理问题。结果表明,本工作编制的边界元法程序是可靠的。     

浅析煤焦化企业的生产安全管理问题与对策

随着我国煤焦化工不断发展,生产安全问题已成为煤焦化企业面临的首要问题之一。文章简述了煤焦化工业生产工艺,分析了安全管理存在的问题,并提出了相关防范措施。     

瓶到瓶（BTB）技术和市场研究（一）

介绍了化学法、物理法瓶到瓶（BTB）技术的发展及生产企业,全球主要发达国家再生聚酯（PET）生产能力及回收情况,BTB技术及产品的认证体系。对物理法、物理和半化学法相结合、纯化学法PET回收技术,以及AMUT公司、Bulher公司、Starlinger公司、URRC公司、Phoenix公司、OHL公司、EREMA公司的BTB技术进行了详细说明。介绍了中国再生PET回收技术现状,就中国BTB生产成本、产品定价和原料来源进行了分析,指出了中国BTB技术存在的问题。     

从产品拓展和市场竞争看我国辐射固化产业的发展

对2006年统计的116家主要生产企业的辐射固化产品市场作了简短的分析。相比2005年,原材料和UV产品分别增长32.9%和16.4%;其产值分别增长47%和17.6%;光源设备增长63.4%。辐射固化市场产品总值相比2005年增长32.8%。家具和印刷用紫外固化清漆涂层以及印刷品和包装材料用油墨仍是辐射固化技术最大应用领域。本文并展望了未来辐射固化技术的发展、应用和市场趋势。     

Ceramic flaws: Laboratory tests and analysis using Scanning Electron Microscope to identify surface defects

The pollution of raw materials and ceramic products is a problem that affects all ceramic companies operating in the fields of traditional ceramics and thus needs to be further investigated. The presence of impurities in ceramic glaze and bodies, or between their contact surface, causes aesthetic defects.The aim of this work is to analyse ceramic flaws generated during the processing phases. Analysis of the morphological and compositional imperfections was carried out on different samples by the use of a Scanning Electron Microscope. An efficient model of the flaws in the final ceramic product was later developed, correlating imperfections and pollutants which caused them. In this way the phases of the process, where the pollution might occur, are successfully identified. In order to reach this goal, ceramic samples were created and contaminated in laboratory by the use of potential pollutants, previously and carefully selected in the planning phase of the study.

Reducing Value Chain Vulnerability to Terrorist Attacks

Like most U.S. chemical companies, you probably know where your security-sensitive inventories are located within your sites and have assured yourself that you have taken reasonable precautions to reduce the risk of their being used in a terrorist attack. What about when you ship them? How secure are the various parts of your value chain-offsite storage and transportation of your products, raw materials, intermediates,and wastes, and processing of ordering and invoicing transactions? Value chain security focuses on tampering and misuse of materials handled outside the plant boundaries.     

Food powders engineering, between knowhow and science: Constraints, stakes and opportunities

Food powders are presented and discussed according to food sciences specificities and according to powder engineering concepts. Food powders are very present in everyday life. They are generally obtained from agricultural raw materials by different processes such as fragmentation or spray-drying processes. Amongst the food products, the food powders are easy to preserve, transport, store, weight and process. They are used to bring specific functionalities (e.g. physicochemical stability, microbiological stability, organoleptic qualities and nutritional composition). As well as food products, food powders are complex systems that can be defined by a great dispersion in their properties caused by: (i) the complexity of the chemical composition of the agricultural raw materials; (ii) the heterogeneity of the native structures of the product; (iii) the reactivity under high temperature or water addition; (iv) the variability of the agricultural raw materials behavior. Food companies, equipment suppliers, and scientists became aware of the relevance of a global approach by integrating the food powders engineering approach (particles properties, powder reactivity, and powder processing) to the classical food sciences concepts. The aim of this article is to highlight the stakes and opportunities concerning food powder processing and particles properties.

鞋类皮革制品中有毒重金属的污染问题必须引起重视。必须重视不同地区、不同技术法规和标准对可萃取重金属含量以及重金属总量的限制,避免因逐步提高的环保要求而影响产品的出口销售。对皮革等鞋用原材料的质量必须严格把关,严格控制重金属等有害物质的限量。通过采用环保的新型化工原料,开发绿色加工工艺,从源头解决鞋类皮革制品中有毒重金属的污染问题。
