目前,在我国冶金连铸生产过程中,中间包所使用的浸入式水口及水口更换装置操作过程复杂,消耗时间过长,易造成连铸过程中钢水断流,降低了连铸生产效率,同时又容易造成钢坯出现废品,直接导致钢材品质下降。针对上述问题,开发了快速更换浸入式水口。1结构及加工工艺 新型快速更换水口的结构示意图见图1。该装置的下滑板上部为平板面,下部为倒置的锥台。下滑板的低端与水口本体连接,连接方式为平面对接或凹凸嵌合套接。下滑板与水口本体相连的表面用粘结剂粘合,提高其复合强度。再用厚度为2-4 mm的铁板,经冷冲压制成联结套(… 相似文献

Monolithic stoppers play a very important role in continuous casting( short for CC). Sometimes,the stopper slag line is seriously eroded and broken,CC has to pause. The research shows that there are three main reasons which bring severe erosion of monolithic stopper slag line. Firstly,much Fe_2O_3 and MnO in slag react with carbon( C) in the stopper,C is gradually eroded and erosion resistance of the stopper greatly weakens. Secondly,F increase in tundish covering flux will quicken erosion of the stopper slag line. Thirdly, High LOI of tundish covering flux also makes erosion of the stopper slag line speed up. On one hand,CaCO_3 in tundish covering flux decomposes and brings CO_2; on the other hand,minerals with water in tundish covering flux decompose at high temperatures and bring water vapor.Then CO_2 and water vapor react with C in the stopper,C is gradually eroded,aggravating the erosion. 相似文献

旋流中间包是在中间包注流区内设置旋流室,钢液经长水口从旋流室底部沿着切线方向流入中间包内,使重力势能转化为旋转动能,旋转的钢液促使夹杂物向旋流室中心聚集,促进夹杂物碰撞聚合长大。用ANSYS Fluent中的PBM模型模拟了夹杂物在旋流中间包内碰撞聚合长大,用DPM模型模拟不同粒径夹杂物的轨迹和去除率。结果表明,相同操作条件下,考虑夹杂物之间的碰撞聚合时,无旋流室中间包的夹杂物平均直径从3.93 μm增至4.25 μm,夹杂物去除率为40.07%;旋流中间包夹杂物的平均直径从3.93 μm增至4.35 μm,夹杂物去除率从30.09%提升至43.20%。旋流中间包对夹杂物的去除能力优于无旋流室中间包。 相似文献

Conclusions Fireclay stopper tubes made by semidry pressing and fired at 800–900° C are suitable for service in steel casting ladles in the open-hearth departments of NTMK. To clarify the effect of the tundish lining on the steel cleanliness,the MgO based and Al2 O3 based gunning materials( GM) were used as the lining of the alumina crucibles,respectively,in which about 200 g of ultra-low carbon steel was charged at 1 823 K for 2 h in pure argon atmosphere. The chemical analysis was carried out to investigate the change of chemical composition of steel in contact with GM after high temperatures holding experiments. The steel cleanliness in terms of inclusion number density,inclusion size and inclusion size distribution was evaluated by SEM and EDS. It was found that the MgO GM provided more oxygen and showed a stronger oxidizing capacity due to its higher content of reducible oxides( 10. 5 mass% SiO2+ 2 mass%Fe2 O3). The use of Al2 O3 GM resulted in an improved steel cleanliness and consequently Al2 O3 GM could be a promising refractory material in the tundish lining. 相似文献
