新型电致发光材料1,5—萘二胺衍生物的合成和性质研究 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
合成了一种新型的有机电致发光材料:N,N‘-二苯基-N,N‘-二(1-萘基)-1,5-萘二胺(NPN),测定了其吸收谱和荧光发射光谱。该材料具有很好的热稳定性,DSC测定其玻璃化温度(Tg)高达127℃,循环伏安法(CV)测定其电离热(Ip)为5.30eV,可望用作有机电致发光空穴传或蓝色发光材料。 相似文献

A new copolymer, constituted by the regular alternation of a spirosilabifluorene with a triphenylamine moiety, P(TPA-SSBF), has been synthesized via Suzuki coupling reaction. The molecular, thermal, optical, electrochemical and electroluminescent properties have been characterized. The introduction of a spiro-structure in P(TPA-SSBF) leads to its high thermal stability and good solubility in common organic solvents. The alternating copolymer shows only an absorption peak of 342 nm, demonstrating that triphenylamine is significantly conjugated with fluorene rings in the polymer. P(TPA-SSBF) in chloroform solution and in solid state film exhibits blue emission peak at 423, 435 nm respectively. The electrochemical behaviors of the polymer were investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The reversible electrochemical oxidation and low ionization potential (5.47 eV) suggest that P(TPA-SSBF) might have potential application as hole transport material in polymer LEDs. The hole transport ability of P(TPA-SSBF) was verified by comparing the performance of the two types LED devices fabricated in this study. 相似文献

We report an electrical breakdown (EBD) at metal/ZnO junctions in varistors with Ag-Pd and Pd electrodes. It was found that these junctions show Schottky behaviour with a mean Schottky barrier height (SBH) of 0.70 ± 0.07 eV for Bi-based varistors with Ag-Pd (80?20 %) electrodes and a mean SBH of 0.47 ± 0.03 eV for Pr-based varistors with Pd electrodes. All investigated electrode-to-grain junctions (EGJ) exhibited an EBD of the Schottky barrier in the reverse current direction, whereas the mean EBD voltage for the Bi-based varistors is 3.5 V and 2.5 V for the Pr-based varistors. Observation of electroluminescent light at the EGJ interface clearly indicates that the EBD is related to electron-hole generation, similar to the EBD at the grain boundaries in the ZnO microstructure. This shows that a similar good but asymmetric varistor effect, as it is observed at grain boundaries, can be observed at EGJ. 相似文献

A novel plasma‐polymerized 3‐quinolinecarbonitrile (PP3QCN) thin film was prepared by plasma polymerization of 3‐quinolinecarbonitrile (3QCN) for the first time. The PP3QCN thin films show a blue emission with a narrow peak at ~ 475 nm and there appeared a relatively high intensity of PL peak. The EL devices with PP3QCN as electroluminescent layer sandwiched between ITO and Al were fabricated. It was found that the ITO/PP3QCN/Al devices also show a blue emission and PP3QCN thin film was stable and appropriate for the electroluminescent layer. The external quantum efficiency of ITO/PP3QCN/Al devices can reach to 0.0068%. The plasma‐polymerized conjugated polynitrile thin film obtained from 3QCN precursor might be a promising material for application in LED and photodiode device. © 2009 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
