采用微波消解对天然绿色棉和染色绿色棉样品进行处理,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)和电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定其B,Na,Mg,Al,P,K,Ca,Ti,V,Mn,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,Ga,Rb,Sr,Mo,Ba 20种元素的含量。结果表明,与染色绿色棉相比,天然绿色棉中B,Mg,P,K,Ti,Mn,Rb,Sr,Mo元素含量显著偏高(概率P0.05),Na,Zn,Ba元素含量显著偏低(P0.05),采用聚类分析(最短距离法)对样品中20种元素含量进行处理,可正确判断天然绿色棉和染色绿色棉。  相似文献

生态环境革命是二十一世纪世界发展的主题,而绿色是生态环境的中心,盐碱土绿化是世界难题,多年来国内外学者一直探讨改良的捷径,据统计,我国有5.2亿亩盐碱地,分布在23个省,市,自治区,北方多为微碱性,碱性土壤,盐碱程度重的100多个城市,东北,华北地区的大庆,德州及天津,黄骅,东营等市,西部地区包括银川,内,蒙,宁夏,甘肃,陕西,青海,西藏有盐碱地2.12亿亩,盐碱是制约西部园林绿化的难点,山东省德州市盐碱土绿化研究所,历时十年的艰辛探索,研究出新型腐植酸改碱肥料。“园艺盐碱土改良肥”,1994年通过省级鉴定,1997年获山东省科技进步三等奖,目前已在全国十余省包括天津,银川,大庆,盐城,兰州等地推广应用。  相似文献

The objective of this work is to study systematically how to decrease corn moisture content using processes consisting of fluidized bed drying, tempering and ambient air ventilation. Effects of drying, tempering and ventilation on moisture reduction and quality of dried corn in terms of stress crack, breakage and color are experimentally investigated. Experimental results show that stress crack depends on final moisture content of com. Tempering is found useful for increasing the quality of dried com after fluidized bed drying. The optimum tempering time is 40 minutes. Among the ambient air velocity ranging from 0.075 to 0.375 m/s, the appropriate velocity is 0.15 m/s. Final moisture content of com after ambient air ventilation is about 13.0 - 14.5 %(w.b.) with breakage and stress crack lower than 2% and 5% by wt., respectively. Slight change of color of dried corn is observed.  相似文献

Maize (Zea mays) is a cereal grown in Brazil, and its availability is limited to the harvest season. An alternative processing route is based on the production of green corn powder, which has a longer shelf-life and increased versatility. This study aimed to evaluate the influence of drying conditions on the physical characteristics, size, and morphology of green corn powder. Drying experiments were performed on a spray dryer according to a central composite rotational design to evaluate inlet air temperature, feed flow rate, and pulp concentration. The yield of dried pulp corn had an average value of 36.19%. The following mean values for the physical properties of the powder were measured: solubility of 94.37 g/100 g, wettability of 128.05 seconds, moisture content of 1.97%, water activity of 0.13, density of 0.79 g/mL, and a particle diameter of 31.02 µm. The powder was also yellow with less intensity, and the particle surface was smooth at higher temperatures and had a tendency to form agglomerates. The estimated optimal conditions for spray drying were 48% (w/w) pulp concentration, 172°C inlet air temperature, and feed flow rate of 0.56 L/h.  相似文献

The objective of the present work was to encapsulate yeast using different carrier materials and examine their efficacy in retaining viability of cells after spray drying. Slurry containing yeast cells along with known amount of carrier material (maltodextrin, corn starch, gum arabic, acacia gum, polyethylene glycol 8000, β-cyclodextrin, and skimmed milk powder, one at a time) was added and served as feed. Among these carrier materials attempted, corn starch and maltodextrin showed the best results with respect to powder yield (59%, w/w) and cell survival (80.5%), respectively. However, considering both survival and powder yield (67 and 59% w/w, respectively), corn starch was observed to be the most suitable carrier material.  相似文献

Determination of dielectric properties of corn seeds from 1 to 100 MHz   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The dielectric properties of corn seeds were determined in the ranges of 9.71-21.51% wet basis (w.b.) for moisture content, 772.5-902.2 kg/m3 for bulk density and 1-100 MHz for frequency of applied electric field using a coaxial capacitor sample holder. Effects of the parameters such as moisture content, bulk density and frequency on the dielectric properties were investigated. The dielectric constant, loss factor and loss tangent were greatly affected by the moisture content, frequency and bulk density. The moisture content was the most significant factor affecting the dielectric properties of corn seeds. The dielectric constant, loss factor and loss tangent increased with increasing moisture content and bulk density. The second and third-order polynomial equations were proposed to describe the existing relationship between dielectric properties and moisture content. Dielectric measurements provided new information concerning moisture content and bulk density dependent behaviour of dielectric properties of corn seeds that may be useful in sensing of the moisture content.  相似文献

以磷石膏等作为改良剂,改良康平县盐碱地土壤,并开展小麦、玉米大田试验研究。改良后在无灌溉并疏于管理条件下小麦667 m~2产量为270 kg,玉米667 m~2增产50%,土壤中w(盐)下降90%,pH下降18.2%。研究结果表明,改良剂能改善土壤结构,选用稻壳做隔离层能减少土壤水分蒸发从而抑制盐分的表聚,降低耕作层盐分含量,增加土壤通透性,反盐现象得到制止。拟在大面积耕地中,努力开拓盐碱地开发利用新途径,积极推进盐碱地资源的生态利用与产业化的开发。  相似文献

碱性条件下,玉米淀粉经环氧氯丙烷交联处理后,在引发剂存在下,与醋酸乙烯酯进一步接枝共聚制得了交联玉米淀粉-醋酸乙烯酯乳液,经红外光谱确认了共聚物,较好的乳液制备工艺:m(淀粉)∶m(环氧氯丙烷)=25∶1,90°C交联1 h,加入过硫酸铵,按m(醋酸乙烯酯)∶m(淀粉)=3∶1,在70°C接枝共聚3 h。各种淀粉胶液的性能对比结果表明:交联玉米淀粉-醋酸乙烯酯接枝聚合乳液冷热稳定性好,耐水性≥54 h,储存期360 d,剪切强度达9.1 MPa。  相似文献

A convection wen drying technique was used to develop a modified method for moisture content determination in corn and soybeans. Samples of corn and soybeans in the moisture ranges of 10–27% w.b. and 9–23% w.b.. respectively. were exposed to different temperatures for varying periods of time in a forced air convection wen. A correlation was developed beheen the reference moisture content of the samples of corn and soybeans and the moisrure content after a drying time of one hour.
