研究了莱茵新Rhenosin TT100时NR/BR/SBR胎面胶硫化特性、物理机械性能和发黑与其它配合剂在肢料中的分散性以度耐磨性能的影响。结果表明,谈助剂加入NR/BR/SBR配方中可以明显改善炭黑等配合剂在胶料中的分散性,提高挤出胎面肢断面的致密性,提高了撕裂性能、耐磨性。轮胎实际里程试验表明,采用2份Rhenosin TT100的胎冠肢的轮胎耐磨性优异。  相似文献

A new technology to synthesize trans-1,4-polyisoprene (TPI) with bulk precipitation polymerization in the presence of a supported Ti catalysts was introduced. The termination of polymerization, stabilization of the polymer, and the adjustment of the molecular weight of TPI and its quality index are discussed. The blending and covulcanization of TPI with natural rubber (NR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), and butadiene rubber (BR) were studied. The blending compounds had outstanding dynamic mechanical properties, especially the rolling resistance, heat buildup, and wet skid resistance. Tread and sidewall compounds that contained TPI had a higher modulus, longer fatigue life, better abrasion resistance, lower rolling resistance, and lower buildup, which indicates that TPI is suitable for high-performance tire. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 根据纳米碳酸钙的特点及填充补强机理,将白燕华CC填充于NR,SBR及BR胶料中,测试其补强填充效果。结果表明,随白燕华CC用量的增大,BR和SBR胶料的拉伸强度明显上升,而NR胶料则表现为先缓慢上升,在白燕华CC用量大于60份后明显下降;SBR和BR胶料的撕裂强度则不如NR胶料增长显著。在SBR和BR胶料中随白燕华CC用量的增大,硫化时间明显缩短。纳米碳酸钙可部分或大部分替代炭黑和白炭黑作补强填料,具有填充量大,补强、增白效果好等特点,适宜在浅色橡胶制品中应用。  相似文献

The establishment of prediction model for abrasion properties of vulcanizates, based on their simple physio‐mechanical properties, is a hot research field in tribology. The hardness (H), resilience (R), and dynamic fatigue fracture parameters (m) of rubber vulcanizates were combined together in this article, named as hardness–resilience product (HmR), and its relationships with the abrasion loss for various vulcanizates [natural rubber (NR), styrene–butadiene rubber (SBR), butadiene rubber (BR), and their blends] was investigated by using Akron and DIN abrader. The results showed that, for NR/SBR blends with different SBR content, compared with log(H4R), the abrasion loss had much better linear relationship with log(HmR) for both Akron and DIN abrasion. This good linear relationship, for both Akron and DIN abrasion, also appeared in the SBR/BR blends with different BR content. Furthermore, for both blending systems (NR/SBR and SBR/BR), when all the data above were put together, the abrasion loss also had good linear relationships with its log(HmR) no matter for Akron or DIN abrasion, which indicated that this linear relationship had some universality. © 2013 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Tire tread compounds based on various rubber types, that is, solution styrene-butadiene rubber (SSBR), functionalized (propylamine and dimethoxysilane) solution styrene-butadiene rubber (F-SSBR), natural rubber (NR), chloroacetate-modified natural rubber (CNR), and their blends, were prepared and used as raw rubbers. Properties of tire tread compounds and tire performance were then investigated. Due to the presence of chloroacetate group on its mainchains, CNR demonstrates increases in glass transition temperature and rubber-filler interaction compared to NR leading to a significant improvement in tire performance, particularly wet grip (WG; ~88%), fuel-saving efficiency (FSE; ~15%), and abrasion resistance (~11%). Similarly, F-SSBR shows a greater tire performance than SSBR (~20, ~13, and ~7% improvements in WG, FSE, and abrasion resistance, respectively). Among the rubber blends, F-SSBR/CNR gives the highest tire performance, followed by F-SSBR/NR, SSBR/CNR, and SSBR/NR, respectively. The results suggest the significant enhancement in properties of tire tread compounds by the presence of active functional groups in NR and SSBR molecules. © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. 以丁苯橡胶(SBR)、顺丁橡胶(BR)和天然橡胶(NR)为研究对象,并以它们的基础配方为依据,研究了热空气老化对不同种类橡胶阿克隆磨耗和DIN磨耗性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,热空气老化对这3种橡胶的阿克隆和DIN磨耗性能的影响规律不同。对阿克隆磨耗性能来说,随老化时间的延长,丁苯橡胶和顺丁橡胶的耐磨性能提高,而天然橡胶的耐磨性随老化时间的延长而明显下降。对DIN磨耗性能来说,无论是丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶还是天然橡胶,它们的耐DIN磨耗性能都随着老化时间的延长而逐渐降低。防老剂的加入可以提高橡胶的耐阿克隆磨耗性能,但对DIN磨耗性能的影响却很小。  相似文献

The wear resistance of zinc oxide whisker (ZnOw)/natural rubber‐styrene butadiene rubber‐butyl rubber (NR‐SBR‐BR) composites showed that a tetra‐needle like ZnOw, which is treated by a coupling agent, improved the wear resistance of the rubber composites. The topography of the worn surfaces of the ZnOw/NR‐SBR‐BR composites was fractal, and the fractal dimension and abrasion loss decreased synchronously as the ZnOw content increased in the composites. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 使用室内磨耗试验机LAT100研究含NR、SBR、BR及不同品种炭黑胎面胶的耐磨性和抗湿滑性。结果表明,在各种使用条件下,BR耐磨性最佳。其中在极苛刻条件下,SBR耐磨性略优于NR;在温和路面条件下,SBR耐磨性略低于NR。抗湿滑性大小顺序依次为SBR,NR,BR。在极苛刻路面条件下,轮胎胎面胶建议使用N220和N330系列炭黑;胎面胶采用炭黑N234和N375,其耐磨性基本相同。  相似文献

以环保充油乳聚丁苯橡胶SBR1723作对比,研究环保充油溶聚丁苯橡胶T2830在轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:与SBR1723/天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)胶料相比,T2830/NR/BR胶料的起硫速度略快、硫化速度略慢;拉断伸长率和撕裂强度较高,硬度、定伸应力和拉伸强度相当;抗湿滑和抗干滑性能相当,干操控性能略差。采用T2830/NR/BR胎面胶的轮胎高速性能、耐久性能和滚动阻力与采用SBR1723/NR/BR胎面胶的轮胎相当。T2830可以替代SBR1723用于轮胎胎面胶。  相似文献

In this study, nine rubber compounds were produced by varying the proportions of natural rubber (NR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), and four different carbon blacks. Tensile and tear properties are enhanced by the addition of intermediate super abrasion furnace (ISAF) N231, and modulus increases for the compounds containing N234 carbon blacks. The wear behavior of the prepared rubber vulcanizates against various rocks, such as, granite, shale, schist, sandstone, coal, and concrete, at 4.4 N normal load and 0.8 m/s relative sliding speed were studied in a specially fabricated experimental setup. The DIN abrasion testing results show good abrasion resistant properties of 70 phr NR and 30 phr SBR with N231 grade ISAF type carbon black. Also, moderate abrasion resistance is found in rubber compound containing 80 phr NR and 20 phr SBR with N234 grade ISAF type of carbon black. Out of the various rock types, the schist and sandstone are observed to be highly abrasive against the prepared rubber compounds. The microscopic examination of the abraded rubber surfaces has indicated the formation of longitudinal grooves against harder rocks and transverse ridges against softer rocks. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper investigates the use of thermogravimetric analysis to study the kinetics of thermal degradation of ground tire rubber (GTR) obtained from reclaimed tires. We analyzed the composition of GTR and determined the content percentage of its components (volatile compounds, rubber, and ash) using thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). T 1 and T 2 temperature peaks corresponding to the maximum normalized weight loss rate (NWLR) of the two main rubber components of tires NR (natural rubber) and a BR/SBR (butadiene/styrene-butadiene rubber blend) using the Gaussian deconvolution method has been determined. The influence of GTR particle size and heating rate on reaction rates (dx/dt) and on degradation time during the degradation process has been analyzed.  相似文献

The use of recycled rubber including ground scrap vulcanizates in rubber compounds was studied. When ground rubber was incorporated into rubber compounds, the physical properties, especially the tensile strength, were deteriorated compared to the virgin rubber compound. Also, incorporating ground rubber caused a change of the cure behavior via migration of sulfur or an accelerator between the virgin rubber matrix and the ground rubber vulcanizate. In this study, the fracture behavior and abrasion property of carbon black‐filled SBR and NR compounds containing ground rubber vulcanizate were investigated. Also, the effect of the particle size or loading volume of ground rubber powder on those properties was studied. Four different sizes, 420–600, 177–250, 125–150, and 75–88 μm, of ambient ground rubber powder recycled from waste tire were selected and used in the compounding. The loading amounts of ground rubber powder were 10, 30, and 50 phr. The flex crack growth of SBR‐ and NR‐based compounds was altered by the addition of ground rubber particles. More delayed crack growth was observed with an increasing loading volume and decreasing particle size of the ground rubber powders, and this behavior was more prominent in SBR than in NR compounds. Tangent delta, a direct measure of internal energy dissipation, increased with an increasing loading volume of the ground rubber particles. The abrasion rate of ground rubber‐filled compounds was more dependent on the size of the abrasion pattern than on the loading level or particle size of the ground rubber powders. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 对SBRl712在轻型载重轮胎胎面胶中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,在NR/BR/SBR并用体系胎面胶中,用SBRl712替代SBRl500,胶料的加工工艺性能明显改善,硫化胶的生热明显降低,磨耗量有所减小,成品轮胎的耐久性能和高速性能有所提高,胎面温升明显降低,实际行驶里程和累计磨耗显著提高,生产成本降低。  相似文献

Styrene‐butadiene rubber (SBR) and polybutadiene rubber (BR) were mixed together (75:25 by mass) to produce two SBR/BR blends. The blends were reinforced with a precipitated amorphous white silica nanofiller the surfaces of which were pretreated with bis(3‐triethoxysilylpropyl)‐tetrasulfide (TESPT). TESPT is a sulfur‐bearing bifunctional organosilane that chemically bonds silica to rubber. The rubbers were primarily cured by using sulfur in TESPT and the cure was optimized by adding non‐sulfur donor and sulfur donor accelerators and zinc oxide. The hardness, Young's modulus, modulus at different strain amplitudes, tensile strength, elongation at break, stored energy density at break, tear strength, cyclic fatigue life, heat build‐up, abrasion resistance, glass transition temperature, bound rubber and tan δ of the cured blends were measured. The blend which was cured with the non‐sulfur donor accelerator and zinc oxide had superior tensile strength, elongation at break, stored energy density at break and modulus at different strain amplitudes. It also possessed a lower heat build‐up, a higher abrasion resistance and a higher tan δ at low temperatures to obtain high‐skid resistance and ice and wet‐grip. Optimizing the chemical bonding between the rubber and filler reduced the amount of the chemical curatives by approximately 58% by weight for passenger car tire tread. 研究天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)并用胶的硫化特性、物理性能及动态力学性能,确定适用于中长途载重轮胎胎面胶的NR/BR最佳并用比。结果表明:并用20phrBR为一个临界值,超过20phrBR时,硫化胶的抗裂口增长性能急剧下降;当NR/BR并用比为80/20时,并用胶的综合物理性能较好,损耗因子tanδ低,压缩永久变形小,耐磨性好,更适合应用于载重轮胎胎面。  相似文献
