振荡波局部放电检测技术是近年来普遍采用的XLPE电缆离线状态下局部放电检测手段,能够准确检测及定位各种型式的电缆绝缘缺陷。针对一起新建10 kV电缆线路振荡波局部放电异常原因进行了分析发现:新建竣工验收的10kV电缆线路开展振荡波局部放电检测十分必要,能够有效的发现除绝缘缺陷以外施工过程中不易发现的潜在隐患;应加强10 kV电缆、电缆附件的入网品控质量检测,与出厂试验进行比对分析,并严格把控报告质量,摒弃质量不良的入网设备;通过10 kV电缆线路振荡波局放异常分析,拓宽了电缆故障分析的新思路,在电缆故障分析时,除关注施工工艺问题外,还应充分考虑电缆与电缆附件的选择匹配问题。 相似文献

局部放电(简称局放)试验是验证交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆(简称交联电缆)及电缆附件质量的重要环节。脉冲电流法一直是目前实验室内进行局放检测的主要方法,该方法在技术上已经较为成熟,且由于实验室内屏蔽效果好,背景干扰低,因此对电缆或电缆附件进行出厂试验之一局放检测效果较好,但是对于运行的电缆或电缆附件进行局放检测,或对已经发现存在局放的电缆回路中进行局放定位,往往需要复杂的波形分析或数学计算。通过利用超声局放测量仪器,对运行前和运行中10 kV交联电缆和电缆分支箱等电缆附件分别进行了局放测量,方法简单易行,取得了较好的效果。 相似文献

This paper describes the dielectric and accelerated aging tests on an 800 kV AC polypropylene laminated paper (PPLP) insulated low-loss SCFF cable prototype. The test program was developed to validate the PPLP technology for future Hydro-Quebec 765 kV St-Lawrence under-river crossings. The paper reports on the cable and accessories characteristics, the test line construction, the test program, and the main results obtained. This paper describes the results of a long-term reliability test of a newly developed 500 kV DC oil-filled cable and accessories that transmit up to 2800 MW. This is the largest capacity ever used for submarine cables. The test line was 500 m and consist of submarine cables, land cables and several kinds of accessories. An optical fiber sensor was first installed in the oil duct of the cable to measure the conductor temperature directly under application of DC voltage. From 1994 to 1996, the authors carried out an accelerated electrical and thermal aging test equivalent to 40 years, a load cycle test, a polarity reversal test and a transient overloading current test. Satisfactory breakdown strength was confirmed in the residual test which followed the long-term test. The design, manufacture and testing of crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) cables for voltages of 245 kV and above are described. The operational reliability of a cable connection is decisively codetermined by the reliability of the cable accessories. The state-of-the-art and development trends regarding cable-sealing ends and cable joints are discussed in detail. Knowledge of the lifetime curve of XLPE (essential for designing reasonable qualification tests) is discussed, and test results which show that service stresses of 12-13 kV/mm can be realized are described. On-site partial discharge (PD) measurement is required to ensure proper installation of extra high voltage (EHV) cable systems accessories. To achieve high sensitivity and good localization, two problems have to be overcome. First, the strong high frequency in long XLPE cables requires that the sensors be located along the cable, preferably directly at the accessories. Secondly, the detection system must be able to distinguish internal PD from other pulses. This paper describes a solution based on directional coupling sensors and a data visualization system, which displays phase-amplitude diagrams for individual PD sources which are identified by the direction of pulse propagation. It has been applied to on-site measurements, type and routine testing of HV cable joints and stress cones. Due to the reliable discrimination between internal PD from the accessory measured and from other pulses, testing can be done in unshielded rooms even using terminations with internal PD and corona. The method works independently well on line voltage, resonance sources, oscillating voltages and 0.1 Hz cosine-square voltage. 为了可靠检测高压电缆铅封状态,解决人工铅封检查效率低下电缆附件故障高的问题,提出高压电缆附件铅封缺陷涡流检测方法。通过分析高压电缆附件铅封常见结构、缺陷,根据涡流检测原理与特点,提出铅封涡流检测的影响因素及适用理论。获取铅封试样制作铅封模拟缺陷,调试铅封涡流检测专用探头、仪器参数,采集、评价有缺陷和无缺陷位置涡流图谱并实施应用试验,验证了依靠常用涡流检测设备检测高压电缆附件铅封表面开裂缺陷的可行性。证明了不拆除外部绝缘条件下的高压电缆附件铅封涡流检测可靠性,铅封试样的涡流检测具有不受检测位置影响、检测速度快、检测精度高的优势。试验研究结果为完善高压电缆附件铅封涡流检测工艺,开展高压电缆铅封接头故障检测提供了有效技术参考。 相似文献
