随着京津南部电网的发展,网架结构引起的电网安全稳定问题已关系到整个华北电网的稳定运行,必须装设区域电网安全稳定控制装置来解决电网的稳定问题。京津南部电网安全稳定控制系统由14个站组成,覆盖廊坊、天津、北京地区。当京津南部受电断面(大房双+房保线+保霸线)发生严重故障时,采取切机、切负荷措施,防止大面积停电,保证京津南部电网的安全稳定运行。该文介绍了京津南部电网区域稳定控制系统的研究和实施,总结了区域电网稳定控制的关键技术,对于今后区域电网稳定控制系统的实施有积极的借鉴意义。 相似文献

Direct Flux Field-Oriented Control of IPM Drives With Variable DC Link in the Field-Weakening Region

This paper presents the direct flux control of an interior permanent-magnet (IPM) motor drive in the field-weakening region. The output torque is regulated by the coordinated control of the stator flux amplitude and the current component in quadrature with the flux, and it is implemented in the stator flux reference frame. The control system guarantees maximum torque production taking into account voltage and current limits, in particular in case of large dc-link variations. The field-oriented control does not necessarily require an accurate magnetic model of the IPM motor, and it is able to exploit the full inverter voltage at different dc-link levels with no additional voltage control loop. The feasibility of the proposed control method is investigated in discrete-time simulation, then tested on a laboratory rig, and finally implemented on board of an electric scooter prototype. The motor under test is an IPM permanent-magnet-assisted synchronous reluctance machine, with high-saliency and limited permanent-magnet flux. 相似文献

电力工业具有把多种一次能源高效率转换为能便于控制、利用和节约使用的二次能源并易于集中治理污染物的能力,在循环经济发展的社会和区域2个层面上发挥基础和关键作用。《循环经济法》的地位应高于现行的环境保护、清洁生产和其他资源法。法律中应对循环经济的理念予以法定解释以避免歧义,要高度重视与现行环保、资源方面的法规相协调问题,在立法中应延伸到电力行业的领域,强化政府和消费者的责任,强化规划及产业政策的作用,建立循环经济发展的指标体系,强化市场和政策引导作用,进一步完善污染物控制法规和清洁生产促进法规,明确行业自律责任,并要对发展循环经济有重要影响的环境政策进行改革。 相似文献

Reduction in cost of wind energy requires most efficient control technology which can able to extract optimum power from the wind. This paper mainly focuses on the control of variable speed variable pitch wind turbine (VSVPWT) for maximization of extracted power at below rated wind speed (region 2) and regulation of extracted power when operating at above rated wind speed (region 3). To extract maximum power at below rated wind speed torque control is used whereas to regulate rated power at above rated wind speed pitch control is used. In this paper a nonlinear control i.e. integral sliding mode control (ISMC) is proposed for region 2 whereas a conventional proportional–integral (PI) control is adapted for region 3 of a VSVPWT. The proposed controller is combined with modified Newton Raphson (MNR) wind speed estimator to estimate the wind speed. The stability of the proposed ISMC is analyzed using Lyapunov stability criterion and the control law is derived for region 2 which is also adapted for the transition period between region 2 and region 3 (region 2.5). The dynamic simulations are tested with nonlinear FAST (Fatigue, Aerodynamics, Structures, and Turbulence) wind turbine (WT). The simulation results of ISMC are presented and the control performance is compared with conventional SMC and existing controllers such as aerodynamic torque feed forward control (ATF) and Indirect speed control (ISC). In this paper, a new approach to the induction machine control that ensures the production of maximum torque per ampere over the entire field weakening region is presented. Considering the limitations of voltage and current, the optimal current condition for yielding the maximum torque is obtained. Also, since the onset of the field weakening operation is automatically adjusted according to the flux level, the current limit and the voltage limit, smooth and precise transition can be obtained. 倒立摆摆角全程控制需要解决倒立摆摆角大范围变动以及倒立摆最低点和最高点之间不存在平衡点的大范围角度区域的控制问题。本文提出的增益调度方法在倒立摆最高点具有平衡点的邻域内使用了自抗扰控制器ADRC,在最低点及不存在平衡点的大范围角度区域使用基于Lyapunov理论的控制律。通过基于调度变量8的插值算法协调这两种控制律的变换,避免了控制量的突变,实现了控制器参数在大范围角度下的选择。仿真结果说明了这种方法的有效性。基于Lyapunov的增益调度可以解决不存在平衡点的大范围变动工况内的非线性控制问题。 相似文献

结合电动汽车应用,分析了适合弱磁运行的永磁同步电机的结构特点,并在永磁同步电机的数学模型基础上,介绍了应用于矢量控制技术中不同的弱磁控制方法。受车载电源电压的限制,在转折速度以上,电机转速的提升必须依靠弱磁控制。为实现电机的最优使用,通常将弱磁区分为弱磁I区和弱磁II区,提出了多种基于电机模型和鲁棒控制的方法。综合近年来有关弱磁控制研究的发展现状,分类整理了弱磁I区和弱磁II区的弱磁控制方法,指出了各种方法的优缺点。最后,对电动汽车控制系统的最优设计的发展趋势进行了展望。 相似文献

本文主要研究了金卤灯电弧管生产线控制系统的设计。本系统通过RS485总线将生产现场的5台PLC组成小型的控制网络,并通过一台WEINVIEW触摸屏集中控制这5台PLC以达到控制现场设备的作用。操作人员利用触摸屏不仅能够完成对现场设备的控制和监控,完成对重要数据的传输和设置,还能够通过Internet由PC机对控制系统进行远程下载和监控。 相似文献
